Store, employees, and products/merchandise are always great. Customers for reasons unknown cannot seem to keep even a 2ft distance or even say "excuse me" y'all act like it's a race inside the store. This is at any Ross sadly lol.

This is essentially a warehouse for merchandise for resellers, not a store open to the general public. Employees inside this store set aside items for their friends who sell on Facebook marketplace. And then people wonder why the Valley is poor and why no one spends money here… I’d love to spend my money here instead of San Diego, but I can’t when I don’t have fair access to all the merchandise.

I used to go to ross because they had good prices. Way lower than regular store prices. Now their prices are almost the same prices at the regular stores. I don't know where they get the regular prices on the price stickers, but they are not usually correct. The reason I still go is that they do sometimes have things I can't find anywhere else.

They sold my mom a whole wardrobe and “forgot to pack 3 pairs of pants” the agents jacked her for 3 pants. We had to drive back 20 min each way just to get our money back and we went to the nearest store and got 3 new pairs of pants that were higher in quality. Such a nightmare. Just because my mom is elderly with a Spanish accent they thought they could make her run around the whole store until I had to get off and fix the situation myself and immediately they gave her her money back. Beware of the baggers.

Very approvable for discounted clothing. I got a premium leather belt for $9.60ish that's amazing!!! Highly recommend this location for your quick last minute clothing purchases.

Found a very well priced picture frame! My Sister in Law purchase to adorable Betty Boop pieces of luggage. The lines to pay were long. My wife took the self check out. I hate the self check outs. Won't go there again.

Nice staff. Polite. Although I do shop here from time-to-time, I rarely purchase. The store is kinda disorganized. Seems too busy. Unnerves me a bit. So I tend to go in, make a quick round to see if they have what I need then run back out. I don't like to browse in this one. But I do like Ross in general. Just not this one so much.

Had never been here before but it was a lot of fun. I tried on half the store trying to find the perfect outfit for my birthday. I wound up with a really cute dress for less than $15.00. the ladies working the fitting rooms wee absolutely wonderful(I had to take a call because an uncle passed away so I was in the room crying for a few minutes) they were extremely nice and talked with me to help me feel better. I will definitely go back even if I don't need any clothes just for the great level of customer service.

This is my favorite place to get dresses and jeans. They have such a wide variety and the most beautiful dresses. It has the fun feel of thrift shopping but with new clothes and shoes and gifts. They have a surprisingly large and awesome bed/home/kitchen/decor section.

Excellent customer service and very clean store. I wish they had better selection on their size Large & extra large, as well as better selection on shoe size 8 and 1/2 to 9 and 1/2 and a better selection on their name brand designer purses.

One of my favorite Ross locations in Imperial Valley. All sales associates including management and security we're very approachable and kind. I was assisted with all my needs and even found some cute Christmas wear for my holiday parties. Not to mention their low price house necessities and wall decor so proud of the gifts I bought and I highly recommend to all my family and friends.

One of the managers or leads seems to come with her own prices for items that are not ticketed she didn’t look up the product when I asked for the price for a item that had no price tag she just said umm 40... her attitude and her customer service was really unprofessional.

It's a standard Ross. The selection is the same. If you like Ross then you won't have any problems here. The service was ok. Not great, they seem like they don't like their job and just want to get on with the day. I don't blame them.

Of the two Ross stores in town, this one at times might have a little less stuff, but it's clean the staff is always courteous and it's never as packed as the one at the mall. The mall Ross can be so hectic and full, I think it's why it tends to be messy it has to be hard to keep up cleaning after all that. Anyways I can usually find what I need or am looking for and more, so it's got what I need and comfortable that's good enough for me.

Good prices, limited selection. I went through a lot of trouble to keep my clothes from being wrinkled but they just stuff them in the bags telling me there's a long line and they don't have time for that.

Entered this Ross on a nice Sunday afternoon... very nice store... found some nice cologne, belt , and other things... everything was very easy to find and organized... all the employees were amazing and no long lines... overall great store

Got 5 pairs of very nice men's shorts for my son, two pair of shoes for me; 1 dress and one tennis. A beautiful blouse and cute tshirt. Plant food and of course spongebob gummies for $128. Where else can I do that?
