I was in and out, but noticed the 15 items or less items line had people with a bunch of items, but definitely more than 15 items. I got a couple bags of ice and some ice cream found that pretty quick. The parking sucked. All the handicap parking was full had to wait. Everything is pretty cheap here I like that a lot.

The customer service here sucks. I paid and came back to buy more groceries and they cashiers couldn’t help me find my card. They act like it cost them so much to bring a manager to the front so they can look in their storage of lost cards. I left a whole cart full of groceries your welcome.The old lady at the cashier was able to help me.

The store is great but the restroom smells awful and they don’t clean it right on top of that. They dont not do repairs at all. You can tell by the pictures they really need to remodel this bathroom. It’s really nasty. 🤢🤢🤢🤢 i hope they see this asap the floor smell like straight piss I’m sure they could remodel this bathroom 🚽

Not somewhere I would recommend for people to get fresh food from. Every time we go here there is always mold on the produce. We even told an employee and the manager here about the mold and they both acted like they didn't care.

I walked into the bathroom and I saw world record size poop I gave it a little bite and it tasted amazing I ate the whole thing in just 15 seconds great service!

Clean, well stocked and good sales for members. Easy to sign up top become a member/card holder. You don't have to sign up just pay attention to the prices and expect to pay full price without.

Unfortunately my Ranchera meat was extremely fat. Bought 6lbs for 4th of July weekend. The meat looked beautiful from the top. When I began to prepare it, the bottom was thick/covered with Fat. Very disappointed. Meat is usually lean. 😕

Saids curbside pick up and it’s not curbside pick up, you still have to go inside the store and pay to get your code for the lockers and you have to get your own groceries from the lockers they have outside and nobody helps you. Just want people to know so they won’t think they’ll take your groceries to the car. And I ask before I place an order and I got lie to. Oh well now I know next time I won’t do my orders there.

I hadn't been here in years but I decided to stop by because I was in the neighborhood. Nice enough store, it is clean and they have lots of products other markets don't. The prices are very good and the cashier was super friendly. They have a gas station on premises. If you are nearby I recommend you stop in..

Groceries are needed, here's the place to come and aquire them!I had an excellent experience shopping at Food 4 Less in Colton, California. The store is well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked with a wide variety of grocery items at an affordable price. Their selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is impressive, and I appreciate their effort to offer organic produce options. The store's layout is logical and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience quick and efficient. Moreover, the staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any questions I had. I also appreciate their adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols, such as enforcing mask-wearing and providing hand sanitizer throughout the store. Overall, I highly recommend Food 4 Less in Rialto for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable grocery shopping experience.

I went into grocery shop at my local f4l and wanted to purchase the "private selection" brand snack board, there was no price for them when the checker scanned the item so the manager JOE charged me for the "hilshire farm" brand instead and I said "that brand is more expensive and private selection is cheaper" and he said "well I'm going to charge you the hilshire price or you don't have to buy them!" And walked away after.. The audacity of this "manager" is beyond me, the worst customer service was shown here on 07/21/22 by Joe. Won't be coming here again, stater bros from now on!

The shopping carts are trash they get jammed easily, went in with my daughter and the cart was locking on me which made my daughter hit her teeth on the handle bar, her teeth bled a little and have been crooked for a few months following this incident, I'm sure they will fall off soon since she is at that age, but spoke to the manager and he didnt care.

3/17/2020 employees are super nice. They try to keep everything stocked. Going here for 10+ years now and still great service. My favorite food 4 less. Managers are super nice. Everyone working there are awesome.

My cashier was Evelyn. She was very unprofessional and rude. I bought a 50 lb bag of dog food I was attempting to remove the UPC so she could scan it when she said, with a bad attitude, that she had already scanned it. I was perplexed because she never lifted a scanner to the bag. Then I asked her should if I push the cart through and she rolled her eyes. She's a perfect example of a disgruntled worker who brings her problems to work with her including her bad attitude. Food4Less may have low prices, that's the claim they make, but certainly service is lacking most of the time. You will often wait in long lines even though there are many registers available. Usually only between two to three cashiers are available even at peak times. You bag your own stuff as well. The plus is that they're open till midnight so if you need something late at night they are available. The downside is they do not train their staff how to have good customer service. For good customer service go to Stater Brothers. They're open till 11pm; cashiers are usually friendly.

Went there today and they had a Loud high frequency noise going on as well as an alarm going off for 45 mins the whole time I was shopping there. Gave me the worst headache, and my ears are still ringing from this! Will never be going back to this food 4 less!!!

Great prices all the time. Selection isn't always great when you don't want standard American or Mexican food but for the prices I can't complain much. Don't forget about the fuel rewards they offer, $.10 off of the gallon if you join the fuel rewards club.

This place has decent prices and as a result is always busy, but they handle it very well and keep plenty of cashiers at the front. Only downside is their parking lot. It's a mix of crackheads and homeless wandering around begging for money.
