We love this store, and love the pharmacy. But the Thrifty Ice Cream Counter has been out of service for 18 months. People of the community want and need the Thrifty Ice Cream and counter to be operational! We can't even buy it in the half gallon size. I speak for all of us! :)

Cannot get through to the pharmacy via phone, even when the pharmacy is not busy. Prescriptions are also not being filled timely. I have never had an issue with this pharmacy until this last year.

Horrible customer service. One guy very unpleasant older guy with beard. No greeting, no smile, acting like he just didn’t want to be there. Very rude!!Outside of building was dirty and cluttered with empty plant shelving. Lots of dead plants still on one shelf. Items supposed to be on closeout marked wrong.

The recorded messages, if working, give incorrect info. A prescription often takes 5 days or more to be ready. Without notice, the pharmacy will shut down. The posted time to close is 8pm. It is 7:14. It's closed.

They are selling expired food and are charging you for donations without telling you. One of the girls that work there is very snobby and rude. After I ate the expired protein bar I felt sick and I'm very sensitive to food poisoning. Please fix this.

We went into the store in Colusa, CA. Our cashier was probably the most unpleasant employee I have ever come across. We all have our bad days but this was ridiculous. Hopefully she's not always so rude.

This pharmacy is horrible and they never answer the phones they’ve had my med order for a week and still don’t have them ready and everytime I go it’s a new excuse!! GO TO DAVISONS pharmacy they have the meds ready the same day and have amazing staff. So make sure to transfer pharmacies!!

Picture of an antibiotic for my daughter and literally black pieces of something floating in it.. I called them and they told me, we don't know you can always bring the medication back are you sure you have shaken the product properly? Yes I have made sure that the syringe that I am sucking the medicine out with has not been cross-contaminated it is put into a Ziploc baggie and washed every time before and after use.. definitely will be using a different Pharmacy

Most of the time when I go there, the front end staff is talking amongst each other, not paying attention to the customer that they are supposed to be helping. It does not matter if they have to talk about their break they need to wait until they are done with their customer.

This place was better before the redo. Now long lines and never enough cashiers are what you are faced with. I have just left because of this same problem, and the lines move extremely slow!! Hardly ever shop there and probably won't come back.

What’s the point of calling in a refill if they don’t have it even started when you go to pick it up? They won’t get any prescription started unless you call or show up.

Went to get ice cream with my parents and rude customer service. The lady had an i don't care attitude and was on her phone while I was waiting for her to do her part of the transaction on the computer so I can pay for the ice cream.
