Great store, they carry wide variety of treats & foods including raw for those pets w/ special diets & all the necessities & accessories one would need for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles & fish. Obviously pet friendly & staff is extremely kind & helpful. Discounts & rewards are competitive when they have them.

Great job every time they do full-service grooming! My dog has a bad back, and the groomers are very understanding of this and accommodate it very well which is good. They are clearly animal-lovers and it shows <3

My wife and I live near the store so we shop here quite often. We always wash our dog here and have gone through a few dog wash cards and have a membership here. Place is always friendly. Definitely recommend pet owners to shop here atleast once to get a feel for the placeWe recently got into raising fishes and so I've been coming here more frequently than the past few months. Usually, I buy the feeder Rosies and small comet goldfishes. I've attached some pictures of my situation but I purchased 100 rosies and 100 small comets. For some reason, the gal that assisted me wrote small comets on the rosies and some item code on the small comets bag (which seems to be the code for medium comets). She's been there awhile and she works in the fish dept so I know that she knows the difference between a feeder Rosie and small comet.Medium comets are 70% more in price and they didn't even have medium comets in stock, yet somehow I purchased 100 of them.May be an honest mistake but it's pretty tough to confuse a feeder Rosie and a gold fish. I may have annoyed her with such a big quantity? She was nice through-out our short interaction. I can understand feeder Rosie charge and a medium comet charge.I'll still continue to shop here, but I'm holding on to this particular receipt and further fish purchase receipts from here.Keep track of the prices and double check your receipts. Stores 'honest mistake' will over-charge rather than undercharge.

We love there store brand Redford Naturals dog food for our boys. They have really good coupon deals also. We got a free 40lb bag of dog food with coupon last week. Just sign up in store.

I went in to get dog food for my sensitive stomach/picky eater. Zena (I blieve was her name) was so helpful and so considerate of his needs with my online order/in person order. Not only her but every employee in the store tonight was SO nice and willing to help with anything I was searching for or had questions about. Makes me want to go back and shop again. Highly recommend to anyone with pet needs. They had healthy brands here that I was not able to find at other stores.

I absolutely love this store! The most noteworthy thing about this store that I would like to highlight is the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. In a day and age where customer service is constantly lagging, it's so refreshing shopping at a place where the employees are so knowledgeable and equally as helpful and nice. the store has a great selection and if you are someone that considers themselves a online shopper, they will price match anything and you can support a brick-and-mortar business. Their selection is great and you'll have a great time shopping.

I have been happy going into the store they greet you when you walk in and offer assistance when needed and of course coupons mostly every week. And that helps very much!! That is the reason I go so often and the membership program is worth it too!

Excellent place to shop for my pets. I've taken back food my puppy didn't like, even opened, and gotten my money back. Someone is always willing to walk through the store and help me find whatever I need, give me advice on the different products, and treat me and my babies right. Also, their prices are better than the bigger chain stores.

UPDATE 4/27/24 - I wasn't imagining things. I was overcharged. Probably wasn't my imagination the last few times either but I didn't check. The cashier said that my phone number "took my total to" and gave me an amount which implied lower pricing. Nope - Regular prices not member pricing. Store was closed when I caught their error. Doesn't matter since it's illegal. Violates truth in advertising laws for a retailer.UPDATE 11/10/22 - Friskies multi-pack selections are still not priced - 4 weeks after my last visit to this location. There's no good excuse now. Merchansise with pet urine was stocked for purchase without being cleaned up. Specifically a 20lb container of Tidy Cats cat litter (red label) with a LOT of OBVIOUS urine on it. Whomever stocked it had to be blind if they didn't see it otherwise they were just lazy. A 16lb bag of dry cat food had a less obvious amount of urine on it that anyone could have missed. I advised staff.Fair selection. I personally don't like buying something if I don't know how much it costs. They had price changes and staff had time to take all the pricing down but didn't have time to finish the job with the new pricing. Sad that they feel a half done job is good enough.

Big store with a huge selection at good prices!! Everything you could need for your dogs and cats. They also have a decent selection of reptiles and other small pets for sale. If you haven't already been, you need to go check it out!!

Amazing people work here! Always greets you as you walk in. Helpful to questions, and great kitten, dog food. Has a large assortment of dog clothing, lizard food crickets andeal worms often sell out. They Lso have some lizards for sale, few fish tanks. Best part is the bark feom the checkout machine ..they need to turn the volume up ! It's nice.

This place is great! They've got everything you need for all kinds of pets. My wife and I went in to look around and find something for her dog. We ended up just waking around looking at all the live fish, birds, and reptiles. Great selection on dog products and they have a fresh dog biscuits bakery in the front of the store that sells different things from biscuits to little donuts and cookies.

The store is plenty big and has pet supplies for most household pets. The dog and cat area are very large and they have a number of accessories for the smaller side dogs. The store offers decorated cookies like a dog bakery. This location also offers a self dog wash station and offers grooming. I'd highly recommend that you get the estimate for grooming before you leave your dog there. We took a heavily matted shelter dog to get adoption ready and the groomer added even more fees than what we agreed upon. He was gone by the time I checked out. All other staff are very pleasant and easy to work with.

Took my rescued chiweenie to get groomed today, Otis and the other nice lady that check us in ( I think her name is Katie???)was so good with are dog. Being that was her first time. I would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back! We will definitely be regulars lol :)

My family loves this pet store for the simple fact it is the only place to take your dog to bathe. The aisles are wide and the shelves are always stocked. The staff are always friendly and you can always find something to bring home for your pet. I had to put my foot down and nixed the Nerf tennis ball shotgun guaranteed to launch a ball 20 feet. I immediately saw the destruction of TV's, patio windows and my daughter's feelings getting shot by her little brother.
