Worst 7-eleven I've been in. Terrible cashiers, zero customer service, Staff is "clicky", underlying racial tension, they don't greet customers upon entry and sometimes when there's a long line and two employees to ring one who thinks they're better than everyone simply won't jump on the register, they act busy but it's an act every time in my experience. Very unprofessional. Once a cashier wouldn't take a bill because a corner was missing, made an excuse that the safe wouldn't take it. I should have told them I know they can do a paper drop because I worked with 7-eleven for many years. Law says they should have taken it. Last complaint, the store is so gross. It's just filthy. The gunk every where is so thick only a remodel could fix it. I only go in there when I'm too tired, otherwise I drive down the street several more blocks further to A&G mart. EDIT: To add, I could name names but as trained manager I am aware that anyone who over sees a staff knows full well what is going on. I can only speak on the last six months since I moved to this region however if I were running this location I would immediately replace the staff. I suppose I could make a call to the 7-eleven regional manager. I'm sure he's already spoken to this store about it's unsavory condition, but he may not know about the way the staff really treats customers.

I doesn’t matter 2am, 230am, 3am 330am the door is locked and you will be ignored because they only have one person working at night. I don’t understand the point in being “24 hours” when it really isnt true.

This morning when our EBT card didn't work the young man working the counter bullied us into paying cash for drinks instead of letting us discard them because we were trying to save the cash to buy something else that you can't use food stamps for.. very very unhappy! Took our money because we had gotten scammed on food stamps....

i bought a cheeseburger roller and it was disgusting, i couldn’t even eat it. it was hard and was probably sitting there too long. which is not uncommon, most of the quick serve food items for sale is usually well past their expiration time, what’s funny is the fact that i’m bother to write about this here again because i’ve written about this several times and obviously it falls on deaf ears because well, here we are again with another poor quality product review. clearly no one cares

Hispanic man maybe in his 30s/40s was there 6/13/23 730 am rude as hell and appeared to be racist because he was mean to me and the lady behind me but when a Spanish speaking lady came in he was so welcoming that sucked

I don't recommend this place because their was a person that works there gilr/boy who thought my son was by himself now mind you the place was filled with homeless going in and out and she/he decided to yell at my son saying hey is that good like several times yelling over the counter my son was getting hot chocolate and this person didn't see me standing on the side watching my son when this person decides to yell at him and accuse him of stealing the hot chocolate this is unacceptable and my son was embarrassed and yes I spoke up immediately their was another lady there she was amazing

The convenience over the store to have cold refreshing drinks at the ready. Pick up a water or Gatorade 7-Eleven brand type of Gatorade it was delicious and refreshing was a reduced price it was a win-win and I was in and out and under 3 minutes

Why does this store advertise 24 hours, but every night depending on who's there, locked up between 2 until 430, but when you call they say were open??? Bad for business need corporate to look into these breaks, closings at random times!!

Great staff, the owners are also very helpful and very nice. They are usually always stocked with what I want. Very clean and organized. I always go here.

At this location all team members are very polite and friendly, they all know what I want they always have on the counter without me asking for it, they always have smile, you guy's keep it up the good work!👍😃
