When a young teenager comes in and asks to speak to the manager about a job, and returns to the car in full tears, something is VERY wrong!The old lady that used to work at Safeway, now works at this location is a nasty old bitty. She was nasty for years at Safeway, now we get the unpleasant sourpuss at the Dollartree...lovely. Apparently, she's afraid of losing her job to be so absolutely NASTY to a teen asking to speak to a manager.Then the manager comes out. Oh now it starts to make sense. This manager is even more nasty than the cashier! Is rude, dismissive and just downright nasty as well.These kids are doing all they can to keep turning in applications online, which never gets responses. They literally psyche themselves up to see about talking to the manager about it, maybe see if they've seen her application? There's a new store yall are trying to open. You've been doing a mass hire while bringing up employees from other areas to help. Yet, this teen is ready, willing and able to help. you overinflated ego jerks rather put them in tears, keep walking away when they're trying to ask you questions. This store has such a huge turnover of employees as well. I can see why! The cashier is downright rude and unapproachable, while the manager himself is a huge jerk as well. Your loss, Dollar Tree! This young lady would've worked her tail off for you! She's been wanting a job, sending in and checking her applications multiple times a day. Yet, yall would rather be complete tools. Def your loss!

It was so crazy they only had two cashiers and one was on lunch. Total chaos people were lined up across the store and down the aisle number one. We were trying to make the best of it

Nirmaly i shop here often. But on 7 24 21 I purchased a box of delicious deals Donuts and when I opened them and popped one in my mouth started to chew when I noticed something tasted and smelled like paint thinner. I looked at the donuts after spitting it out had log mold and black mold and something yellowish gold on it. I went to dollar tree and showed the manager. He was really rude. Gose that's weird that has never happened before. You must have gotten the one that break ok. Sorrythrres nothing I can do. I went home looked at box they expired in May of 2021.

This Dollar Tree has very bad customer service and the employees will hit you and use major profanity. I filed a major complaint with the corporate office due to Deandre putting his hands on me and I am going to pursue it further with an attorney

Sun block is wonderful. Children and baby needed items in a hurry. Cheap and real names. Tons of dream snacks and drinks. Halmart $9 cards for $1.25 and $8 gift bags for $1.25 and helium balloons too. Clorox 2 generic for color clothes. Save them during a PANDEMIC.

This Dollar Tree is in a location central to Crescent City that's easily accessible. It's usually kept well stocked, fairly organized and has friendly staff. Anyone familiar with the brand should feel right at home here on a good day.

The cashier was friendly, but the store seemed run down. Shelves were not stocked and needed straightening up. The surrounding area has empty buildings which adds to the run down feel of the place. But, that said, I do love Dollar Stores and I was grateful to find one in the area.

Who ever was the cashier he was super nice. Had a line behind me and he still took care of me and helped me get the balloons I wanted when I'm guessing he was the manager, was trying to rush me and make me feel bad for holding up the line.Cashier's are always on point, managers on the other hand have no customer service

The Crescent City location does its best to keep up with a demanding clientele. The employees work hard and are friendly. The store itself is narrow and shopped hard. The previous location on 9th street was easier to get around and shop.

Overall, it was average. Pros were lines moved quickly due to regular customer queueing.Cons were not COVID-19 prevention friendly. There were several occurrences of people seen in the store not wearing masks and or improperly wearing them ("chin diaper") and neither staff or managers enforcing it.

I choose this business for any printing I need done. I can email my file and pick up immediately. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's got a local small town feel, which Iove; they even have a bunch of locally made products like birdhouses, salsa, soap, etc, all of which are affordable. Even after moving across town, I still go here because they're fast, reliable and super nice.

Don't go here, they claim no bags. They charge dollar for a bag, bought in store product. Claiming coin shortage, exact change or you pay more. This is a curupt way of bolstering profits during pandemic. How does corporation not order bags, bags that are needed, all other stores in community have plastic bags? Shame on you dollar tree stealing and swindling the community. 95531

I love Dollar Tree. They have such a variety of items and it's so affordable. To me it's a mini Wal-Mart and I can let my kids loose and not walk out paying a fortune.

The store is not well stocked. The employees have bad attitudes. The managers are cocky. The store is dirty compared to others. If this wasn't such a small town and it wasn't such a necessary store, I wouldn't even go in. They need to take a lesson from the Brookings store. Many of us go up there to shop.

I shop the Dollar Tree, and more so when I find products like V05 and Silkience in larger amounts, and made in America and Canada!! Walmart at smaller amounts, and just a few cents more. We need to support Dollar Tree to keep Walmart (if for no other reason) from monopolizing the community.

I really like Dollar Tree. Although, I hasten to add that I am quite irritated they do hassle me when I bring my dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback named "Lola," into the store. I am asked by the same employees every time it Lola is "a service dog." I reply "yes," and yet I am still hassled. I AM legally blind. By California law, I am only required to respond with a "yes" or a "no" at being asked if my dog is my "seeing eye animal." Once I respond, I am to be availed the same respect as is every other shopper. I'm still shopping there when I can. It is the only game in town for a buck.

I could not think of anything else they could have stocked! Nice and clean, and everyone there was so nice. And everything I bought really was just a dollar (each ).
