Ivanna is very accommodating with my little Katie. She has groomed her for nearly her 13 years of life, despite the fact that Katie is a little crabby at her age. Ivanna is trainer for the new groomers but does prioritize her time for Katie as best she can. Katie comes home in good spirits and looking good each time.

This was Gracie's first-ever groom appointment (she's a puppy) and everyone was so loving and kind to her that she left with a bunch of new best friends instead of being scared and traumatized. She looks fantastic and I have no doubt she'll be wagging her tail when we come back for her next spa day instead of trying to head to the exit door.

I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable, I think the area could have been a little cleaner.There was quite a lot of hair on the floor and it looked as if they had plenty of people of staff.I was happy with the grooming.

So I tried this petco because it had an opening today and Petsmart was too booked out. Dropped off at 3 pm. Explained what I wanted done. They called a little before 6 that she was ready. Of course traffic sucked and I get here to them being closed. Had to wait for one worker to call another. Anyway I paid $60 for what should've been bath and haircut. She looked like she did when I dropped her off. Clean but definitely not brushed completely. Won't be using them again.

The staff and management of this grooming facility recently changed and they do not care about long-standing customers or the quality of service they provide. The groomer stood in the doorway vaping for several minutes while I exited my car and walked up to the door and continued to vape as I attempted to enter the grooming salon. They refused to groom my dog who has been going here for 11 years, I will not take any animals there again. The previous staff and management of grooming were fantastic and loved seeing my dog every month when he came in, the new staff could care less about the dogs or who has been coming for a long time. It feels like they refused to groom him simply because they didn’t want to do the work. I scheduled his appointment over a month ago.

The young ladies were sweet hearts and took care of my grandmothers Yorkie Sadie. The trim was perfect, nails did and she has smelled super fragrant for a couple of days now. In all Sadie and I were satisfied and would recommend this location for all pet needs.

I felt sorry for the girl that was working alone. She was in the back working on a dog when I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited about 15 minutes with my slightly rambunctious dog and my walker before she saw me and came to help. I was hoping that the Petco cashier would call someone to help since she saw me waiting but she didn’t. There was such confusion trying to check me out because of the way the groomer invoiced and I had a coupon. The groomer had to keep walking across the store to the office because they haven’t had a printer in grooming she said for years. I was told that I had to pick up my dog before I paid because of the invoicing issue. I was trying to avoid this because of my disabilities and my energetic dog. Her nails were not trimmed short enough, the groomer said because of the long quicks. She was still tapping her nails on the floor when she walks. I usually take her to PetSmart and they never have this problem! I was there for more than an hour for a $5 nail trim/grind, and it’s difficult for me to stand/walk for any length of time, so it was also a physically painful experience for me. I will never go there again, will always go to PetSmart and pay $14 even if I have another $5 coupon from Petco. Extremely dissatisfied!

They said they couldn't handle my dog. He's not aggressive but I guess he just doesn't want to listen. Took him to another groomer and they handled him just fine and they were able to get his paws (which petco never did and i still paid full price!)

Every time I call to make an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed they tell me they don’t take appointments for that and I just need to walk in. So then I walk in and they tell me they don’t have time to do it. Makes no sense... just let me make an appointment and I won’t walk in at inconvenient times.

Unprofessional hairt cut. It looked like no skills was involved. The hair cut was too short, it appeared like the groomer rushed, and just buzzed my dogs hair off. The hair cut was uneven and my dog didn't look like a poodle anymore.

Do not use Hailee! She will take a dog turn the dog into animal control saying it was a stray even when she knows who the owner is. Stay away!
