I wish I would have seen the reviews before coming to this pharmacy. Same story as usual. They don't take responsibility for being unnecessarily slow. When called out on the slow service, they are quick to shift the blame on someone else or resort to claiming the customer is being difficult. It's easy to reply to a bad review with excuses but defending bad staff by claiming things are usually better when clearly they are not is just spineless. Seriously? Months of bad reviews and nothing has changed? Give me a break...You can do whatever you want with your money but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or anyone else's for that matter.

Not one person greeted me! There were 3 girls working in the front and not one even looked at me when I walked in. The male in ice cream was cleaning it didn’t even care to look at me either. Not one person asked me if I needed help. I was in the store looking for a few items unfortunately I couldn’t find it nor did anyone want to help me find what I needed when I asked the heavy set darker skinned girl she was pushing a blue cart she just turned away when I asked her a question the other girl I tried to ask didn’t even want to be bothered she was doing other stuff and finally when I was walking around for a good while still no help I couldn’t find what I needed no one wanted to help so why did I go in and chose your store in Delano if you don’t care about customers. This shows a lack in the store manager and company as a whole not putting customers first and it was proven to me! Definitely needs some big time training done in customer service. I checked myself in self check out because again no one to help or ask if I found everything OK or if I needed help.

They never answer the phone always have to call rite aid staff for them to get pharmacy to answer, as well when you connect to the pharmacy staff they talk to you with attitude and a smart way and rant about things that don’t even pertain what you’re trying to figure out they never have anything ready! I understand the labor shortage but all together this pharmacy has never been good only reason i go here is because it’s the nearest! Get a new team for pharmacy! A bunch of airheads running the place

Pharmacy customer Service, especially at the drive through has completely collapsed over the past 12 months. Insane lines and waiting. Teller walks away pretending no line then takes sweet time to locate the order. In the middle of transaction just drops everything to have s conversation or starts to help another that’s just dropping off order rather than complete the transaction. Rosie really needs training on efficiency and work ethic. Good heavens this is the worst.

I appreciate that they’re working hard during the pandemic but repeatedly either transferring someone to the front of the store and/or answering but hanging up the phone without a response when I’ve been ringing multiple times is extremely dissatisfying. I was told to call back and I’ve called at several different times of the day and week. Telecommunication is super important in these times and hanging up without answering is extremely unreasonable.

Ridiculous. I called for a whole because I was ill. Pharmacy never answered and neither did the front counter. After a week went to Pharmacy and staff was not of any help. Not every one is computer literate and they expect the customers to do everything online. Even the 1-800 number is of no use and they are always complaining and no change to operational needs.

Get a phone call medication is ready. After 30 minutes of waiting in the car, I am told that insurance card needs to be rerun so to get at the end of the line, Again. I park and go inside, and was told to sit down because medication is not ready. Do this young girls KNOW what they are doing??????

Rite Aid was filled with nice and welcoming employees. Lately, every time I go, I have a very unpleasant and unwelcome experience. I understand times are rough but all the new employees should be trained on how to improve their customer service.

Their phone service might as well just discontinue. Been trying to get ahold of them all day and no answer from pharmacy. They never answer and I always have so much trouble getting ahold of them. I live quite a distance away and have to travel just to talk to them that could have been done over phone. Is 10am-2pm not a good time ? For every day I try to call? Never coming here again. What a waste of time and money.

I had an appointment for a covid test I gave them the information they needed and the girl told me they had a new system and they didn't know how to input the information. She told me to return anytime after 12 I went back and they still didn't know how to input the information.

The service at this rite aid is terrible the people working in the pharmacy are always rude and unpleasant im.always courteous to them and I still get treated badly I constantly have issues with my prescriptions forget about trying to get someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy department time to make a change I guess.

Failing to provide medicines on time! Too much delays even in emergency cases! Too many problems about inventories, shortage of staff and other things and in result, people in need of medicines suffer. Do not go to this particular location!

This is my first time buy at Rite Aid Pharmacy.Those who work in the Pharmacy.They do not help you,if you ask help They don't need money?..There are too many Pharmacy in Delano.I.never go back this Pharmacy again....ZERO REVIEW...NO.STAR
