Such a cute little store! Loved my experience with purchasing my first pet, they answered all my questions and worries. My boyfriend purchased his bearded dragon a year ago from here and I purchased mine two weeks ago. Every time we go pick up crickets or roaches, they’re always happy to help. Definitely recommend checking them out even if you just want to look.

YESS, GO HERE! Owners are very welcoming and down-to-earth. They love what they do and it shows. All of the animals in the store definitely receive the attention, care, and even love they need and you don't see that much from sellers in the pet adoption/purchase industry. They are quick and happy to help, and are very informative and answer any questions you have. They do not judge your level of expertise and rather kindly educate you and share their knowledge on the creature you are curious about. I am personally yet to purchase a reptile due to extraneous reasons, but when I do, I will 100% take my business here and I recommend you do as well, you will not regret it! -plus you will support a small family-owned business! :)

What a fantastic place! The owners are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It was quite a drive for us but well worth it. Anybody in the Delano, Wasco, and Bakersfield areas should absolutely make this their place to find their next reptile friend. They sell proper lighting and habitat setups which you absolutely cannot find at the big box pet stores. And they know husbandry so they will help set you and your pet up for success. I was absolutely thrilled to find this place and will definitely be going back!

This was our first time in this location and it was awesome. It's definitely a little hidden but I would drive from bakersfield any day for any of our reptile needs. We have a new bearded dragon at home and had no idea what we were doing. Found this shop on a search for reptile shops. About a 40 minute drive from home but it was worth it. Not only did they have everything we need but everything was so affordable. The owners were awesome as well. They were very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight on our new family member. Also gave us a tour of all their reptiles and even let the kids hold some of the animals. They were very happy. If I could give them a million stars I would for the great customer service and the stuff we purchased. We will definitely be going back for all our needs. We plan to make a purchase for my son too and one of the tortoise stole our heart. Amazing hole in the wall pet store for sure !

I went to this pet store with my husband and two sons in the hopes of finding a new little family member, the owners are amazing they answered EVERY QUESTION my boys had they even let them hold everything possible, I myself even held a snake. We ended up getting a bearded dragon and a habitat. The customer service was just amazing, we will definitely make the drive to get what our pet needs, and even maybe the snake I held.

The owners took time to explain to us the process to owning a snake as a pet. They showed us several of their reptiles, and they even let my kid hold a snake and showed how to handle it. They made me feel comfortable about having my kid own a snake.You can tell they are passionate about their business. Great business!!!

Went there for the first time yesterday to pick me up some cocoblock and I have to say both were very helpful, professional and have extremely great customer service. Glade to have fellow people like this in the reptile industry. They will continue to have my business for sure.

Giving it a 2 stars because the female owner is a bit off on her vibe like in a sense rude. I don't know but it's her attitude, she just doesn't have good customer service. But other than that it's the only unique reptile store in Delano they have pretty cool stuff in there .

Awesome shop for all your reptile needs! We have bought several snakes, tortoises and a couple of scorpions from them and love all of them. The owners are so helpful and a joy to talk to, you can't go wrong going here.

Super Friendly Reptile Shop, they are very knowledgeable on every single reptile they carry. They also have live bait like meal worms, super worms and silk worms. If you need advice or anything they will be happy to help. I'm glad they are in town and now I don't have to wait for supplies.

Super good customer service! Me and my girlfriend were driving around town and we didn't know this was in the city so we stopped by. Right away we was kindly greeted by the workwrs. a worker then got to show us some pets and talked to us about them. Highly recommend coming here for any reptile needs.

Great place really helpful owners who don't mind answering questions even if asked 30 times by kids lol great prices as well highly recommend going I drove an HR and half just to check it out was worth the drive and got a new lil turtle love it will be back for my next pet
