Self check out is reduced to one lane. We waited 39 minutes to check out in a manned checkout line. Only 1/3 of lines were open. If you are going to limit self check out so drastically, staff more checkers. Pretty simple. Or bring back self check out for everyone as it worked brilliantly. Terrible management choice. You’ve just taken us back 15 years, but without employees to make it work.

There are hypodermic needles on the ground in the parking lot and people selling drugs out of vehicles. It is pretty obvious if you open your eyes. Might be a good idea for security to not sit in a car in a parking spot and actually patrol the lot.Shopping safety should be a top priority!

This store is awful! Your staff is incompetent and incredibly rude. I went to the self checkout and the lady there was touching all of my stuff in my cart food and other items as well Before re directing me to a different line for being 1 item over 20...i would have scanned all my items faster than your check out workers. Lines are ridiculous not enough registers open for the amount of people who shop there. I get attitude everytime I shop there from your workers. Also makes me not want to shop because your mobile workers like to stand in the middle of the aisles not let anyone get past them while they talk to their co workers about their personal lives. I got stopped at the door and had one of the receipt checkers tell me I didn't scan orange juice when it was the 3rd item listed on the receipt and continued to argue with me. You guys need to re train your employees and come up with a better solution to better suit your customers. So ridiculous!!! Do better!!!

If your thinking about getting pictures done here. DON'T DO IT .... I had some pictures done and over 50 of them where messed up . Missing your head or only half the pictures are actually in the picture. I can't believe there system can't size up the pictures correct. There just simple pictures of my phone . It's not supposed to just print have the picture . It should size up the whole picture to the size picture you ask for. Then tried over an hour trying to call them and they didn't pick up the phone. I even tried ever line they offered. Completely disappointed. Most of this pictures are supposed to be in a photo album for when I take my car to car shows so people would be able to see what's been done " before and after " . 😡😡😡🤬🤬

Everything is locked up it seems. Need some socks....and the time it takes to wait for is ridiculous. Now I have to go pick it up at self checkout ....I won't be shopping here ever again and any other Walmart that makes me go through these ridiculous lengths to shop. Great Store. Has just about anything you need. Usually here on the weekends-more secluded than other Walmarts in the area in that is located further from urban area or populated areas. Great selection and great prices. Cashiers are always very friendly. Has a pharmacy and vision center.

Poor management at this location. Associate at the self checkout says management yells at her if she opens more than three checkouts, even if there is a huge wait. Only one manned checkout, so four total for a large store. Found expired product in produce, so rotation is not happening. Try to shop in the evening. Aisles are intentionally blocked by associates stocking shelves. Frequently out of common items.

I bought a jar of "great value " mayonnaise, and it poured out. Worst excuse for mayonnaise there is.I went to return it, and they would not honor their product, give me a refund, because I did not have a receipt. Last time I buy their substandard products. Shame on walmart.

This store is dealing with a little more customers now since the Walmart in El Cajon closed early February. There are more people shopping now. They are still well stocked and have enough registers open to make the lines run fast..

We were just turned away from the self checkout. Been using self checkout for years. An associate pointed to a new tiny hand written sign that said “20 items or less.” It’s an incentive to go to Costco and Aldi more often.

Practically, you are able to get mostly everything you need at this store. They have clothing, some furniture, some appliances, electronics, food, and others. I have not gone all around the store yet for other things, mostly I shop for food and some personal things.

It's the laid back Wal-Mart y'all! Employees are decently pleasant, unlike some Wal-Marts I've been to. I'm from Arkansas, and I actually remember when it initially changed to a 'supercenter' from just a retail store! I lived here in Cali when they finally decided to have a super Wal-Mart! I lived right down the road from this 1 on Los Coches for several years, so it is my most frequented location. I'm a creature of habit too, so it'll continue to be MY Wal-Mart.

Outside pick up is a joke. Waited of 20min for one bag. Managers claimed I was laying while also telling me I'm wrong. Even tho I showed him I called for my pick up over 7 times because no one picked up the phone

Used to be better, they are pretty overcrowded which isn't their fault after the parkway plaza location shut down. Be prepared to wait a while if you are trying to get something locked in a locker.

7:30p.m. on a Saturday evening, and there was literally ONE cashier open. All of the other lanes were closed. There were at least 9 or 10 other people in line with FULL shopping carts when we rolled up, and three more pulled in behind us. The self check line was just as bad, but for some reason there were 3-4 employees working that section. Yet, NO EFFORTS were made to open up at least one or two extra regular lines. When we had barely moved after nearly 10 minutes, my husband and I got thoroughly ticked off and walked out, leaving our cart full of items there in the line. On our way out, I said to the gaggle of employees having a powwow by the door that maybe someone needed to get off their behinds and open up some more lines. Walmart is a JOKE.

This Walmart had absolutely rancid vibes. Parking lot was full even though it’s the middle of a weekday. Does nobody in this part of town work? If you move to San Diego from the Midwest and you’re missing home, this is the place to go. I felt like I was going to get hate crimed the whole time I was here.

Great In variety and pricing,, especially in this economy, but the people that work there are rude and show a disdain towards people that do not meet the criteria that they perceive to be the only one that matters. I am happy to see everyone get a real chance, an opportunity to be better than those before them. I'm always amazed to see people that seem like they are old friends with wisdom actually cannot see past their own self, which is so like what they dispise in others. I hope never to go there again. To many haters wearing false smiles.

This is a big Walmart about twice the size of the one in parkway plaza. Just wish the quality was better, but then the prices would go up. You can find some very good deals you have to pick and choose.

The manager michael was picking up the slack for other employees and managed to save the day and help me out with my issue. You have other employees that simply dont want to work and need to be fired. Im very happy michael was willing to do go the extra step to pick up the slack.

I just went for curbside pickup. I had hernia surgery and am allowed to drive but I don't want to get in and out of my car. I arrived at 1250 and checked in. The parking lot cleared. I waited. More cars pulled in got their supplies and left. I was still there. After 30 minutes I spoke to workers and was told.. I'm on the list.... This is after letting them know I had been counting and was up to 10 cars pulling in after me and getting their stuff and leaving. Finally after 50 minutes. My one item. A less then two lb frame. Was brought out to me...

great place great people except for the male pharmacist there he is very rude and belittle me I was very sick and just left the emergency room and had my prescriptions sent there and he refused to fill and I had already been having a problem with him not wanting to fill my meds had been waiting for one over a month and did with out simple because he would not order them and keep telling me it was not time and was saying that about other ones to I ended back in the E.R over him playing doctor with my meds and I had everything thing changed to Walgreens pharmacy and had no problem getting them filled the next day he just wouldn't fill my meds for some reason but all is well now ..
