At Kelley’s pets the employees are helpful and welcoming. I want to review the clinic V.I.P’s veterinarian every sunday @3pm on shaw ave. Dr Lewis Wright. He was insensitive and responded rudely to our concerns with his handling of our pet because she had a condition. If anything happens due to his arrogance we are the ones who have to deal with the repercussions. He seemed impatient and miserable. Somebody who hates his job and just there to do the bare minimum not considering the care of our pets.

Kelley's is a clean store with helpful staff, but they didn't carry even one brand of urinary tract support cat food, which is so important for many cats. I regularly find Purina One and Iams versions at places like Walmart and had hoped to be able to find something even better here and support a family business at the same time.

Excellent customer service. Only high quality dog food, and very knowledgeable in their products. One time I got a new person, and she was not able to answer my questions. Management stepped in from taking her break, and answered all my questions and said if I had anymore, to give her a call.I have not been able to fit a harness on my dog (six returns). I took my dog in, she took off the packaging so we could fit it right there, with the guarantee I could still return it.

This place is awesome! It was my first time there and I was very impressed! Very clean. Excellent customer service. Very helpful and very knowledgeable and affordable. They also sell vaccines and de-wormer for puppies, which I needed for my new puppy. I definitely will return!

The new store is better and more visible, than the old location, two of the staff were less enthusiastic to give me information and were looking tiered. The young girl was very enthusiastic and told me lot of things that I did not know. Over all the store is ok and you should check it out. They also have vaccination dates per week for all pets.

I like this store, it’s the only pet store in town that has the dog food we use. I’m always greeted when I walk in. The dog food I get is huge and I’ve been asked multiple times if I needed help out with it, I don’t but appreciate the offer.

Friendly and knowledgable staff and the store is always clean and fully stocked! The prices are fair and they donate to animal rescues which is the biggest reason my family buys all their supplies from Kelley's Pets. My doggies sure do enjoy their pig ears I buy them as treats!

Well I went to Kelly's pets and bought a bag of dog food and it was a very pleasant experience first time I had been there and I will definitely go back. The employee that helped me was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

This place is all about your pets. Staff friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. Support the local small store, show your love for Clovis/Fresno. Go where ppl know you and your pets. Prices are very reasonable and competitive to big chain. Plus you can be in and out no waiting in lines.

They are extremely friendly every time I go in, very knowledgeable on food, toys, and vaccinations, dewormer, etc. Great place I drive cross town every single time to come here, it's become to go pet shop. They were very sweet to my dog. Highly recommend!

Came to this place and the prices were great. They had their guinea pigs in a nice area. Although they had a hamster that was not in a proper cage as it was extremely too small. This is setting a bad example for the people that are going in to buy a hamster. The wheel was also too small in that small cage making the poor hamsters back curve. A little update to their hamster care and better education to the people who are going to get a hamster would be alot better.

As a reptile owner I have to purchase insects to feed my lizard. I chose Kelly’s pets to purchase my lizards food. That was a big mistake! Sure, the staff was nice, but they are not organized. For example, I pay money to get Roaches and I always end up getting a crickets mixed in the pile. This shows that there unorganized because they are storing them in the same storage unit or box. Also, my son has a fear of crickets. So he gets mad when he goes to feed his lizard and finds crickets in the container. I talked to Kelly’s pets employees about this and they do absolutely nothing about it. Based on the following, anyone who reads this and understands the problem at hand should stop shopping at Kelly’s until this problem gets resolved. Thank you.

The staff is very nice and helpful and I can always get the Blue Buffalo cat food I need, when I need it. I'm not a fan of big pet chains, or their big prices, so this is perfect!

I wont return here. I came in to buy a tank for a turtle and the owner was very rude and dismissive. In the middle of us conversating about where she recommended me to go, she stops and has a conversation with her employee. In this case I will not buy local and will go elsewhere.

Good place to get doggie food. The all natural food we started getting is actually cheaper then the wally world food the dogs were eating before. They lole it better and its better for them. Then on top of that, the 11 bag is free!
