The store was very clean and organized. There was a nice gentleman in the frozen food section that was very helpful. We found everything on our list,which was great. I was so happy when I saw they now carry thrifty ice cream, chocolate malted krunch flavor. It's my favorite of all time. Our cashier Alyssa was friendly and efficient.

1000/10. Clean, friendly, very in selection, organization, etc. In the parking lot, it is very clean and parking available. When i first walked in, there were many disability scooters that worked for customer use. A very nice quality Starbucks, nice employees, plenty of Starbucks merch, beautiful cups, not long wait times. There is a stand for fresh flowers, balloons, gifts, etc. The flowers are bright and colorful, and there is a bank or atm inside if necessary. Very nice movie selection on low prices, even very new blockbusters! The vegetables are AMAZING!!!!! FRESH, CLEAN VEGETABLES that were beautiful and fruitful, and bountiful. The greens were greening and crunching. Delicious 😋!!! It is so hard for me to find good quality bunches of fresh Romaine Lettuce. This store has everyone else beat! There are not many markets in El Cajon or surrounding areas that sells vegetables as fresh as this. Almost Farmer's Market quality. I could tell the employees put pride into their work, and have always a good attitudeUsually a sign of good management. Whatever you guys are doing, ur doing it right 💯

This is literally the worst grocery store ever nothing about it makes any sense I was literally looking for items were several minutes with no associates available for help. I had to ask the cashier and made it seem very inconvenient to get assistance to see if the item was in the store. in addition, the parking lot makes you trapped in there and there is nothing more irritating than a parking lot that does not make sense the organization of the food where things are located. Just zero logical sense terrible.

I just want to thank Loretta in bakery department, she custom made and designed my sister birthday cake . She did absolutely amazing . Everyone at my sister party thought I order it from a special bakery that do wedding cakes . I told them nope Albertsons Bakery . Loretta you deserve a raise you’re truly talented. Thank you again for making my sisters Day xtra special. Albertsons on Greenfield . FYI .

I come shopping here all the time but tonight in self checkout around 7:30pm Rosa made me feel uncomfortable after profiling me and that my business was not wanted. If I did not need the $100+ groceries I came in for I would’ve left my basket and been on my way.

My go to grocery stores. It’s a bit on the expensive side but they always have everything I need. Only thing I would suggest is changing the times on Apple Maps. It says they open at 5am but they don’t open until 6am. Which is a bit frustrating for me this morning due to running out of milk for my babies and already waiting. Otherwise love the place and everyone nice!

This has been my favorite supermarket for decades now. It has everything you will need. My only gripes are when they moved the magazines to in front of the checkers (they moved them back) and now it’s all self checkout in the am. There should always be a checkout lane available. I know it’s a trend but they don’t realize people will buy less if there’s no checker. It is convenient for a few items but if you are going to guard the self checkout line anyway you might as well open a checkout line. This location also has the unhoused trying to steal from them. So you may be there when there’s this kind of altercation between staff and the thieves. Overall this place is clean and the parking lot is huge which is a plus. There was an organized group that was working the parking lot to panhandle but I haven’t seen them lately. I did notice they have added the camera with the flashing lights for safety in the parking lot.

It's great how clean they have kept this Albertsons. In my opinion it has one of the better parking layouts too. There's always a spot somewhere even during holidays.This is one of my preferred grocery stores.John( if thats how he spells it) who works at the deli is incredibly helpful too!

Disappointing! Went daily for a posted advertisement and daily they're out. Asked for a rain check (last day of the weekly advert) and they refused to offer. I asked the clerk whom cited bait and switch.. They get you into the store assuming its available only it never is. Customer service EXTREMELY POOR! Inventory stock EXTREMELY POOR!!. Store manager said its a headquarters decision and individual site can no longer issue rain checks.. Waste of time!! Was using COSTCO for 20+ years and thought I'd use something local. Big disappointment!! I'm heading back to COSTCO!!!

Really good Albertsons, Alessandra & the security guard are amazing, well stocked on items, self checkouts are great, and there’s also a Starbucks inside the store which you can use EBT on but ONLY on cold drinks. I very much recommend this store & other Albertsons stores. And then here’s a photo of some Snoopy decor 🐶

Used to only go to my local Ralph's grocery store, it's in an excellent neighborhood, well organized, and very clean, and dog and cat food is always cheaper than at Albertsons. About a year ago they moved liquor to the very front of the store and locked it up forcing upon the checkout person another burden and creating for the consumer an unnecessary hassle and increasing the wait time for everybody else in line. Without hesitation I started buying liquor at Albertson's.But it's the Albertson's app that convinced me to fullly switch over, I get on the app the moment I pull into a parking spot. It's easy to use, I can place items into a virtual shopping cart to get an idea of what everything will cost, and I always manage to find an app exclusive deal for something I like.

It's ok, aisles are wide so there's plenty of room. Management is a little worried like the sales are coming out of their pockets. I was buying Arizona drinks, one order for my 84 year old stepmom and one order for myself. It was limit of 24 for the sale price but you can still buy more at regular price. Manager stood there questioning me about it when I told her I was shopping for someone else because I bought 24 drinks for me and 38 drinks for the stepmom. Of course I used stepmoms Vons rewards card for her drinks and my rewards for mine but apparently I look like someone that likes to open multiple rewards accounts or something. She finally left and we finalized my shopping.

I ordered Sandwich trays from the Deli and they were delicious! Everyone wanted to know where I got them.Bakery did a fantastic job on my mom’s 80th Birthday Carrot Cake. The cake was just the way my Mom used to eat. The decorations were above and beyond my expectations! The staff in the Bakery were amazing!!

**Check your receipts**I love the convenience of this store as it is super close to my home however about 75% of the time I have go to customer service because of wrong prices or being charged for a bag fee when I provide my own bags. My last visit resulted in being charged bag fee even though I brought in my own and being charged twice for the same item. The checker person was more concerned about going home and quite verbal about it to everyone near her stand.

I love their selection of pre-made sandwiches. So many different varieties. I wish I had a selection like that at my local Kroger. Parking was easy in their big lot. Plenty of carts and baskets. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to guide me to where I needed to go and even helped me find tourist things to do in San Diego.

I LOVE THIS Albertsons!!! Everyone is so friendly including the security gard. The security guard ALWAYS welcomes me in and Always says bye to me on my way out. The other day I went in not grabbing a cart or basket because I only needed a couple things. Then I passed the juice isle and saw that they had my favorite juice in stock. Mind you they have been out for about two months. I was so excited to see it and grabbed the last four. An Albertsons employee saw me struggling juggling and asked if he could get me a cart and I said, Yes please. So kind to go above and beyond for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌.

11/18/22. wife had 3 kids and ran through the store. The Cilantro is rotten. Watch for it. Just wish union workers worked has hard as I do being in a local. People need to take pride in what they do. Posting to hope people pay attention. Happy Holidays.

Great place to shop. Lots of choices. Staff was professional and friendly. Store was well organized and clean. Edit: even tho they are a bit more expensive it's worth it for some premium products. They get u checked out quickly. Some of the best produce in town

Very clean and well stocked. The prices are not the lowest, but if you use the Albertson's app, you gut a whole bunch more discounts on lots of different items. Their sales are really nice too.
