I LOVE this Rite Aid Store. Customer Service Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Rite Aid's Pharmacy Staff and Floor Staff are always willing to assist when needed. This Rite Aid is awesome compared to the 'other' store in Coalinga.

Sometimes the pharmacy service is good but 90% of the time it’s horrible… I called yesterday and asked if it was started and they said yes. Then I call later in the day and no one answered. I went down there and the line was too long so I left. I went back in today and it STILL wasn’t done! When yesterday I’m the early afternoon they said it was almost ready.. I’m so tired of this dang pharmacy. I’m gonna start leaving a bad review every time I have bad service. 4/13/22

DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR MEDICATION HER THEY WILL KEEP MEDICATIONS AND WONT TELL YOU THAT THEY HAD THEM AND WILL PUT THEM BACK. THEY WILL SAY THEY NEVER GOT THE ORDER EVEN WHEN THE DOCTORS OFFICE WILL CONFIRM THAT THEY DID. IF IT IS PAIN OR ANXIETY MEDICINE AND THEY PERSONALLY DON'T THINK YOU NEED IT THEY WILL KEEP IT FROM YOU AND WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION ABOUT IT THEY WILL TRY TO KICK YOU OUT FOR ASKING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANYONE I KNOW HERE.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for my prescription and they just now told me I need to call my doctor. Even though the last time I asked about it I was told not to call my doctor and that they'd handle it. Not the first time this has happened but it's definitely the last. Don't fill your prescriptions here.

Good discounts this pharmacy offers and the Thrifty ice cream taste great! The only downside to the pharmacy is that their employees are not as friendly and helpful like the Walgreens employees.
