Absolute Pawfection or Paw Purrfection ...what ever the name. I do not recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $75 haircut for my cat. I was clear that it was the lion cut that I wanted. In my research, I found that $70 is the normal price but they added in the nail trimming. So I thought that is reasonable. Then on the phone the person said for another $10, they will give her a bath. So that would total $85. I also wanted my 6# Chihuahua's nails trimmed. I have always paid $10, but understand that it would go up since my dog hasn't been there since the Covid-19 lock down. So I was quoted $95 on the phone, when I made the appointment. After the work was done & I went to pick up my cat, Chris the owner said that the price is $110. I was shocked and thought my cat must have given them a really bad time. Chris said no, in fact she was very easy & calm, even with the blow dryer. When I told her of the quote I got on the phone just 2 weeks prior, she said "that is impossible". !!!!! She took $10 off.What bad business to tell you that something wasn't said when you know it was and to charge a lot more that you were quoted. Very frustrating and very dishonest. I would not have taken my cat in for the cut if they had said the price was going to be $110. That may not seem like a huge difference but it's the fact that they were sneaky and dishonest and she basically called me a liar.I have never complained about a business before and I loved taking my dog there for years. I realize the ownership changed last year but I have had my dog in there every 3 months until March 2020 and always paid $10 (& usually a tip). I give one star because my cat is shaved.

Although my dog hates to be groomed, they consistently do a beautiful job with her. I tried another groomer several months ago as we needed a quick appointment but was terriblly disappointed and will never go back. These groomers do excellend work and know what looks good. They are so worth the wait for an appointment.

I sadly had a similar situation where the cut was decent but then that night our dog was horribly rubbing his bum and we quickly discovered he was cut on his recent surgical genitalia area. The stictches were visible so it shocked me that he would shave the hair so far down there. I called the location per my vet’s request and he played dumb stating he would’ve told me if he had accidentally cut the dog. Not apologetic at all and our dog had to wear a cone for a week. Over priced as well as they charged $80 for a 20lb dog.

I have never taken my dogs to be groomed before and I was nervous because one of my dogs is pretty difficult and really doesn't like other dogs. Kris was so awesome with them. She listened to all of my concerns and when I came back to pick them up, my difficult dog was hanging out with other dogs and was so happy! I couldn't believe it! I will never take them to anyone else after this experience. They were so clean and pretty when I picked them up like they had a day at the spa! They slept in the car all the way home. Kris is amazing and if you have any fears about taking dogs to the groomer or any difficult dogs, this is the place to go! They are so caring and listen to your concerns. Thank you for the great experience.

Cut on my dogs face was really uneven. What really bothered me was her paws were barely trimmed . Paws and face were a quick fix . Their response was we’re are busy , I’ll get you a different groomer next time. Next time , are you kidding me!

As a four dog owner and canine professional, I love and appreciate Absolute Pawfection. They have a great selection of food and treats for great prices and are always having specials. I feed my dogs K9 Natural, By Nature, Stella and Chewy's and Honest Kitchen. Myke has been grooming my doodle for 6 years or more and it is always perfect! The staff is always helpful and friendly and I highly recommend shopping here!

Owner is incredibly unprofessional. I took my dog here and they injured her to the point of having to go to the vet and wear a cone for a week, and the owner copped an attitude denying any responsibility. Take your dog elsewhere.
