rude, i usually enjoy talking to the employees here. they're always nice, but today the line was incredibly long. we finally got to third in line for an employee to close the lane. she didn't apologize, or even look at us. maybe she was having a bad day but it was very bad customer service in my opinion.

Friday evening, 2/24/2023, I was leaving and realized I didn’t have my iPhone. I ran back in the store and employee, Catherine, found it and returned it to me. I am beyond thankful she was honest.

Everyone gets down on their luck sometimes and needs a good penny pincher, and they've got a lot of good stuff and even a few name brands. But the employees could do better taking expired food off the shelf so be careful.

One person working a register is unacceptable anytime but especially on a weekend. The lady was very kind and patient but I felt bad for her because of all the awful negative people waiting. Hey, dollar store! Hire more staff!

Most of us are at least semi familiar with a dollar store, and what to expect. This location will fulfill those expectations, and more. First off it is located in a little strip mall, shopping center, that is never busy. Due to the fact that a few of the units are empty. They have a lot of variety, and even frozen food, and a cooler. Never to busy, and a fairly easy in and out of a large, mostly empty parking lot.Note.I really like this particular place because they have more actual food, than just snacks. A loaf of bread, a jar of preserves, and a 1 loaf jar of peanut butter for 3 bucks?? Yes, please.

Lots of great items. Our Dollar Tree recently added many crafting supplies. Many unique items and everyday staples. The staff is cordial and helpful. Some of the customers are a bit surly, but that can't be helped. This is the best place to buy balloons. They ran out of graduation balloons but had plenty of stars. That's why they get four stars from me!

From my experiences, it was a bad experience, everything just seemed to be porely managed. There was a tiny sign about the mask mandate but none of the employees were wearing them. The prices for stuff are now 1.25, so much for a DOLLAR tree. There is always only 1 employee at the registers, and there are frequent argyements between employees and managers. I suggest to find somewhere else.

Best Staff Ever! Worst customers ever. This is the "Wal-mart" of Karen's for Humbodlt County. The staff, I don't know how they do it, but they are professional direct, and hold thier ground. God bless them!!! They are why I still shop there.

This is the store where everything is $1.00. Plus tax of course. I had a blast working here as a checker. I love the Dollar Tree. Sometimes you can find same brands that elsewhere cost you lots more per item. Nice!

I was there early afternoon...very few shoppers in the store. Children's are reading books,coloring books and general small goods isles and stock was a mess really not a great shopping experience for "new" items....felt more like a bad yard sale!! They need to have a stocker continuously organizing. Everytime I go there it looks like it has been ramsacked by first graders. I understand it is what it is ...but gives the store a reputation as a junk shop....in that case $1. Is way too much!! Sorry but store gets a C-

There is a man in there I cant remember his name but is always so nice and willing to help and share a story. He greets everyone and always full of positive energy. He works on Myrtle in Eureka. And was working friday Sept 17th around 2pm.Honestly most people in there are pretty great.

This is the only dollar tree that has frozen food and refrigerated food which is the main reason I come to the store. The brands are the same as the other stores but only one dollar. They also have better stuff than the other dollar tree and the staff is much nicer. This store is the best.

I like shopping, at the Dollar 🌲 on Myrtle, because of their frozen, and refrigerated foods, and at a low price. I'm not rich, and the workers are always polite, and courteous... You can buy more for less, and it's fun, shopping there...

Shopped Dollar Tree first. Yes for manila folders and fine point felt tip pens, saved a bunch of money and a trip across town. Agave syrup and a nice BBQ spatula were impulse buys.

They've really expanded variety! There was even a gardening section with seeds and tools. But too much plastic!

So many good things for just a dollar. Even aspirin is available for a dollar. Great to check out to find unique and helpful items.
