I love this store clean convenient nice workers. One of the most irritating thing is there's always somebody out in front of that door begging for a donation begging for a contribution of some sort. A lot of times we come to the store and not trying to deal with any of that. It's bad enough they got only one side open, and mysteriously that is the one side that people be standing there asking to donate to their cause. That is a form of harassment to me and every time I see them standing out there I'm just going to go to another store.

The organic produce is limited. A2 dairy is non existent. They do have good sales on meat on occasion. It’s clean. They tend to shut down one entrance which is really annoying.

This is by far the worst overpriced and under managed grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life. This Save Mart store is such a disgrace that it needs to be shut down. Sad, sad.

I like that they now have self checkout, Save Mart clerks always seem miserable. I had to buy some milk and I haven’t been to this location in a bit, I was really bothered that they did not have Producers milk and instead had Rosa Brothers milk. Bring back Producers

I ordered fried chicken tenders from the deli. I asked the attendant if the oil was fresh. She assured me that it was and they just change the filter. 999 a pound, chicken was rancid. These people don’t know what their doing.

Has just about everything you need from a grocery store. Very friendly helpful staff.One the things I like about this store is the number of hot chicken dishes rather than just the rotisserie chicken. Plus they have a full deli and lots of semi prepared food that can be used as main or side dishes.

Employees are great! I love that they wipe down their carts, they even take care of the car carts for kids... I have 2 toddlers and those REALLY make our shopping trips easier! Store is always clean, fresh produce, decent variety produce and other foods

Well, this was an exasperating trip to your store. The 3-day sale for $4.99 20pk of Pepsi and you're out 1/2 way through the sale. You're happy to sell customers 24pk for $10.99 though. Sounds like bait & switch to me. And out of 3 of the 4 items that we wanted. After 20 years of shopping at this store, we are so done with this location. From now on it's Costco and Von's for us.

This store has a beautiful remodelled interior with great eye catching displays. The staff is friendly and the quality is always top notch. The produce and meat have great selections as well as the seafood. You can also grab a quick bite if you visit their service deli your service deli

Won't be coming back here. They don't bag all of your items because their cashier's are too busy talking to each other. Also Joel the manager doesn't care about customer service and gives off rude vibes

Clean, well stocked grocery store in nice neighborhood. Reasonable prices -- vicinity of Willow & Nees. Good produce & fruit, but not as good as Vons :) Public restrooms available at the rear of the store (left). Ample parking including handicap parking near store entrance - accessible entry/exit.

Poor costumer service. Very rude cashier. I’m fine with a rules if u can explain politely. The tall dark guy with a curly hair was so mean to me. I brought my bag so I can shop and not touch the cart. I wanted to put groceries in my bag and I didn’t know you can’t bring your bag anymore. This rude guy said next time I’m not going to allowed you to the store with your shopping bag. I said excuse me? I just didn’t want to touch the cart. He said on very mean manner. He was with out gloves and he was touching his face and my groceries. So if you have this rules why don’t you have a rules for the workers to be polite in this stressful time . Never go to this store anymore.04/20/20

I love my local grocery store that carries local produce gives all sorts of options four different items without buying bulk like Vons seems to be doing now. The only complaint I have with them is I don't think their Seafood is ever really that fresh. I have had many instances where I have bought things like Bay shrimp that were barely edible by the time I got them home. It is best you buy Frozen if you are buying fish.

Take a look at the produce and you'll know what's good about this store. I like buying strawberries here, they're always so fresh. I shop for Instacart. I know how hard it is to find really fresh strawberries in most stores.

Very rarely go to this location but today my dad and I stopped by to get a cake for my mom for Mother's day. When we got home, we were going to cut into it when we notice most of the bottom portion of the cake had mold on it. The container it came in didn't have an expiration date anywhere on it. Very disappointing. Won't be returning here and I'd advise people to double check their food before buying.

I came to the Bakery looking for a very special dessert to take to a dinner party. Dominique was so helpful! I got a beautiful sheet cake and she went the extra mile to custom decorate it for me, it turned out GREAT! Thank you Dominique!

The cashier was extremely rude and condescending. I accidentally got in the “15 items and under” lane and apologized when the cashier pointed out that I had more than 15 items. She was very condescending as she pointed to the signs and rolled her eyes at me saying “yeah, how can you miss THAT?” The young man who was bagging groceries was much more pleasant but couldn’t make up for the cashier’s rudeness. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Is Savemart is a nice big modern store. It has an extensive well-kept produce department. We were there for the oysters that were on ad for $0.59 a piece. We bake them in the oven the very next day and they were absolutely wonderful.

No problems before, but today a bottle of scampi seasoning was packed loosely causing it to leak despite the seal over the cap. Not big enough of a problem to complain. Otherwise the store is always spotless and the staff friendly.

I have shopped at the Savemart store at Willow and Nees forever. I rarely see personnel I have known before. I have wanted the same product (very popular, other brands stocked), the last 5 times I've gone in there. When I comment on my unhappiness at the way things are not kept in stock and could the manager be told, the staff seems to not know what to do about it. Of course, this is right after they have asked me, "Did you find everything you were looking for? " This is the first time I've ever posted a negative comment about a place, and I know the answer is just take my business somewhere else.
