This happened to my dog when I was here🤬🤬🤬 I asked to talk to a manager and got dirty looks from a couple of workers and also from the reception woman at the front. Extremely rude!!!! I have every right to talk to a manager, especially when my dog is injured by you guys!!! Do not give me dirty looks after your employees injure my dog!!! Went next door to the "hospital" to see if they could help and the guy at the desk was rude too and rolled his eyes and laughed under his breath when we said she needed to be seen. Didn't even offer to look at it or anything!!!! Multiple rude employees and unhelpful!!! And. You guys should do checks for things like this before customers come to pick up our dogs!!! The girl working on her didn't even notice!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have taken my dog here a couple of times for boarding/daycare, and they have always taken great care of her. She can be a handful at times, but they are always patient and kind.

I took my dog to get groomed and they shaved him completely knowing that I didn’t want that. It was his 3rd time going and they never done this before until this last time. I was so upset , not taking my pup there ever again. My puppy was shivering knowing it was winter time and they shaved him , he is a shitzu and I was aware that his legs needed to be shorter than usual because he had some knots and I was okay with that , but no where else was he knotted because I brush his face and back every day and I always struggled with his feet and they just shaved him completely all around. And to find out that it was my favorite groomer that did this. I was back stabbed and my poor baby has no hair. Plus they cut his private part by accident with a balde and now he has a rash 😫😫 bad bad experience , I don’t know what I did wrong I always pay full price and tip as long as they do what I want , they disappointed me this time. The first pictures is what they did , the last pic is what we asked for! He had more than 4 inches of hair for them to do this to me, also I spoke to a manager and he said that they were supposed to call me if they were going to shave him and they did not!! Even my baby is sad that all his hair is gone and gets really cold

I left my puppy who is 11 months old and paid for three nights which included in the cost of a hour of individual play time along with pictures of him at least once a day both of which were never done. The staff stated my pup did not want to play and that he would growl if there staff got close to him when they did try to play with him and can understand why they would be hesitant to play with him but hard to understand when he is left at the groomers he is okay, but I guess every situation is different. Not once was I sent a photo of my dog and when I called to ask if he was okay I felt as though I was a bother and a inconvenience to the staff. When we went to pick up our dog we were asked if we could retrieve our dog due to the staff being able to get him out his area which left me unsettled and wondering if they even attempted to interact with my dog. I was told that his blanket was being washed and that we would be texted when it was available for pickup which four days later have yet to be notified that the blanket is ready. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they waived one night fee but sadly had it not been for that I would have rated them one star. I understand that perhaps they felt threatened by my small dog if he was being aggressive but if that was the case I would have had my employees at least inform the customer of the situation but they didn't even have the courtesy to do that. Overall bad experience for us. Lacked customer service.

It's stocked pretty well, and has a lot of variety when it comes to both animals and supplies. Their animals are well cared for, they have adoptions consistently, and the store is kept pretty clean. Unfortunately there are a lot of "Karens" that come through, but the staff is great and handle it well. Gotta say, I do have a soft spot for a particular employee 😉

I’ve been to this location before for grooming service & haven’t had an issue until this most recent visit. They told me it would be 3-4 hours because she was very matted which I understand because the texture of her fur & she recently had puppies who have been nursing off of her. They called after 2 hours and said she was ready for pick up. When I picked her up they started that she was going to have a lot of pink spots due to how close they had to get to the skin because of the matting. At first I didn’t realize that they cut her face as it was not bleeding upon pick up. It has been about 3 days & she scratched the scabbed area which began to bleed. If I knew they were going to cut her Face I would have preferred to have cut her fur at home myself.

Been coming here for years. Been significantly understaffed since Covid. If you need something, you’ll wait forever. Have a mobile order? They won’t get it in the two hour window, more like 4. I literally went in there and had to get my order myself while associates were standing there.

I love all of there steals and deals! After every holiday, i go in and stock up on the sails. Treats, toys and tiny shirts and sweaters; i stock up and spoil all my pets in my life. I love this place and their awesome merchandise, that lasts for a long time.

The staff at Banfield & The Groomer's did an amazing job taking care of my MochaRaye' when she had a medical emergency while getting her haircut... they acted quickly to stabilize her and contacted me with a status report. The one stop shop/ groom /hospital location feature is the best offering in my neighborhood. Thank You for your caring service.Respectfully. Sheena.

