Reserved a site at Campers Inn Rv Park for one night as we were passing through the area. Manager stated that we were required to reserve with a card, but if upon inspection it did not meet our needs, we could call for a refund. We arrived and did not feel safe with the general run down appearance of the CG. We called multiple times and left voice messages to request a refund, but we never get a call back.

I lived at Campers Inn for about a year and it was a very convenient location. I enjoyed my time there and the staff was willing to address any concerns I had. I would recommend staying at this park for any one looking for a long term option.

So I've been here for about seven half years. It's my home. Same owner different manager, and a good one [Jason] and yes he's trying to clean up the park he has a really good crew that does a nice job weather permitting. Yeah there's neighborhood watch kinda like a lil community. There's quite a few cameras all around the park and, there's a few neighbor's that have some too when something happens someone will call manager/police There are some cop callers just for the safety of the park. Oh make sure your stuff is locked common sense. It's a nice little Park. There's a dog run and some BBQs, and a big grass area. It's very quiet away from the riff raff, 1.8 miles at our nice little market, ten miles to do some shopping or about 21 miles to do major shopping. Please don't judge this Park by the looks of some lots mine included. I kinda gave up a year ago I found out I'm terminally ill, but I am trying I just hope and pray that I'm not too late.

Very run down!! Did not feel safe there at all. Price (50.00) was way too high for that Rv park. We will not stay the night there ever again.

I have TV or camping most of my 70+ years and this what is called a campground is the worst I have ever seen. We booked it a few days before arrival and paid upfront. Upon arrival most of the long term rigs were run down and there was a person walking around in his underwear. We drove through and left kissing our money spent away. This was one of the scariest and rundown places I've ever seen. Later that day in town we found out campers inn has a bad drug problem. Don't go there it's terrible.

It's under new management and the owner is trying to fix it up! The rv park is nice, quiet and clean. The trees are nice and shoddy and they have 30 or 50amp hook ups and lots of tall trees for big rigs! I loved how clean the bathrooms were. No mold, always had soap and paper towels, unlike Happy Time Rv down the St. This campground costs more but it nicer, pet friendly and in the country where you drive by horses, goats and other barn yard animals! love it there!!!

Beautiful And big lot's of trees And grass. You can go walking, hiking the community that's there are good people..you can bring your dog And they have a store on the property and the trailer park is only about 35 minutes away. Good price for a night or a week or a month..

I currently stay in campers inn.its quite mostly older folks.a few contractors.and family's.theres no tweakers. No drugs. There's no one walking around in the middle of the night. No theives. The campers inn is a safe place. Some of the units are old. Can't judge a book by its cover. Jason the manager is a good reasonable guy.

We feel fortunate to have found Campers Inn RV Park. The manager, Junior Guzman has been helpful and kind. The park is in the process of being cleaned up. The bathrooms and laundry are clean and the Park is close to a Pilot Truckstop which has a Denny's and a Wendy's and nearly affordable gas. Also easy access to I-5.

Staff was very responsive with getting back w us on our questions, friendly as well! We had plans of staying for 13 weeks for a work assignment...there is a truck stop near by, thats about it. This RV park appears to be long term/permanent living w NO concern of cleanliness! Most all spots were so overly cluttered, stray cats running around, kids toys everywhere! Old taddered furniture sitting out. (We pulled thru & far away!) Again, managment was friendly & courteous, but unfortunately we didn't feel like that was enough considering how "unkempt" every site was.

I was looking for a place for a couple of nights with the family. Drove through the park and first thing I saw was a space that looked like something from horders. Trash, bike parts and just filth. Another yard that had lots of living room Furniture out side. One space had a lot of sheds, which seemed strange even for a long term park. By the time we drove through we had counted 6 pit bulls chained up and 6 dogs running loose. After that decided it was not a safe place for my family.

I'll let it speak for itself. Well, unfortunately, I have been forced to come back and share my latest business experience with this RV park. When I first applied to stay past 30 days the requirements become as if you will be renting a dwelling ie. credit check time. So I share that my credit became challenging due to the lengthy process that SSDI/SSI drags you through even when you are new with cancer. I offered out in good faith that I would be willing to provide a Security Deposit as long as it was refunded upon future departure in the next several months. Of course, as long as I was current with my agreed rental fees I was assured I absolutely would be. Great.. So they requested $500 bucks for 50ft. of DIRT wooooow!! I pay. 4 months later I'm scheduled to leave for 3 weeks to get some upgrades done for an easier living before I get deep into my cancer treatment. I notify management of departure date and probable return date and request to be able to rent the same space upon return. I left the 3rd week of the month with rent pain in full. 10 days later I fell very ill and was hospitalised for 3 months. When I was healthy enough to leave I checked my financial accounts and there still was no return of my $500 Security Deposit for the 50ft. of DIRT No legal standing for withholding monies for 3 months. I contact management advising them to return funds to my bank card that they had on file that day. Not only have they NOT responded to 6 straight days of 7 requests demanding funds be returned immediately they to this day still have NOT returned my money or acknowledge contact!!!!! Really...Unbelievable!!!!!! so off to small claims court I go. It's exactly how I want to juggle my time during my cancer treatment. Soooo do you think you would want to reside there??? Pictures can not only be deceiving but used for false advertisement so what do they tell us????........ buyer beware!. I'll return with the outcome!

Manager was super helpful after I accidentally booked the wrong dates. We stayed three nights and it was peaceful. Our site was level and our hookups were in good condition.

Easy in and out. It's just far enough away from the city to be able to enjoy the country but not to far from Sacramento if you need something. Excellent people.

Worst place ever. NO amenities. None, zip, zilch. Not even bathrooms. Rundown. Big potholes, dirty. Derelict, broken down rv's.

BEWARE.. .Horrible Experience... The place is dead and discusting, huge potholes, trash everywhere, over grown grass, huge area that was obviously an old fire never cleaned up, bathrooms had blood and poop on stall walls, the staff(Steve-weekend manager) was very rude and disrespectful to our kids and to myself & my husband, He acted like we didnt belong there. The only part that looked nice in the whole park was a few sites in back area of park... Our family & friends will Never Return There.. The owner/managememt obviously spend no effort, time or money on trailer park at all!

The people that run the park are the only reason to come here. It's one of the noisiest parks in all of the country. It's nothing really pretty about it and the location is not real conducive to any sort of vacation as the walk to the beach is fairly lengthy when you could just stay in the condo right across the street that is directly on the beach without all the noise.

On-site manager Jason was friendly and accommodating when we rolled in for a single night's stay at 10PM. Quiet and clean stay.

It's a place for your everyday middle-class families. A place where a kid can be a kid get down and dirty like children are suppose to. The families that are there long term is always been so nice .

People are friendly but doesn't look like a tone has done a y work there in a few years. Pool is crumbling apart just muddy road everywhere. Only would stay there if no where else was available.

No pool, no Wi-Fi , no golf course, no laundry room, not much in store, place looks closed... Looks like a place for farm workers to stay between jobs. Way out in middle of nowhere...didn't stay to many migrant workers walking around.. scary. Won't recommend!!

Not even Walter White would set up camp here... His drugs would never be clean enough. We wanted to stay for the night, but pulled back on that idea after seeing the restrooms and showers. Disgusting!

It's not a campground or a place to visit. It is a trailer park. If you need a place to move your RV or trailer to, it's ok...if you like Dunnigan.

Easy pull through with full hookups. $284.00 a week. I haven't seen anything cheaper. This is a RV park where people go to work. This is not a resort.
