My dog was supposed to get a trim along with his bath. It was clear from the second I saw my dog that they had not taken any time to trim him. His hair was as long as ever and I am very disappointed. I believe because the appointment was later in the afternoon when 5 o’clock came people wanted to leave and therefore nobody finished my dogs grooming. Terrible job. I will never return to this location.

My dog gets wonderful and efficient grooming services at Petco in Dublin, CA. She looks and smells so good when I pick her up. She is in and out of the salon in two hours.

The service was quick. My dog was bathed and nails clipped just as I asked. He was happy when I picked him up, and he smelled nice and looked great, even his hair was clipped though it was not long hair before. His nails were done as I asked.Good job.

unfreindly, my dog had a hard time for several days after with razor burn , licking his underside and his paws. would like feedback from groomer as to how it went with my dog. Also saw several blue markings on his underside.

My usual grooming places were booked and I had received recommendations to try Petco so I did and will never go back. Because my dog has longer hair, I asked to clean up the "hygiene" areas which other groomers do all the time. They trim the hair, about a quarter size right around where they should. Petco gave my 15lb dog a 6" shaved strip. My dogs tail naturally curls up, which worsened it. It is never covered and he's now walking with his tail down trying to cover it. He looks uncomfortable, it looks disgusting and I don't understand how anyone would think that is what should have been done. I will never go back. His trimmed nail also had blood on it which I've never experienced and is NOT safe for animals. Besides that, the front entry mat was filthy with animal hair. I get it's an Pet store, but a once daily vacuum would be great and the rest of the floor was dirty too. Probably why I carried my dog out and didn't even notice his backside until we were home and saw how uncomfortable he is. Waste of money. Awful experience. Awful grooming. He's clean though.

About 4 months ago I adopted a 1 year old terrier mix who has, what I think are schnauzer markings. For my baby's first visit, she got a wash and basic cut by Morgan. Morgan did a great job. The staff were very caring while I was there, and my baby seemed very calm when I received her. I'll be bringing her back!!

Petco's grooming staff is AMAZING because they are so KIND and it makes me feel good when I know how much they love my dog. He gets so anxious going to the groomers but they are so nice to him and understanding. And they calm me down too!
