The service was friendly but I wanted a waffle cone and got a waffle cup. The ice cream was decent and the location had seating indoors. They also sell caramel apples, cold cakes and treats. Three stars is the appropriate review scoring.

This store’s employees are not only disrespectful but discriminated a gentleman just trying to get ice cream. They told him to serve him he has to pay first because of the way he looked. The employees behavior was shocking and extremely upsetting to us waiting to be served. Everyone should be treated with respect and this event just left me speechless. The owner should be ashamed and focus on teaching their employees how to treat people.

The workers of this cold stone are extremely unprofessional and discriminate! Not only did they exclude a customer and required him to pay first but didn’t ask any other customers to do so was extremely unprofessional. I don’t care how you look no one deserves to be treated differently. The “assistant manager” claimed to call the manager but was present the whole time. This behavior is disgusting and I hope they review there skills when it comes to customer treatment.

The cookies and cream ice cream tasted like bland over sweetened plastic, but the chocolate was good. The staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other than the customer. We didn't have our minds made up right away, and our server walked away several times throughout our order. Of those times, once was to check on a customer, which is ok, and the other times were to talk to co-workers and share some stories that must have been amusing, seeing as to the laughter that ensued

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We came 10 minutes before closing to buy a single dog treat, and when our car pulled up to the parking spot, an associate locked the door. When we approached and knocked, the associate pretended to ignore us. There were still people eating at the indoor tables.

One star because the bathroom was filthy, I've seen gas station bathrooms that were cleaner. Dead roaches on the floor next to the plunger. Walls covered in sticky stains. Just gross. Please clean your bathrooms. It's never busy in there so you have the time to do it but don't. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months. :(

Ice cream is delicious..gave 4 stars because they never have a variety of candy apples on display.. love the Rocky Road apple but they're usually out.. they only had 2 flavors of candy apples today
