Excellent prices for nice quality items. Excellent prices for cleaning supplies. I can spend a grip of money at any Family Dollar Store. This store is pretty clean I had to be escorted to the cashier for check out since they were closing and I wasn't ready to leave. I was so sad that they were closing.

It's not a bad place to go especially because I live 50 feet from the store. Not bad and kinda cool to shop their but I hate when you walk in they play this recording over and over every time a new costumer walks through the doors and says something loud and obnoxiously about how basically "don't steal were watching you"! It's kind of ridiculous and pointless and not tell mention RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

Parked my car there and it got towed. They said I didn't go into the store right away and so they towed my car. The store gets money for every car towed. Saving money cost me $375 at this family dollar. Do not go here if you cannot afford to get your car from this sketchy tow company they're collabing with for your $$$

When in today and couldn't get in the front door because two homeless guys were out there asking for money. Store isles are to small can only get one cart in them so if someone coming you have to wait or back up to go through. To much junk in the store now. And i use to go in there about 3 times a week.

Lines too long slow cashiers..as of 5-6-2019 under construction remoldeling store is a mess nothing is complete was told they dont open till 12pm on 5-6. No sign on the door letting customers know but they can post a sign saying they're closing early @6pm for cinco de mayo they probably wanted to party no other reason but the customers are the ones who spend the money so they can get a pay check go there if you like crowed isles and a store who doesn't care about customers be my guest and shop there if you have and self respect shop at another store..

This is a well-kept at family Dollar. It has all the essentials I need however, the manager is so mean to the employees and so disrespectful in front of customers. He told one of the cashiers to do a task and in a demeaning voice, letting her know that it shouldn’t be that hard of a task to do and it should get done. I felt so bad for her. :(

I hate this place only the lady employees are nice!they just just stare like your stealing something ..people are always cutting the line and employees just say ohh well this would be quick and it never is. Also when you go to checkout the cashier is never there or helping someone on the floor. Smh I'd rather go to the dollar store!!!

Good stuff. Found this awesome $25 bluetooth speaker that's as big as a boom box.Family Dollar is hardly a 'dollar store' but they have some good deals under the overpriced stuff.

Stop by real quick see what have in store .WOW found some great but curtains vase rugs for a great price . even have some food soda not bad @1.00 this a great store for collage student or first apartment .

I had to stop by the Family Dollar in Colton, *usually go to the one in Moreno Valley* but I knew they would have exactly what I was looking for! I love their prices, their products are great & good quality! I love that you can get really nice home decor, and other things you need around the house for an awesome price! Sometimes they do have longs lines, but I'd reather wait a few minutes knowing I'm getting my money's worth!

I watched the lady in front of me, who was clearly struggling, get turned down for being 2 cents short for her food. The cashier was rude and didn't even offer to cover the two cents or wave it. She just totally dismissed the customer all together. Bad customer service, in my opinion. I will not be returning there for my needs any longer.

Long lines .there return policy sucks.i tried to return some iron pills with receipt.and on the bottle it says 100%satisfaction or return unused portion.the management told me i cannot return it because its opened and they cant resell it.i dont understand.

Got digital coupon from Marlboro for cigarettes closest store that accepts coupon was family Dollar but when I went in and gave them the coupon they were very rude manager and cashier and said they did not accept the coupon
