Bought a faulty Pit Boss, couldn’t get anywhere with the manufacturer, went into Tractor Supply; and they were friendly and receptive to the problem , and gladly exchanged our smoker for a new one. The manager Lisa was great to work with. Highly recommend shopping here if you value great customer service and a company that will stand behind the products they sell, even when the manufacturer won’t.

Each year we try to order pellet stove pellets from TSC. Each year it's a problem. We order a pallet delivered each time. Only 2 options: Place order in store or go on line. On line is worthless. They don't even list the product. I want them delivered because I don't want to go to the store. Thanks

Rinse Shake and Repeat:A brilliant self service dog wash and grooming facility. For a fee of $9.99 a Tractor Supply Co. associate will provide you with a couple of clean towels and grant you access to their pet wash facility. There you can avail yourself of one of their professional stainless steel wash stations complete with ramp entry, adjusting platform, hitching and warm water. Included are a variety of shampoos (main and tail, sensitive skin, oatmeal and deodorizer) and use of a rubber apron. After the bath move on over to the grooming table (complete with hitching) where life is made easy with an adjustable warm air dryer, a mat brush, deranging comb, nail clippers and a little sanitizing powder for the peds, just in case.

Horrible delivery service. Never buying anything again from you guys. Your delivery driver is lazy. How do you send someone to deliver and they can't complete their job and leave the package in the middle of my driveway. I told your driver I have a puppy and a 2 year old inside with me so please leave the package by my porch and it's left in my driveway with a text saying it wouldn't fit on my porch. When it clearly will. Just look at the pictures. I want my money back for delivery. You charged me $70 for nothing. This is why people use Amazon more.

Kids love seeing the baby chicks and they have just about anything you need for round the house and on the ranch. My daughter is in 4H and was presenting goats- to the public which a lot of people loved the goats. It's great that tractor supply works&supplies or future farmers alone with our current.

Purchased a new Even Embers gas grill for Father's day. The employees at the store were great. Helpful and courteous.Once home with the grill set up. I noticed a dent/chip in the porcelain coated lid. Shipping damage, but still usable for the weekend. Instructions stated to contact customer support and not to return to the store. I contacted Even Embers support via email. Jordan was my customer service contact. He was great, had a new lid sent out in no time. All around a great experience.

Went in a few minutes before closing to get some propane. Was told they close in a few minutes and open at 9am. It wasn't just what I was told. It was the tone and the fact she didn't answer my question about having propane or not. She told me they actually closed the registers and to come back. I was so shocked being I haven't been treated or spoken to that bad in long while. If your closed locked your doors and turn off the open sign that blinks bright red.

Always have great food options for this cutie. They do also have baby chicks and ducks there that you can buy. They also have great gardening supplies, fruit/vegetable plants, cute farm toys/books and lawn decorations.

I like going here for some of my dog treats and dog toys. I've gotten some shirts and kid toys that have all been good quality. They have some garden supplies and vegetable plants that look nice, but have not bought them. Sometimes they have baby chickens that are cute and fun to look at for the kids. You can buy them if you are wanting chickens. There is also some home decor farm style that looks really nice too.

This is a great great place to visit to purchase items, get information, or just get that friendly store atmosphere that's rare these days. Haley was extremely helpful on my last visit and I highly recommend if you have any questions to ask her for help.

Shelby is by far the best cashier!!! She is always so warm and welcoming. Shelby always makes sure I found everything I needed and asks if I need any items that could go with my purchase that I may have forgotten. The store in a whole is good too.

Love this place ! Always find something to buy! We get our dog,cat,hen scratch and horse sweet feed from here.We have even found plumbing and other equipment here as well.They also have baby chicks and ducks during season.Clothing and boots are sold here as well. Please carry more women's clothing!

Great selection and customer service. Went for ear wash for my dog got the product at a reasonable cost. Best place for animals of all kinds health and food choices. Awesome clothing, camping, gardening they have it. Love this place.

Christine the cashier made my experience here horrible. She started off very rude and condescending at the register when I was paying for my items. I didn't see her treating the people ahead if me in line that way (which I felt is because I was not of the same ethnicity as her and those customers. I paid then as i was leaving the building the theft protection alarm went off so she aggressively called me back to the door and when I told her I didn't steal anything she said “you had to have”. It was crazy, I felt like she was being discriminative towards me at the register but when said that it removed all doubt.

We get all of our animal supplies and needs here. We often get some great deals for other things as well. We haven't quite figured out what their rewards program gets us though as I've never seen a discount or coupon or reward, only their e-mails and snail mailers.

Nice place ,if you're running us small home Ranch. They seem to have about everything you need. I wish they had a little bit better discounts ... I wish little bit more competitive . So that's the reason why I only give a three star .. otherwise it's a great place for a one stop small ranch supply place.

This is a great place to shop for items I need for managing my property. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of tools and equipment for the "gentleman farmer" as well as the BIG TIME farmer. If you're just a DIY'er, it's a great place for you too!

This Tractor Supply has a really friendly staff that is eager to help you find things and they always say hi when you walk in. I went in looking for rain boots during a big storm I was surprised how many different kinds they had. They even had nice rain boots for kids which is hard to find unless your shopping online. They have many different items from tractor parts to boots, garden seeds and soil to baby chicks and ducks. My mother in law even gets jewelry there.

I went in to buy a shirt for a Christmas present for my father-in-law. They forgot to takeoff the security tag that will explode with ink. The alarm at the door and did not alarm when I went out the door. My wife noticed the tag when she was going to wrap the present. I brought it back and they took off the tag even though I was unable to find the receipt. Quick and easy service. made a mistake null and void. I thank them for trusting me and taking me at my word. Tractor Supply is one of the best stores around. One of the things I like best is they allow pets (I have a dog, a BIG dog) so that means my best buddy gets to go inside for a change. Believe it or not that's a big deal for me. I wish I could take him in more places.Back to the store. If you're a D.I.Y. person who likes to do it all, then this is the place for you. They don't carry a huge variety of things say like a Home Depot but what they carry is pretty good quality stuff and it's a little pricey but not all of it. Great store, nice friendly staff. Lots of stuff for the ranch/farm. I found the exact part to repair a 25+ year old air compressor, from the orriginal compressor manufacturer's. Nuts and bolts are sold by the pound. Now that is a real deal.
