I went in to Walgreens today and was looking for for a specific medication and kindly asked the manager to help me but was rude and unprofessional this was a awful experience. Also they had homeless scaring the customers and the managers were well aware of it and nothing was done. This was a horrible experience

I was a faithful client for many years. But today they mess up with my 5 year old Autistic daughters order medication with the delivery service my daughter has to spend the night without her medication thanks to them. Horrible service. Very disappointing.

The pharmacy was extremely helpful, and understanding to my situation. The staff was even able to cut my prescription cost in half, and treated my family and I with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this particular pharmacy to anyone.

I did call to pick up medicine for my mother.After waiting 20 min. over the phone I was hung.I called again and after waiting reasonable time Caroline answered me, she sounded stressed and with attitude, after not understanding clearly an issue that arise, I asked to talk with the supervisor.Duke answered, and sounded stressed and like he was in a hurry.After an uncomfortable conversation, I addressed with Duke the issue of the stressed and hurry sensation transmitted to the clients from them, his answer was that they had a lot a clients, and that the phone was broken for several days...I just want to post my experience, maybe they are good workers and this incident was just an exception. But even though they comply with the functional and medical purpose of my call, my experience was terrible due to they demeanor.Nothing justifies a bad customer service.

Since I moved here in June 2019 I’ve used two different pharmacies. I used Walmart and had so many problems with them. The pharmacist were rude then we switched to Walgreens and I haven’t had anything but positive experiences. They are always so nice and helpful. I’m not sure why they have such bad reviews? Maybe there was a different pharmacist technician during those bad reviews. But I like Walgreens so much. Favorite pharmacy out of the two.

I've been a client of Walgreens for over 18 years. I have mostly used Walgreens in San Diego and Riverside county. Due to work I am now in the Imperial Valley and well I had to go to this Walgreens and it's a total nightmare. I don't usually give a bad rating to any place. But this one deserves a -5. Customer service is rude. They've ask this old ladt to wait then forgot why.. 20 minutes later they asked this her. Can we help you.. they need to clean house.Please help yourself and avoid going to this pharmacy..

They make you wait up to 3 hours to fill a prescription. Then the line is always at least 15 mins long. They lose medications are running all over looking for where they put it. And if u call them expect to be on hold for 20 mins. The only good thing is they have one amazing pharmacist that is nice,funny, and explains everything to you really well.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for 2 years and lately I've seen new faces which is a good thing the service is even better and faster I must say, I had a great experience with a gentleman with a great smile named Jesus. He explained the rewards I get for every RX which I was clueless, he devoted all his attention to me while i was at the cash register and didnt rush me out, that day the pharmacy was very busy. I will continue to do business with this Walgreens

I took my film to be developed 3 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my photos back. When I dropped off the film I saw other people's film that had been there for over a week and was still not sent out.

This place deserves zero stars for how it treats its customers. I had the brand of one of my meds changed and had a bad reaction to it. Not only did they not believe me but I had to insist and call several times to have it changed back! The pharmacy tech told me I'm costing them more money as she was exchanging my meds today. Screw you Walgreens, for caring more about profits than the health of your customers.

Just because I am wearing a hoodie does not give the workers the right to stare at me and follow me around like I might steal something. I am a regular at this store and had worn the same hoodie several times before so this was outrageous. I'm sorry you were robbed by someone else wearing a hoodie recently, but that doesn't give you the right to make a loyal innocent customer uncomfortable. I will not be going back to your store for awhile. I am a small woman and having two men follow me around and stare at me gives me the creeps. Get your attitudes in check.

Not once, but twice I have had problems with this store. The first time I bought items there and I later checked my bank statement and had been charged the same amount 3 times. I spoke to a manager about getting my money back and he refused and said there was no record of it. After going back and forth for about 3 days I gave up and contacted my bank and my bank gave me the refund. The second time I purchased 2 items at a walgreens in a different city and didn't end up using it so when I got home 2 days later I went to return the 2 items with a recipe and was denied a return. They said because that walgreens didn't carry the same item. On the back of the recipe it clearly stated that if I am not satisfied with the item I can return it at any nationwide walgreens, I called the 1800 number and theh said they couldn't do anything about it. The original walgreens where I bought the items if 5 hours away so I'm stuck with the items now.

I needed my medication as I was out of my area. No other pharmacy was able to help me. When I contacted this Walgreens, El Centro, they took the prescription from the old Pharmacy and rendered my medication swiftly. I usually do not pay for my medication, from this other , however hi rather pay this Walgreens and be sure that my medication is ready when I need it. Kudos to all of you!

Compleatly rude, don’t have time, always blame great doctors on not having pills, as much as two hours they let you wait. Feels like they hate the disabled. Manager...Short Latino guy is stupid and biligerant. Worst people in medicine.

A nurse called in a medication for my 2 years old and faxed it- told the pharmacist also that the original prescription is with the father- father arrived with sick child- meds are not yet ready. They said- they needed the original prescription- we call the meds all the time- what’s the difference? And ohh— was asked what’s the insurance of the patient- horrible people- service first before money—Bilar pharmacist is super rude—— and Hope is very very rude-If you guys have a choice- don’t go here-

The people are overworked and it is reflected in the quality of the service. I've waited on the phone for 18 minutes and waited at the drive up window even longer. So what's going on? I've dealt with other Walgreens and I've never experienced anything like this.

The Pharmacy department at this Walgreens is the worst we have ever experienced, And we have used many other of their stores in several other states. Unfortunately they are the only Walgreens for many miles. First the phone is always busy and they put you on hold for long periods of time. We always call to make sure or prescriptions have been filled and are ready to be picked up. There is often a long line 5-6 customers waiting to be served and only one employee to wait on customers. Nine out of ten times the have screwed up our meds. There is only one pharmacist. So if you need something fixed you have to wait for him or come back. Never try to use their so called drive thru service you could be stuck there for 30 mins or longer.What could be a five minute experience usually turns into a 45 min to an hour.

Worst photo lab, ever. Depends on what type of photos you are printing, but I spent time taking my photos and editing them. Only to have the photo lab lay a huge turd in them. I know I need to print them at reliable lab but I was hoping that in a pinch it would be ok enough, but nope. Also, the paper they were printed on was not very good either. I have bough printer photo pages that were thicker than that toilet paper.
