Marissa and Jasmine both were new groomers and overall did a great job. They seemed a little nervous/apprehensive about their jobs but were both kind and comfortable with our two large huskies. Unfortunately they had a coworker call out so they had to do our dogs and the other appointments as well. This led to a much longer appointment than we've had in the past. Upon pickup, I noticed both my dogs paws were still dirty and between the pads there were clumps and not dried out. I also keep in mind our male dog can be a stinker and foot care is not easy, however I've never had either of them return with dirty or wet feet in the past. Overall the brushing, bathing and grooming was done well, and huskies are a lot of work to groom. I booked a future appointment with these two ladies.

Harrison, our stylist, was amazing! We thought about taking him to a "standard" groomer but Harrison at Petco was JUST as GREAT! It was Oliver's first time and we were unsure of how he would react. But Harrison was gentle and really took care of Oliver. Amazing experience, overall. Oliver was so clean and he didn't seem stressed when I picked him up. Will definitely be bringing him back!

Harrison handled my 90LB whiny, talkative American Bulldog with ease and appreciation, plus had all of his grooming done in an hour! He called and offered to take Arlen early, which was really great to be able to get in and get done early. All around a very easy and pleasant experience.

The staff and groomers were extremely friendly and super nice! They gave my 2 dogs a lot of attention and love and did an excellent job grooming them. My dogs are seniors and this is very important to me, to have them so well taken care of!

The grooming specualist, Jean, was sweet and very caring. The dog got a cut that was a little shorter than I asked, but the rest of the services were excellent: claws cut and buffed very well; the dog was clean and calm. Thank you for making my dog feel comfortable at your grooming salon.

Scheduled an appointment for my dog to get groomed 2 days prior. I showed up for my appointment and they said they actually didn't have time for me and that "no one said it was a big dog" (I told them it was a 2 year old, 75 pound husky on the phone). They said they had an old phone number on file (even though I gave them the updated one via phone when scheduling). After telling them I had never heard from them about not being able to take him, they decided to take him. During exam, he was great and even gave her kisses. They took him back to put him in the kennel, and she came back out not even a minute later with him and said he wouldn't get in the kennel. She said he was jumping up and "kicking her in the stomach". She claimed she was pregnant and wouldn't be able to take him. I actually witnessed what was happening through the door and it was an absolute exaggeration-- she was handling him like she didn't even like dogs. I myself am 5 months pregnant as well and have never had any issues with him jumping and if he does on a rare occasion jump, I tell him no and he stops immediately.---there were 3 other people working there that could have assisted and I feel like she just didn't wanr to help me and didn't like big dogs. She refused to groom him, was rude and condescending, and very unprofessional. I would strongly not recommend coming to this Petco for grooming. Seems like they are not open to bigger dogs, and don't know how to handle them. Very disappointed that they would have people working I'm grooming with such lack or professionalism and experience.

The lady that helped us, I wish I would have remembered her name but she was so very helpful. Recommended the best grooming option for my dog, didnt try to add more that wasnt needed. They were very patient with my pup as she is very stubborn and will pretend she doesnt hear you. Thank you!

Manager was rude and would not let my mom use a coupon. Never experienced this type customer service in the bay area where I live and usually go. Lately, PETCO has been dropping the ball. I sent my mom to Petco because I am a member and am usually treated so well here in the bay area only for her to be treated like this by the manager himself. DISAPPOINTED!
