I've been coming to this place for as long as I can remember and I'm 32. Never once was I disappointed with anything. When ur in need of a part they got it or can get it. Very well educated people.

The gentleman that helped me was super helpful and nice— he went out to my car to see the size of my tires, in the rain. He made good suggestions and gave good tips which was super helpful as it was my first time getting chains for me car. Thank you Bill!

Friendly, helpful service without the lines. I like it because I can get in and out of there within a few minutes if I know what I need. If I need their help figuring out exactly what I'm going to need or could possibly need then it takes a few more of course but it beats waiting in line to get your parts and then waiting in another line to pay for them.

The new young know it all counter helpers are horrible, correcting 30year mechanics with complete stupidity. Too proud to get the part and will tell you it doesn't exist.

We broke down and needed an alternator. Dave was very helpful and even helped us find a mobile mechanic who was very honest and very skilled . And no one ripped us off or took advantage! If you need help .... Dave at riebe will take care of you!

The guys here are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and will answer questions and explain stuff to you even if you do not know much about cars. Prices are aabit higher but convenient to have in Colfax and cheaper than the gas for a round trip drive to Auburn or Roseville for most items if you need it quickly.

Staff is friendly, but if you call about stock, make sure you ask them to physically find and lay their eyes on what you are after. On more than one occasion I was told they had what I was after, only to get there and their stock was off. Then have to drive to auburn.

Verry helpful, I just tol' 'em what I needed & he went around & gathered everything for me & even carried out my oil & filters for me to my truck! Even had treets for my dog that was with me. Receipt says, emp. 109 & if that's for which employee then he should be given an extra Kudos bar!

After having gone over the passes in the Sierras during the dead of winter and the worst conditions four times in one day. My battery decided Colfax was the place to die. The staff at Napa although having a ton of people in their store who were having car problems because of the weather as well. Were very friendly and courteous. They loaned me tools so I could check my charging system and battery. All in all great guys. They had the supplies to get me back on the road.

This is the only auto parts store in the Colfax area and it closes so early so if somebody's in trouble and need something for their car your ass out of luck kill yourself and never go to the store even when they're open it's so stupid and yes the people that work there are probably very nice but the corporation does not care about them so anyways I'm going to Napa

That's Napa know how >.> HahahaThis place seems strangely familiar. When you first walk in you get this waft of oily plastic smell filling every corner of your mouth. Quickly I become accustomed to it and ask for what I need. State your year, make, model, fule injected? 4door? Blue? 20 inch tires? Plastic engine cover? Once they narrow it down for you they ask what part you are looking for and then show you 4-8 different parts that widely range in price. Well we have a super performance or ultra mega super deluxe package with the difference being $30. I usually pick the one that breaks in a couple of months. Most of my stuff has a lifetime warranty that I don't ever plan on cashing in. I really don't feel like doing my struts again.. let em squeek..

Good customer service great place to buy snow chains if going to tahoe and you forgot to bring your from home. Cheep er than buying them up in the mountain at 3 times more.
