If I can give this store zero stars I would. Went in for a quart of ice cream and the freezer was broken. Went to the ice cream line where Meggy was assisting two older Hispanic ladies. She was so nice to them. When it was my turn I gave her a polite greeting then asked if they had any ice cream in the back. This lady, with her nasty pierced lip, was just straight out rude, did not make eye contact, and said our freezer is broken we don't have any. I guess b/c I'm not Hispanic I couldn't get the same service.

This is my favorite Rite Aid store because I purchase my makeup and holiday items from this store. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, and help make my purchase transactions go smoothly every time I'm there. I very much enjoy my shopping experiences every time, Thank you!!

Have visited this Location Twice for some Ice cream and both times have not gotten a full scoop serving, but have been charged full price.Especially if paying for a double scoop. Bad service when it comes to ice cream service

I had to grab some stuff while on the road I met the most amazing worker. I think his name was Javier. He was weirdly tall. Anyway, he served me ice cream but was so helpful when I asked about other things. He not only offered to show me where things are, even though he was pretty busy, but also made sure to let me know about the discounts so to make sure I wasn't spending more than I needed. Also, super funny. He deserves a raise!!

This is a GREAT Rite Aid location. I come here often when visiting family usually when taking my evening walk. Not once has an employee forgotten to greet me each time my siblings or myself walk in which is awesome. Of course anyone would like to be greeted and this location does it right. This Rite Aid is always very well organized as well as clean. More importantly I have to say that the staff here are the once that make each of my experiences good experiences and encourage my next visit. I enjoy and appreciate all who work here at this location and I have to say that they're doing a great job here. Thank you!

I have nothing bad to say about the actual store, I’ve always had good experiences. I had scheduled my dad an appointment for his Covid vaccine at this Rite Aid pharmacy. First off, in the email it said to check in for the vaccination at some spot. What spot? Idk, there was no direction at all or any signs mentioning it. So we waited in the pick up line for so long just to be told to go to the other window. We then had to wait in another line & at this point it was way past his appointment time. The lady working at this window was talking to other people about Target & what not while other people were waiting. Once it was our turn, off the back her attitude was just off putting. My dad had his insurance card & ID ready but apparently she needed his Medicare card. While my dad was looking through all his cards looking for it she seemed frustrated & kept saying “is it that one?”. Finally she just took his social security card to look it up. But FYI this is already his pharmacy & doesn’t he already have all information here? Let me just say at this point, I was not impressed by how this pharmacy works & had a strong feeling to not have my dad get his vaccine here. My dad had the same feeling & did not like the way he was being treated so far. He would have felt better talking to his doctor & getting it done elsewhere, like an actual clinic. He told her that he would like to cancel it & this is where she got VERY RUDE. She made a very big scene asking “ why!? Why!?” (but in Spanish) & basically trying to force him to stay & get vaccinated there. I didn’t get her name, but she was maybe in her 40’s Hispanic with blondish hair. My dad called his clinic today & told them what had happened here & they told him other patients have had problems here as well. Something here needs to change because that was just unacceptable.

I was at the pharmacy this morning and Andy the manager said that promethazine with codeine was available, and right after I show him the discounted price from “good rx” app; he came back and told me that the medication wasn’t available, I really feel upset about it, it seems like pharmacist are going to pick on who’s getting a discount or it’s a false advertising on the app? Definitely I would not recommend to use this rite aid pharmacies for you to get your medications.? I hope someone out there can do something about this.

Went to this Rite Aid after leaving Cardenas. Just wanted some ice cream the store was pretty empty the young lady who helped me said to give her a second. My friend and I waited at the ice cream department for Ashma patiently. She came and I stated we wanted two regular cones one cone was double scoop of the malted crunch and the other cone was going to be a double of regular chocolate. I had to repeat it three times. When it came down for my friend to get his cone Ashma gave him a waffle little cone with a single scoop of chocolate tilted over about to fall off. I said Ashma we wanted double not single she than dumped a scoop on the already damaged cone and then put it in a cup. My friend took it and I said umm no this is unacceptable. Ashma face then turned dark and she began rolling her eyes and huffing like a four year old having a melt down. I said we would like a regular cone not a waffle cone and the double scoop of regular chocolate like we ordered. Ashma began saying that is not what you said . I said we have stated the same order more than three times why are we arguing about this. I said you will be fine Ashma. She replied well of course I will. My friend said never mind I don't even want it and we will never come back here again. Ashma said HERE HERE TAKE IT I replied this is not how you do customer service especially when there are so many people looking for your job hun.Worst experience ever at a Rite Aid store. Dairy Queen wins over here and so does WalGreens.

Some dork dense guy in the ice cream dept can't follow directions. Didnt catch his name but he has black long hair with dorky extra short bangs. Got our order wrong after telling him twice. He's as dorky as his bangs.

The pharmacy has some new rude worker named Suyja, Sujey, or whatever but she's rude and has NO good customer service. She told me she would call me about my prescription 2 days ago and she never did. Your not always greeted when walking into this place. Oh and you can't get your prescription the pharmacist is ALWAYS AT LUNCH.

Great store, but the ATM does charge $3.25 now. Before it hadn't charged any fee, just a heads up for anyone trying to pull out cash!

Went in on 2/3/2019 to get me meds and they told me they wouldn't transfer my meds from san diego to here i think its time to find a new store to get my meds Walgreens is looking good !I've been with rite aid for year's but I'm not going to fight to get my meds .Sorry rite aid bit your employees at this store suck