The workers, the set up, the items in stock, the atmosphere, 5 stars all the way. The manager Angelo took the time out of his day to talk to me about the chinchilla i was adopting today. What she likes to do, her personality, and he even showed me photos that the crew has taken of her. Apparently she's a favorite around those parts! He even sent me the photos so I could save them. The young man (sorry I didn't catch your name or the young lady at the register) who helped me with the introduction to the chinchilla, and helped with the paperwork was so nice and kind, he answered all the questions I had and was so well mannered. He was very knowledgeable, and was so helpful. The young lady at the register was so sweet and every bit of her demeanor screamed "what can I do to help make your experience end on a fantastic note?" Both of their customer service skills are just fantastic. And for the manager to go out of his way to see if i needed anything and to send me these photos speaks volumes about his customer service skills, and why the employees follow his example. I've never had such a warm and welcoming experience at a petsmart like I received today. There are closer stores to my house but I'll definitely be back.

I recently came to buy a Budgerigar. (Budgie) or (parakeet). The employee that helped me was very courteous and was helpful with suggestions on what kinds of food and toys that I should get for my little buddy, also recommended that I know of an exotic vet in my area that will be able to look at my bird if there was ever anything wrong with him. Thank you for the great customer service, and for making my bird buying experience a good one!

This location is smaller than most PetSmarts so there is often less inventory for common PetSmart items like pet food varieties. However it is always clean and the staff working both at the groomers salon and throughout the store are very kind and amazing with customers and their furry friends. The groomers in particular do a great job compassionately caring for pets...I highly recommend them! The parking at this location is also easy to find, even during peak times.The only part of this location I strongly recommend against is their Banfield team. I have had several health scares with my pet here d/t the vets overlooking my pet's needs during his assessments which I've never encountered at any other Banfield my pet has been to in 7 years. One in particular a year ago that resulted in 6 months of recovery for my pup. A close friend of mine also had a similar experience and lost her dog (same breed) d/t their poor assessments and overall neglience in care. For local Banfields I highly recommend the one on Shaw by Big 5...their vets are amazing and helped heal my pup in no time, and are compassionate above all else!Everything else at this location is awesome

Employees are super kind and helpful. We couldn't find the food we needed for out cat and they fetched us a bunch from the back in less than a minute. There's adoptable cats from local rescues there too if you're looking for a new family member.

Very nice place. Always clean and pretty well stocked. I enjoy greeting the critters waiting for their human forever families. And the ones on an outing with their humans.This visit was unique for me since I was looking for the prescribed special food for my feline son. He is a little old man and got very sick from something in the garden. The Vet told me what to feed him and with a lot of tender care and following his Vets advice he pulled through. This should be his last week on the special food.Thank you Pets Mart and your kind and helpful staff.

Had a fabulous experience. From the lady checking us in, and being so accommodating; to the actual groomer herself. My dog had Jordan C; when we first arrived my dog was a little nervous, but when I came to pick her up, she was so mellow. Jordan C. gave my pup a great experience and I will be coming back to Jordan C. regularly.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this store to any one wanting to use the Pet Hotel or Doggie day camp. Not only are they breed discriminatory they also refuse to give me my money back on a doggie day camp days. It’s disheartening when they have a slogan that they love all pets!

Very very disappointed in this location for pet boarding. I used to go here, but management has changed. They weren’t willing to take one of my dogs because she was too scared to walk with them, but were willing to take my money for my other two dogs. Why would I leave just two of my three dogs with you? Their reasoning was “your dog doesn’t know how to walk.” So I left and guess what, with my dogs following me all walking. Again very disappointed and will never return.

Bought a king snake for my daughter that died within a week from starvation and no response from customer care and now my daughter blames herself and is contimpating suicide. Unacceptable in my eyes. Don't sell animals that aren't eating. I hate this place.

It was nice to be back here, I haven't been here in quite awhile. The employees were very nice, nicely asked if we needed assistance and they were even working great together as a team as they were stocking shelves. The lady at the checkout was very nice, patient with me (I couldn't remember my phone# for their rewards program), I love service with a smile and each employee I encountered did just that. Because of that service I will be back and suggest everyone else visit too.
