As if all the other negative issues weren't enough, now they are just (Closed). Are you kidding me? People have entrusted them with their livelihood, health, wellbeing and quite possibly their lives and what do they do? they accept their prescription requests and just CLOSE THEIR DOORS! No phone calls or any other form of contact or warning, just close the doors and everyone can do without! When you provide a life sustaining service you don't get to just say, (not today), (it's not convenient) or we don't have the staff. YOU FIND THE STAFF! You bus them in, fly them in or what ever it requires but you provide the service you have been entrusted with. CVS, in Crescent City doesn't deserve to be licensed as a pharmacy.

Tried to return a cash purchase with receipt. CVS wanted to scan my driver's license into the CVS database. This would expose me to identify theft when CVS has more data breaches. No other store in town has this dangerous policy for customers who pay cash. This policy is foolish. CVS did not ask for my driver's license when I handed them cash for the purchase. Best advice - never shop here.

Worst, unreliable, pharmacy is closed or closes earlier on any given day without notice. Prescription gets sent in and they notify you by text that it has been received even though they are closed and have no intention of filling necessary medications. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy, they can't hold down the fort.

Had appointment at 1:20. Dr called in prescriptiin at 2 and didnr fill antibiotics same day. Instead told my husband try again tomorrow. Im going to end up in ER because I have an infection causing extream pain

Rebecca refused outright to fill a prescription for my disabled wife. The pharmacy has been operating without a pharmacy manager and probably without a pharmacist for all I know. They have had prescriptions fill late for months now. Don't expect anything and to be treated like a number or worse. Constantly hang up or don't answer the phone. Worse pharmacy in town, even the wait at Walmart would be better than this.

This is by far the worst cvs pharmacy ive ever went through. I've shown up to get refills and get told they've been too busy multiple times now. They withhold my life saving medication with the excuse of "we've been very busy, sorry". This cvs needs a new manager or needs to hire more people. If you're reading this I highly recommend you switch to another pharmacy. This place is ran by lazy/incompetent/greedy management. It also seems 90% of the town is going through this pharmacy. If you want to save yourself a lot of time/stress you must not go through this cvs pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Drove 30 minutes to pick up a needed prescription. I arrived at 5 o’clock, and was told they were closing. The website says 6 o’clock a little concerning that these are the people preparing our medication‘s. Total incompetence.

Horrible pharmacy service. They cannot get their act together. Long lines, unfilled prescriptions, and workers just throw their hands up and offer no help. I will be getting my medicine elsewhere.

Pharmacy staff the best in Crescent City! I take over a dozen prescriptions per day. The staff is friendly, and exceeds my expectations every visit! Needless to say my life is in their hands- I'm still here they don't disappoint!

Chime bank holders, do not use cvs crescent city! Spent more than 20 minutes this morning with worker that had no idea how to do or help with chime. I was adding money by the way... She would not get or bother other worker to help. Ill trained, unprepared and no sense of customer service, obvious customer is not a priority.... Wont use this store at all now.....🤔Went to walgreens awesome service well trained and took 5 minutes.....for chime. I will use walgreens highly recommend it!!

The runaround I received every month trying to obtain my disabled husband’s medicationwas unbelievable. I Never had these problems at Rite Aid or Wallgreen’s. I regretted going hereto get the Brand of medication my husband wanted because they where the only pharmacy locally that carries it. Our Insurance said CVS tried to gouge us on the strength he is presently on, then they couldn’tget it anyway. Also, they made our nurse practitioner jump through a new set of hoops.We switched to a different brand and different pharmacy this month. No hassles and pleasantpersonnel at Rite Aid, though they are unable to get the preferred brand there, it just isn’t worththe hoops CVS made me go through every month. We asked for his medication to be filled as perscribed thegentlemen at CVS couldn’t seem to hear that ?? It seems like they wanted to wait till the last minute to orderit , something about “Corporate wouldn’t let them order it in ahead, and charge our insurance “ so it wasthere for him on the 30th day as prescribed. Our insurance said they pay when submitted so it shouldn’t have been a problem, yet it was!!The store itself is spacious and and clean. The store employees are always nice ,too bad the pharmacyemployees aren’t.

I normally don't do this but y'all need to get your stuff together this is actually ridiculous to wait 5 days for a prescription that should have been filled and it says it was supposed to be filled the next day and never got done here we are 6 days later still waiting ridiculous unacceptable hire some more people do something and that's why I'm leaving you guys

I honestly don't know whay the problemb is. They take forever getting me my prescriptions. I'm constantly told wrong times as to when my prescriptions will be ready. I really would like to see them do better.

I originally had an appointment with another pharmacy to receive a Covid test which fell through. I had traveled to crescent city just for the test. When my appointment was canceled I panicked. I went on the CVS website and was signed up to get a test within an hour. The gentleman who helped me with the process was very kind and answered every question I had. Overall had a great experience with the CVS pharmacy.

Over a year now of trying to deal with the nonsense of this pharmacy. It is run like a circus! They need help knowing how to run a business and keep people happy. Wrong medicines, no communication, always a mile-long line at drive through. When I voice my concerns, I am told to go inside. If I'm going to go inside anywhere for my Rx, it isn't going to be CVS. Time for a change.

Awesome customer service!! They fought safeway for my prescription. They spent a couple hours of their evening making sure I got my meds after Safeway gave me hell and tried to overcharge me. In the end I got my prescription for a 3rd of the price safeway wanted. Thankyou!!!
