Always a must... Especially on my dogs birthdays! We love taking them to go pick out their bday treats and toys. Kahoots has a huge variety of toys for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds... All your furry friends and reptiles too. The store is always clean and has so many food options for all the animals. The staff is so sweet and inviting. Thank you guys for all your kindness and knowledge when I need help finding things or solutions for my pets. They also off vaccinations. Go check them out! See ya next time

I was introduced to Kahoots at an event where they handed out samples. I struggled to find a food that my dog would digest well and like to eat. Their house brand solved my problems. All my dogs have been on Kahoot’s kibble with good results and good health. I’m taking away one star for the management of the store. While the employees that I met originally were very friendly and customer oriented, it was obvious that upper management was causing frustration and issues. They have had constant turnover with staff ever since. The in-store staff are always pleasant and helpful, but it is difficult to get that “home-town” service and feel that drives the smaller businesses.

Really amazing pet store. Huge veriety of pet goods for your cat, dog, or other demesticated animals u may have. Didn't buy anything but planning to go back when I have more time to pick n choose what I want to buy. It's definitely worth checking out

I've been to this place couple of times, while the rescue I volunteer for, had adoptions events.It is a pretty big store, with lots and lots of options regarding pet's food, accesories, treats, live birds and everything your best friend might need.The store has AC of course, restrooms -very very clean and the clerk is very friendly.I bought some blueberry biscuits for my doggie and she loved it. I've also made a price comparison with Petsmart and it seems you can get some great discounts with certain items.Because the store it's located in a plazza, there is no trouble with the parking spots.

Great staff and good variety of treats and toys. They have many dog and cat toys and offer limited small animal and fish supplies. The staff is friendly and has good treat recommendations. It’s a smaller store, but stocks a lot.

This store is wonderful and they have amazing employees who really care! I requested different items and they got them in stock. They see that I come in a lot to buy dog food and are always greeting me happily!

Lack of employee training & disappointing & unreliableI was planning dog food for my trip to LA. I called two weeks ago to try to place a special order (of something they don’t normally carry in the store) for 10/4. One of the employees told me to call back two weeks later and said it’ll only take them a week to get my orders in. I called today, which is exactly 8 days before 10/4, and they said they won’t be able to get it in time since ordering date is on 10/4. Their employees clearly have no knowledge of the store’s ordering schedule and messed up my entire plan. And now, I’m left with just one week before my trip and have to find something else for my dogs. I’d give them a negative review if it were an option :)

Absolutely beautiful & clean. The sales reps were very nice and helpful.I was referred by a friend who said this was a great store and they were right.My puppy dog love Kahoots salmon no grain food.The best part it is made in the USA!Highly recommend them and I drove 30 min. to get there and was very happy :-)

My older dog would not eat anything. I went into this store and told the dark haired sales associate (wish I had her name). She was so nice and loaded me up with at least 12 different generous size samples of various types of dog food. The samples contained nutrient rich ingredients I felt good about feeding my dog. I was extremely appreciative as my dog actually ate and briefly enjoyed many of the samples. Thank you so much.

Kahoots is one of the only stores locally that carries The Honest Company dog food! I only feed my baby human grade food and she absolutely loves The Honest Kitchen! I also love that kahoots does an in store scavenger hunt and let's you spin the wheel for an additional discount! Very friendly staff and always willing to help you out.

We come to this store about twice a month and the employees are very welcoming, informative and helpful. We love that they carry our German Shepherd's food and they have a lot of organic treats. A bit pricey but worth it.

👍 - lots of options for good pet productsMore choices for food without meat-meal than other chain stores👎 - I know I look like a scruffy hippie, but the older gentleman manager with glasses made me slightly uncomfortable as I could feel and see him intently staring at me for the entire maybe 15 min I was in the store. The employees kept looking at me through the windows even after I left the store. Did they think I am stealing? Why not just ask?Definitely don't feel like coming back

Wow! Amazing customer service! I had to pull my car over to make sure I left this review. I was so impressed and happy with the knowledge, and willingness to help me out starting my new journey with my Bull terrier. Just moved to the Chino Hills area and as a fish keeper I was attracted to the store because of the massive, absolute unit of an Aquatics sign that spans the entire back end, you’d think with a sign like that the store would have a killer selection of aquatic stuff. A little bit disappointed to see there were no fish, but that’s okay. Even more disappointed to see the one tiny aisle for entry level aquarium equipment. Definitely seems like a great store if you have anything but a fish.

I go there weekly and I love visiting the store! The entire staff has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE whenever I visit the store! I feel like a part of Thei their family and not a customer. I will continue to get my 4 legged babies treats from the store as long as I can because the prices are very FAIR. The staff there are great (we worked with Stephanie and Kerrie). They are knowledgeable, friendly and go the extra mile to help out.Kahoots offers many food options and even offer free samples of their Kahoots brand. This way your dog can find their favorite before you buy the large bag.You'll find everything the other pet stores carry at Kahoots plus a bunch more.

So disappointing. There were beta fish for sale in the tiny cups which is normal for pet stores. But the largest fish tank they had for betas was a 2.5 gallon and there were betas being displayed in tiny round fishbowls with no heaters or filters or anything. I understand pet stores do not have space to keep animals in large enclosures but Kahoots is promoting incorrect animal care. Betas require a 5 gallon tank but thanks to stores like this people don't know that information.

I really appreciate the staff at Kahoots. They special order Bravo dog food, I've been feeding it to my dogs & cats, BUT unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find. For years I drove to Santa Ana to get it. Then, about 3yrs ago I discovered Kahoots. They were willing to special ordered it & I really appreciate their efforts. This is a great pet supply store. Generally speaking you can find anything here you'd find at those other 2 pet supply stores, but there are things at Kahoots that I couldn't get elsewhere! I highly recommend checking them out!

This place has been a huge life saver for my mothers dogs. Her youngest at first was a picky eater and she would have the hardest time making she she ate to meet a certain weight goal for her physical. She went from picky eat, to being a bottomless pit. Both of her dogs love the dog food both wet and doggie treats. This is the place to go for those who are pet owners. Keep up with the amazing work!

Customer service is a bit lacking unless you have a pet with you. I have noticed because I've been to the store a few times and they have been a bit rude or like they dont care to offer any help BUT came in with my pet once and the whole service changed. I love coming here cause they have a huge selection on cat and bird stuff unlike other places that only have a lot of dog stuff

Great variety of pet food. My dog actually prefers the food that I get here over some of the options at some of the other petstores. There was always someone available if I had questions and didn't need to go out and search for help. They really are great!
