Took my 2 Pomeranians in and asked for a show cut and got back 2 dogs barley cut at all, just chopped the legs and one hasn’t been able to walk on her leg even a week later! To top it off charged me 155.00 for a 5 lb and 14 lb dogs. Canceled my appt for my other dogs.

Canyon did a great job with my bitey little rescue dog. She and her partner were able to not only trim his nails, but not traumatize him! He got treats, and he didn’t even have to be sedated! Please see these folks for everything your fur baby needs.

This place is amazing! Took my cat and my uncles cat here and they were so nice and welcoming. If I could I’d give them 10/10! Prices are very reasonable a sanitary shave and nail trim/file $25 each! Definitely recommend and I’m definitely going back! Thank you to the team at all cats and dogs grooming amazing job!!

Called Friday, perfectly groomed 2 small dogs Saturday, friendly, straightforward, honest, and caring. Brought the mother-in-laws dogs here. 10/10. I have a Golden doodle and I’m not super picky about his hair style. But when I picked him up the haircut was just okay and for $100+ dollars I expect the inside of his ears to be cleaned not full of hair. Looks like they didn’t even look inside his ears. Also the hair around his paws were very uneven. Hopefully you have a better experience.

They did such an amazing job with my very senior, blind and deaf mini-poodle! He is new to me as a rescue and I was worried about his reaction to being in yet another strange place. I absolutely loved bringing my dog to All Cats and Dogs Grooming. 🐕 Chewie my chocolate lab/German Shepard mix came back smelling amazing and her coat was super shiny. The customer service is outstanding, everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. The price are perfect and I was able to get an appointment the next day.

I absolutely loved the service we were given. The groomer was beyond kind and patient with our 9 month old Doberman, who had never been groomed professionally before, and our 8 year old Australian Shepard mix breed. She was very attentive to both our dogs and they loved her. I will absolutely be continuing to take both my dogs to her. She was affordable, friendly, and both dogs looked absolutely amazing.

I took my 75 lb golden retriever here to be groomed, de-shed and to have some mats removed (her ears mat very easily) based on amazing yelp reviews. They were very kind walking in, the last groomer we took her to she was generally pretty stressed but here she just walked in like she owned the place and seemed very comfortable. She still seemed calm and happy when I picked her up. After I got home I noticed a couple of things I wasn't very happy with so I called back and spoke to the owner, Alex. She was AWESOME! She asked if I could bring our dog back and she fixed all of my concerns and I am so happy with the end result. She was very gracious and went the extra mile to make sure we are happy and my pup didn't mind the extra visit at all, she acted like it was no big deal at all. We will continue to bring our dog here! Great customer service, great care of the animals, overall great place! Highly recommend!👍

This shop is run by the most amazing woman ever. I was a walk in for an emergency groom and she did a stellar job. She was very kind, gave lots of advice for avoiding the problem again and treated my cat very well. <3

Scheduled an appointment for my cat to get shaved, appointment time was at 1, asked by daughter to take her for me as I work, they didn't get to her until almost 2 hours later, with my cat in her carrier the whole time. Unfortunately my daughter didn't make the decision to leave as I would have. Very disappointed. Will be looking for another groomer

Lost my business. I used to have my two cats grommet here but it’s started taking longer and longer to get them in. Then they told me they only do cats on Tuesdays. I work I can’t bring them in the middle of the day on Tuesday. Took them to coature pet spa and they were great with my cats. Affordable, great care and very friendly.

My Chihuahua has always been difficult when attempting to clip his nails. We walked in Alex took him & it was done before he even realized it we believed considering he reacted to the last 1. Needed to get my dogs nails trimmed, so I called around to a few places in Chico to see how long it would be for an appointment. After being told by multiple places that it would take several weeks to be seen, I called All Cats and Dogs Grooming and was told to come in whenever. I went there and was in and out in less than 10 minutes and got a great recommendation on where to get stuff for my boi. Super friendly staff, great pricing, and will be seeing more business from me in the future!

I took my English Shepherd 4 month old pup in for grooming today during quarantine. ES’s normally need lots of socializing which I hadn’t been able to do because of Shelter in Place... so he was quite timid at first... both women that greeted me outside realized how worried he truly was... they worked with him and had me stay for a bit. The other dogs he could mingle with calmed him down and he was handled fairly and with care.... when I picked him up he was happy and not worried... plus they did a GREAT job. More important to me was the fear free first grooming experience.

I just used All Cats and Dogs Grooming for the first time to make our Poma-Poo beautiful, and I'm so glad I did!!! They did a fantastic job! I've been to several other groomers in the various places we have lived, but I've got to say that All Cats and Dogs Grooming in Chico is the BEST! Most other groomers I've been to take 4-5 hours to groom our little dog. ACDG took only two hours, which made our dog a lot less stressed out. I will definitely be using them again!

I've been taking our two little pugs to these folks since they opened. They do a fantastic job, very reasonable prices, and, most importantly, they are very good to my little guys. My puppies are always happy when I take them in which tells me they are well treated and loved during their visits. Highly recommended!

Magical skills to get on with every day and dog, the beasts come out beautiful, every time. Our bipolar tomcat endures their work with grace whereas the new kitten feels like this place is a playdate.They have been grooming pets of Camp Fire survivors as a gift. I'm so touched. This place is exceptional and the animals love them.
