After 4 vets said nothing could be done except surgery with a 50% chance of success, Pawhealer had the only thing to help my 17 year dog with collapsed trachea. A few years later, my cat went into kidney failure, Pawhealer came through again giving her about 4 more years of life with those herbs. I tried the "Flea Away" product on another medium hair cat and got absolutely no results getting rid of fleas. My cat liked eating them though.

I ordered several months ago for my maltese whom had a callopsed treacia problem these herbs.A couple off weeks after I ordered this remedy my dog past away. I never received the herbs in time. I phoned to cancel my order. I was told that my order is on its way and it is too late to cancel. I just received my order 6 weeks later. To late for my dog and I ordered several bottles about $140. It already is sad enough that my companion past away but than getting those herbs 6 weeks later is ridiculous. Now what do I do, it will be expensive to send them back. O if I order a medicine or remedy it should be delivered that same week and not 6 weeks later. This is bad service.

Pawhealer has been fabulous support with their kind consultations and recommendations of product that helped my Scottish Terrier MacDuff with a great product called Back/Hip Support Qi & Blood Painful Obstruction. He has been using this daily and although he is 10 years old he romps around, eats better and all around just a happy little dog. Great customer service and prompt delivery is also A+

If I could give this Company a negative star, I would. I ordered to get the Black Friday deal of 30 percent off and free shipping. I ordered on Nov. 23, 2018. My card was charged without the free shipping. After several attempts to contact requesting the reversal of the charges, I got nothing. I don’t even have what I ordered and this is 7 days later. I then sent an email to cancel and I got nothing back. I am disputing the charges with my bank. I just wanted people to know. Look at the the complaints and even the BBB has some interesting investigative information.

Horrible customer service....ordered product that I urgently needed, they decided to unilaterally cancel the order without telling me and suggested that I order a custom blend instead.....without telling me anything about how long it would take or any details of any kind....when I called the person who answers the phone was utterly helpless to give any details or help in any way. I resent the fact that they cancelled my order without telling me then when I tried the custom blend link, it didn't work..they offered ZERO assistance in helping me with the broken link....if you have a dog in need of help, don't count on this business to help. Totally worthless!

My Chihuahua suffers from CHF. I am always looking for natural alternatives for her.I came across this company and found their CHF formula but was concerned about the origin of the herbs. It is a well known fact that anything that is grown in China is contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides and sewer water.Their site mentions that their products go through intensive testing for quality and safety but does not provide any additional details.When I tried chatting with a customer service rep, she informed me that their products are tested by their vendors in California and New York.Really?No third party testing, no specifics on the methods used, non organic and made in China?I am staying far and away from this company which obviously does not reallyreall about the health of our beloved animal companions but is in it exclusively for the money!The customer service rep ended the chat abruptly when I started asking more questions.
