Probably the best grooming place I have gone to! Amazing service and treatment. Prior groomer gave my pup skin issues which I believe was from improper showers. Her skin is now healed and her coat is super healthy. Super easy to schedule apt as well. The ladies truly love what they do and it shows.

Mende is such a nice lady! She is very accommodating and will try to squeeze you in depending on size of dog. My pup looks so nice and coat is smooth.

I took my husky here for the first time. She was scared coming in, but super happy when coming out. They did not have any trimmings available, but they still gave her a little trim when I picked her up. Super happy about that, and there was no extra charge. This was the best grooming experience I’ve had.

Great customer service. It was my puppy’s first visit and they made sure he was calm before taking him. It was a fast service, affordable and they are super professional, they communicate well with you through the process and they answer all the questions you might have. Going back for sure.

Every time I get my dogs groomed I go to a new groomer as we are always traveling for my job. Both of my dogs loved to be groomed until I brought them here. They both got groomed by them and now are terrified to be groomed by anyone including myself and it absolutely breaks my heart. Neither of my dogs have behavioral issues and have always behaved very well for groomers and I have never had anyone complain or voice any concerns when grooming my dogs. This place on the other hand has given me multiple different excuses when asked why the dogs did not get sanitary cuts that they were booked for. When trying to understand the reasoning as to why they did not receive them the story kept changing and they did not tell me they only bathed the dogs until I asked why the price was half of what I was originally quoted. I will never bring my dogs back to this grooming facility and has now made me fear bringing my dogs to any other groomer.

I am a travel nurse working in the area and needed nail trims for my two pups. I have a severely anxious dog and the ladies here did a fabulous job of dealing with my dogs anxiety. You can tell these people have passion for their jobs!

Mende and her team always do such a good job on Goliath. He’s a 80 pound husky mix with a ton of hair and personality! They always seem so happy to see him and greet him warmly. I never worry when he’s left in their care. It’s like every animal they groom is family!!

I highly recommend Mende’s Groom Room! We took our two rough Collies in to be washed and combed out. They look absolutely beautiful and smell fresh. The ladies working there looked like they enjoyed working with the dogs they were grooming. We are only wintering here but we will be back and will recommend Mende’s Groom Room to our RV Park.

My dog Rosie gets so excited when we drive up and she sees the building..she's a large dog and she starts jumping in the car. She gets out of the car and hops all the way to the door.I went to a different groomer before this groomer and she wouldn't get out of the car. Like I said she's a big dog. My friend told me about this groomer and I'll never take her anywhere else.

Took our dog to the Groom Room today for a bath, haircut, teeth brush, etc. We are vacationing in El Centro and had a recommendation to go to the Groom Room. Quite happy that we did as he got an excellent haircut. Probably one of the nicest haircuts that he has had and definitely cheaper than we usually pay.
