This walmart is understaff terribly. I come here 4days/ week between 6pm-7pm, there always 1 poor lady run for everywhere from money services counter to self check out and pay counter. I always buy beers for my husband that is why can not go with self check out, waiting time always at least 10 minutes. I feel sorry for her, I complaint the management here rip off the employee labor and rip off customer time. If there is another 2nd walmart on way home I will never ever be here.

Very nice and clean store. Everything you need. I really liked the butter section, where they had many different European butters. Never seen that in other Walmart stores.

From dead to a 4☆ with a new Manager! What a huge difference. Thought I would never go into that store again but a neighbor took me.Clean...orderly...better produce and better price than Smart-an-Final.Basically small Grocery Store.Huge turn-around. I'm so glad...it's close!

I recently visited your Walmart store and encountered several concerning issues:Voucher Redemption Denial: Despite attempting to redeem a voucher during checkout, the clerk refused to scan and process it and teased customers of using vouchers and coupons.Racist Behavior: The clerk displayed discriminatory behavior towards Asian customers and exhibited a condescending attitude towards those using vouchers and coupons.Lack of Managerial Intervention: While the store manager noticed the issues, there was a disappointing lack of proactive resolution, with the manager seemingly indifferent and neglecting customer concerns.This experience was disheartening.

When it first moved in after ralphs left I had my doubts because well its walmart lol and Diamond Bar some types of stores don't last here. Strangely I like these grocery walmarts better than the big stores. They have just what you need as far as daily stuff. If I can't go to the supercenter then I like to come here.

This store has consistently provided me with pleasant experiences with its helpful and friendly employees. I usually visit during the week in the late afternoon after work, when it's not too crowded, and I appreciate the store's diverse selection of items. They offer self care products, pet food, a pharmacy, and a small deli. However, it's important to note that this is primarily a grocery store and does not carry clothing or household products typically found at Walmart. Despite this, the checkout lines are usually short, and there's even a self checkout option available.

It's a nice little store. Customer service desk closes at 8 pm. If you have any returns, just make sure to be there before 8 pm.

I love this Walmart. It’s easily accessible for after the gym and I buy a lot of groceries here. All the produce and frozen goods are competitively priced. I often buy paper towels and paper goods here as well. It saves a lot of money as opposed to going to places like Vons or Albertsons. Just about everything here is of high quality like name brands alongside the just as good Great Value brand . I usually find myself spending about 1-3 dollars per item . I can spend 25$ here and stretch that for a week , just talking vegetables rice fruit and chicken . They also sell alcohol here which I really appreciate. Still got my money's worth. But there was only 1 cashier open at 6:45 pm. Maybe because it's Sunday night. There were express checkouts but I had lots of veggies to look up for prices so I was patiently waiting. Poor cashier didn't seem to have a backup.

Three consecutive horrible experiences. Wife went into store with a Visa gift card and a manufacturer coupon, and the cashier refused to take them, making a comment about "too bad you can't pay for your own food."We did an online order two weeks ago with bread from their bakery, among other things. Bread had mold on it despite being labeled as "freshly baked". Wife did an order this past Saturday for different beverages. Among the things ordered was a gallon of milk, which had expired 5 DAYS earlier. Utterly ridiculous.

purchased Jose Cuervo Margarita on 02/11/23, it had a bad taste so I decided to return the item back to Walmart. I was told by supervision once a item is open you can't return or get a refund it was a store policy.I immediately asked was the store policy in writing, the answer was NO. How can you tell a customer there is a store policy when there's nothing in writing they were lying on the spot. I asked to speak to Mgr. Doa she never returned my call because there is know policy. There is nothing posted at the register, or in the liquor section. I strongly recommend that customers do not buy liquor from this store. Target has a return policy and it's just down the street.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my godmother - Theresa ChiangMy mom stated that JOHN YU is the most PHENOMENAL Pharmacist, and the BEST that she has EVER worked with!She has been a customer of Walmart Pharmacy for few years,and wanted to commend you - John, on how helpful you are, for going above and beyond in customer service, and ensuring she gets the proper medication, and products she needs for her husband.My mom didn’t know what to do to take care of her ailing husband, yet John was there every step of the way. The first day my dad came back from rehab, she went to Walmart, and John supported her in identifying the right supplies my dad would need, such as Diapers,pee pads, …product that she would need to be a caretaker for dad while he is recovering at home.John even calls my mom if she has pending products or medications, and will send via FedEx, so that it will save her a trip to the pharmacy, and cause less stress and anxiety for her.My mother, Theresa Chiang, is so grateful to you John Yu!She stated you are extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, and that you take the time to spend with individual customers (especially her), and that you really “walk the talk.” She stated that, because of you, she will never go anywhere else.”THANK YOU JOHN YU for everything! Update: I don't know why the heck I walked back in this store! But while I was the I saw with my own 2 eyes an employee by the name Inez, yell and cuss at a young adult, who was shopping completely unprofessional and I wish I would of said something! I was completely is shock.This store is a complete joke! Holding checks of there employees and getting the run around! This is unfair and unprofessional! And this has happened to more then 1 employee!! Completely unprofessional and unfair. Most of the employees are young adults just trying to make it in this difficult time!!

