Remodeled, but service sucks. No one to help you, won’t even go to the aisle to do a price check when it clearly states the item is on sale, just told oh well my phone. Lazy as ever. Spend all this money when you could have trained your employees better and hired more people.

What an absolutely different experience from the Safeway down the road. The store is clean and I felt safe in the parking lot unlike the local Safeway that looks like a smash and grab vagrant Paradise. Thank you Walmart for providing a safe and affordable experience while we are in town. The prices are average unlike the aforementioned store that was twice the price for everything. The parking area is clean and well maintained, and the homeless population I do see outside of the store are keeping to themselves and not harassing the customers or casing vehicles like what I saw at the Safeway down the road. Thank you Walmart for providing a much safer experience for me and my family

The store sucks along with most of the management. There are only a few employees that go beyond the job to make sure customers are happy. It is not easy with the people in this town ( Crescent City ) The door greeter Karen is awesome she greets me by name and makes sure I have a Electrical cart every time I come in to shop. Gavin is also very helpful when I get my groceries from online shopping. ☺️

Very dysfunctional and disorganized. Employees oblivious about blocking isles while restocking, products covered with dust, self checkout stations closed and not enough help during checkout (I'm disabled but I had to go myself to get another tagged item when checker unable to find price).I'm not a fan on reorganizing entire stores for marketing purposes, especially when it is so disruptive and difficult for consumers. I know I won't go back for a while.

If you been to one Walmart you've been to all of them. Nothing ordinary about this place. Nothing separates this one from all the other billion stores around the world. Empty shelves, people dressed like they're lounging at home, where nobody can see them. One thing to take into consideration is there is a ten cent charge per plastic bag, so bring your own, if possible.

This has got to be the cleanest most organized Walmart I have ever been into. The employees I encountered were actually nice. Kudos to management and staff.

Bathrooms are blah. The doors were missing locks. No paper towels.The shopping experience was positive. Friendly employees all over.

It seems to be a friendly place fairly clean and organized. There is a little bit of wait to pay for your items. However if you need an item that is locked up it takes forever then 5 more minutes to get help from employees who have the keys to help you.

I’ve been to Walmart’s all over the country. This was by far the nicest, best maintained Walmart I had been to. Even through, and right after, the pandemic it stayed well ran. Over the past year it has steadily gone downhill. Only getting worse by the day and unfortunately for all who live here they know we don't have a lot of shopping choices.

Went here to buy a dog leash and was surprised to see they were locked up. Workers were awesome and very friendly and helpful, best Walmart staff I've ever seen and I travel all around the west half of the U.S.

I agree. But it's all we have, so they have corner of the market. One choice makes it real easy for them to be whatever they want. We can go to Safeway and pay double for groceries.WYGD.

Well NOW my rating is 5 STARS! Why did I not think to order ahead and have them bring it out to me! Excellent program, fast, efficient and friendly. I will use this program again, I was told they are even starting same day delivery! Wish somone would have mentioned this when I left a 2 star rating for self check out! ❤️

Waited like 20 minutes for an employee to get me a Lego set from the glass case then wouldn't even let me carry it through the store then after I finally found the employee who had it I was charged extra even though it was 10$ them said he couldn't do anything about it even though he incorrectly put the price in

Overall well staffed and mostly full stock. My gripe is with an older, heavy-set woman at self checkout who is very unpleasant. She stands there staring at me while I bag my groceries. I spend $200 every week with cash, and she makes me feel uncomfortable for being a loyal customer. I work to spend my money there only to be treated like a criminal. I understand she's not all there, but it's very rude.

Well, it’s Wal-Mart so pretty much what you expect. Pretty much everything in the store is locked up, which is a pain, and the parking lot is crawling with sketchy looking panhandlers that jam you up for “a couple of dollars” on your way to &/or from your car. But from what I’ve heard it’s like that everywhere you go nowadays. I will say this, unlike in the past where you’d be hard pressed to find an employee if you had a question, now there seems to be at least one on every aisle at any given time & imo are friendly & knowledgeable about what they sell & where it is. They’ve even scanned shelf labels with their handhelds to check for back stock without being asked. Since I’m a shopper, not a shoplifter, this is a def plus imo.

The people that work there are very nice, it’s well organized most of the time. Sometimes sections get pretty disheveled then staff reorganize the merchandise. Order with curbside pick up is very efficient, prices are better than many places. The Angus beef is usually very good. They take returns without a receipt if you have the credit card purchased with.

Store looked clean. I entered the store & had a fabulous experience when i picked up 2 tomatoes & 1 of the employees brought me a bag, i didn't see her name, but kudos to her...Proceeded to the deli to pick up my lunch(it was 12pm) & waited almost 15/20 minutes since there was only 1 employee working the hot & cold Deli section. I would think that Walmart would schedule 2 people since that section has a hot & cold section. I felt bad for the poor girl running back & forth..
