How is this possible so many dogs go In for grooming and come out with injured eyes… I took her to the vet and they told me this was blunt trauma, when I asked the store what happened they said she became aggressive and she scratched herself. Please do not take your pets here.

Horrible people and service. I got my dog here 6 years ago now and I still remember how they chopped off. Literally chopped off his tail for no reason. This place should be shut down and these people should stay away from animals

Got 2 parakeets took them home, did what he said. Bird would not fly. I gave it time to calm down from how the man had to grabb the birds. After 2 hrs - still no flying. Went back to shop and they told me there is nothing they could do, no solution, just can't help you! Convenience or not, this is 1 pet supply store I will not be going back to. $60 👎

I must say I'm my emergency case Jasmins pet store help me out my dog had puppies and needed a wash and trim ....now my dog is happy and hair free for the rest of the summer.

I have a wonderful 6yr maltipoo who has frequent this groomer for 3 years. My little precious has remained the same miniature size for the entire years but the price goes up each visit ...the groomer does a decent job. We were concerned about the security as 1 day after picking her up last year a theft of several puppies occurred. On My last visit my dog was returned to me with a cut /bruise on inside flap of her ear I took pictures and I treated her with antibiotics. On my next visit I brought to the attention of the establishment ..there only reply is the cost will be higher this time and we will be more careful. My dog was pulling away in fear so for her safety I no longer use this groomer.

Many dogs are "mysteriously" injured at this pet store. My family dog was taken to this store and came back with a bleeding eye. When she was taken to the vet they said that she was struck/hit. When we asked the store what happened they refused to answer. My family dog has always been very calm and doesn't attack. Don't come to this place as they don't know how to take care of the animals who are in their previously trusted care. If it was possible I'd give zero stars but to leave this review I have to leave one. again, DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE

I call one week in advance and a day ahead to ask hours of operation. They state 9am. I get to location at 9am the person doing the grooming isn’t even there yet, I go check on my dog at 12 noon since I haven’t received a call and my dog is still not ready!!! They do a horrible job with grooming and they’re unorganized. One thing is to have a small mom and pop shop and another is to be unorganized and bad with communication. Learning experience never again!!!

Ok, the cut was good since they cut all his hair off $85...but the reason I give them 1 star was because they never called me to pick up my dog. I called and a man answered he said they were calling me, which isn’t true and he said they were about to close and all the groomers were gone for the day and that I had to pick my dog up tomorrow.... what??! I was begging him to give me a few minutes to pick him up, I live 10 minutes away, and then he hangs up on me!! I called again and he said ok he would wait. I’m NEVER taking my dog there again.

I had to take my dog to the vet and they told me she had been hit. I called and asked the groomer what happened and they didn’t want to tell me, now my dog is in The vet with a bleeding/bruised eye!!!I have never reviewed a place or talked bad about a place but no one should HIT or INJURE MY PET!!!

took my maltipoo in for grooming and they took ALL day with her. When I picked her up she was unresponsive, called her name would not turn, refused to eat. The lady who gave her to me stated they had to sedate her due to her being aggressive(I know my dog is not aggressive). They cut her in two places just bad, bad!

BE AWARE!!!! I took my dog the 4/02/19 for his vaccinations of parvovirus and Gave me an expired one , my dog ended up getting sick and had to be hospitalized for 5 days because she was already bleeding from her intestines , I ended up paying more than $700 and when I went they told me that all dogs have the virus and even with the vaccinations he could still get infected they took my vaccinations record and started ripping it apart so I won’t have no prof and won’t be able to file a claim and their silly excuse was that because the vaccine was expire they needed to take the sticker off but she still rip my vaccine record PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE OF WHO YOU TAKING YOUR PETS TOO

Its a really great place. In my opinion its a really great shop and if you ever have any difficulty due to your pet i recomend you to come here bcuz they are just great over all and is actually one the best pet shops their is. So if you guys are looking for geat service the this should be your go to place.

This lady cut. My Pamaranian bald. I did not think i had to tell her that. Its s bjg. No no. U domt cut s dog like that balled. . his hair. Has not grown back. And he will stay like that for ever 😭

Took my dog for a groom and she came back looking upset. She didn’t want to eat, She was exhausted, and It looked liked they mistreated her.. Everytime some one would get near her, she would just hide and cry

Terrible. I arrived around 12:15 and was told they were done for the day after confirming grooming hours. The place was not clean so it worked out! Going back to my normal groomer