No one wants to help you, and everyone is having a bad day.Worst was when I wanted to grab a hard liquor and needed to have a worker open the glass door. After pressing the assist button on the aisle 10+times and waiting 10+minutes, I went to find a worker. Each worker I ask for assist responded with, “No, I don’t do that.” I kept trying different workers, and, eventually, this one lady walks towards me with only expressing rude body language to indicate that she is going to open the door for me. After reluctantly opening the door and grabbing the bottle, she grunts and says, “Go to aisle 5.”I’m going to Target next time.

I've gone to several Walmart neighborhood grocery stores over the years and this is the first time I've been to this location. I live in the Orange county area but lately I've been in this area and I stopped in here and the store is pretty well stocked. It's a little bit smaller than some of the neighborhood grocery stores that I've been into but it has pretty good as far the store being stocked. As long as I come into this area every other week I will stop in here.

Never enough customer service for the amount of customers they are serving. Cashiers can be friendly but this causes too much talking between them and the customers holding up the line at the busiest times. Need to focus on getting customers out while still providing that friendly vibe.

It's Walmart, and you figure with all that "Husband Money" it would be better. It's not. Customers are oblivious of anything but themselves, and employees are lazy and have zero motivation. Basically it's like watching the world collapse Live.

PHARMACY: Made an appointment online for my 14 year old to receive booster. I was able to make online, because eligible to. I didn’t get a rejection based on age etc. I saw the CDC updates. And her school has been reminding us that for sports/band participation, to be considered fully vaccinated it must include booster.Went to the store, and was denied because they said “booster is only for 16 and over.” Knowing this is incorrect, I asked if they were certain. The assistant asked the pharmacist on duty again, and then said yes. I reiterated “just to be clear, you’re telling me she is unable because she’s not 16” They said yes. I walked away.Second guessing myself I checked cdc website and there it was, plain as day… expanded booster for 12-17. How can I trust I’m getting the best service from a pharmacy for medical needs when they can’t even be up to date with directives that came out months ago. And for COVID SAFETY no less.

Rudest employee ever! Propane exchange machine did not recognize my credit card, machine says to go inside to pay. Went inside and said the machine told me to come in and pay. Rude employee said no, it never says that. I told her I will show you, she did not respond and figured out how to ring it up. No apology, no nothing. Never experienced such horrible service before in my entire life!

I got to the store in heavy rain around 9:30am on Saturday November 7th. I went there to return a product of a 3rd party merchant. I have never done this before. The lady at customer service was extremely understanding and patient. I am never very handy with my cell phone but she told me to take it easy to find the information on my cell phone to complete the return. At the end she even helped me seal the package and put on the label with a sunny smile and comforting words. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to because she made my day!

The prices here are not that great. But the real reason why I am giving them the low rating is the poor quality of the fresh foods. Almost all of the fresh food was extremely close to it's expiration date - almost everything I was looking for was only available with expiration dates within about a week away. I found milk that had an expiration date of only 2 days from now!Unless you are buying food you are planning on consuming that day, I would avoid this place.

The manager at customer service gave me a free lecture today. I returned an online order with a return receipt that I marked the item and the order number with a red sharpie, the manager Tess looked at it and threw it back to me and asked “what is the order number?”, then she rudely asked what’s wrong with the item? After that was processed, we proceeded to return 2 $3 items. She again asked in a very rude tone for the receipt. I didn’t have it. Then Tess said we don’t take anything without a receipt. Then she lectured me about not having a receipt and she would do it one time but you got to have a receipt. I explained I had received store credits from other Walmart for no receipt. She then tossed the items to another person and told her to process it before she just walked away. This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered from Walmart customer service.

Pretty slow, I went to the self check out and I needed help with my purchase. I waited 20mins to check out and leave. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored for a while. Another patron helped me get an employee's attention. They have a lot of people working, but the person watching over the self checkout left as I got there.

This Walmart store needs some improvement. They have 2 self check out sections. Each section has its own line forming. They are not like the Bank of America in the same plaza. The bank has only one line which leads to several teller windows. If this Walmart store wanted to implement a one-line system, they should have a clear sign to avoid confusion. I shop at this store regularly. Having 2 separate lines for self check out is very clear to me for a long time. This morning, when I was approaching a register in the right side self check out line, one of their staffs stopped me and waved a woman who was waiting in the other self check out section. I was already at the register and I refused such direction. This staff said there was just one line. As I raised my voice for my objection, a team-lead came. I complained to this team-lead that if there was indeed one line, they should put up a sign. She agreed this could be an improvement. I have high expectation from a world class company such as Walmart. The business can be more profitable by not paying for someone who just stands there and harasses customers.

Me and my Mom always been to this location, cause so close and person works there nice and friendly. Today my mom try to go there exchange something, the manager Gabby told her no, as I know if you lost receipt, they still can use your DL to refund you store credit as all other store. Anyway, first time told us no, you not purchased here, until my mom show her the label. Then she say you can exchange something similar, ok fine. My mom got something and ready to pay the difference. Guess what, she say has to be exactly same thing and same price. I never heard that in my whole life. I ask when you guys changed policy, she told me beginning of this year. That's terrible experience, the product only less than a dollar, not even a big deal!!!Can Walmart hire someone professional, knows what she doing, know how important customer service for the business. I have no idea why she do that, because my mom don't speak English? I will never come back to this location.

This store has fine savings and is always busy. The problem I and others find with shopping there is that it is not customer friendly for check out service. There are at least 6 checkout stations but never more than 2, occasionally 3, staffed. Self checkout is not always convenient and can't be used with liquor. Very poor customer service overall due to insufficient staffing.
