We went to the food court. The young girl didn't even acknowledge us. Didn't say, give me a minute or I'll be right with you.A young man was going to help us. But the girl in a rude tone said... I'm going to help them! Then, she had a horrible attitude why taking order, almost like we were bothering her.

Well a staff worker at the door was blocking the baskets. I hesitated for her to move. She didn't so I walked up and said excuse me because I didn't want to brush up against her. Anyway she rolled her eye's at me like I was inconvenient for her to step to the side. For that I give it 2 stars other than that it's usually OK. I'll probably hesitate and go elsewhere because of it tho. Made me feel some kind of way and that bothered me and made me act differently after that's well. Probably should give 1 star now I think about it

Bugs were in the glass compartment where they keep the sweet bread, donuts, cookies etc. Gross! I decided to get a pack of donuts in a package and there was no expiration date on it. How does this store not have expiration dates on their food?! I told the worker and he didn’t seem to care.

It is extremely clean!! Carts are sprayed, plastic bags are offered in case a customer wants "gloves," and announcements are made for workers to periodically wipe down throughout the day and for customers to stay 6 feet apart. Manager and employees are doing a great job keeping everyone safe.

A 2" metal little cup from Mexico..$7.99. I ask clerk to verify and he said "yes they are expensive." It's no fun shopping at Vallarta anymore. It hurts to see ALLgroceries stores wasting food. At least before item expire or veg. rot..put them on sale.

Sold me moldy birthday cake. You couldn't tell from the outside. It made us sick because we didn't notice it was moldy until we ate some of it. It gave us food poisoning. When we went back to store, all manager could do is give us store credit. What a joke. Couldn't even give us our money back. She didn't even care or didn't feel like taking the time to deal with it. Never shopping there again. They are careless. Dont trust workers there.Venden comida pudrida. No vallan a esa tienda! Son descuidados y no les importa!

I travel through out the state for work, and Vallarta is an inexpensive place to eat. I stopped by this location when in the area and was very disappointed by what I found. Food in the Taqueria area looked dried: meats and soups alike. I was starving and went ahead and ordered safe: burrito al pastor. Service was fast, but the food tasted burnt. Got my order and went to eat: there were 6 tables. Only one table was cleaned, and was taken by an employee who was on her break, on the phone and consuming no food drink. The tables had unknown dried old liquid and food. Nobody bother to clean the tables while I was there for 30 mins. Once done, went to throw away the trash and both containers were filled up. It seems that at this location no manager walks around to ensure the store cleaners. As a manager, I would take pride that the food serving and consuming area is clean at all times: NOT HERE! I couldn't help but to wonder what other areas of the store needed cleaning. Yuck!

i never like la vallarta supermarket, but my wife wanted to make some tortas for lunch, and i thought it'll be easy and quicker, it was about 9 pm three register open and long lines, that i have to wait nearly 20 minutes to pay for my bolillos, is not the first time, or the second or the third, but i guess somebody has to say something. I've been there in different times of the day, and honestly i like it when i can go in and out quick enough to not complaint,(which has happened also) but 20 minutes on line?My wife has returned the unprepared menudo cuz it stinks more than usual, she has returned unprepared shrimps, more than once because of the same reason.i like bread too, but if you don't pay any attention, flies are constantly having the first bite.Produce, can you step up a notch or two in quality?my wife and i work, sometimes we don't want to prepared food and we cruise your display of prepared food, really nice pictures, and we tried some of it, but not fresh at all, (to be fair i haven't tasted all menu) but the tacos bad, tamales sucks, very good champurrado, fried chicken dried, and i almost choke on los chicharrone de lonja, but the bottle of coca cola from mexico it was delicious. your food is good for people who don't need any better, but.....keep trying it is very conviniente.About the staff, very friendly

This store is a rip off! They have no shame. They overprice EVERYTHING! and the sad part is they rip off raza! Too bad this town has 2 Vallarta stores in this town. You ought to be ashamed of yourself VALLARTA! I wish we had a market with descent prices like Winco.

Pre ordered cake. It was dry and not even what we ordered. Not to mention the young female that took our order had no buisness in that department. With her unprofessionalism. We will not be ordering nothing there again!!!

The seasoned chicken and pastor were the most disgusting things i have ever smelled cooking. Meat that goes bad gets seasoned. Seaoned meat that goes bad gets cooked and sold. I will never buy meat from here again.

Mixed emotions, good place to get groceries but a horrible place for beer. The beer here is always burned. Come here for the avocados and go across the street for the beer.
