I normally don’t leave reviews good or bad, I just don’t have the time but on occasion I just have to good and bad. I was in this Target at 9 pm, they close at 11pm. I had approximately $200 worth of clothing in my basket and just wanted to hold it up to eyeball it to see if I liked it. There were zero wall mirrors in the store and all the dressing rooms were shut down. I literally had to go to home furnishings and find a mirror. I know many stores have eliminated them, not sure why, but other targets that I’ve been to still have a few mirrors up in key areas. I decided to purchase my items, if they didn’t fit or look right, I could bring them back. There’s only two lines open in the store, self service is closed and the two lines that were open stretched all the way down the isles. I get to my car with the cart, put my purchase in my car and there is t a cart return anywhere in sight. This store is not set up for a pleasant customer experience or convenience. Greatly disappointed, I won’t be back to this one. Do better.

I came in to target today to 1) make a small return and 2) to get a clothing alarm removed from my last visit as I forgot to do so in self checkout. I continued to shop and gather clothes to try on and two asset protection employees tried to be intimidating and following me and my partner into the clothing section and started laughing and once I looked at him he stopped. I then proceeded to have my partner return my shirt as I found a better one I liked and they followed him and were harassing him. I tried on my clothes and they follow us to the fitting rooms. I went to get two books and they followed us to that section as well. I believe I got their names as mario and josh or john. They were both young and unprofessional about how they handled their job. One had glasses and the other one was darker complex and shorter hair. I did make a complaint to the manager and she said she would talk to them, but nothing further. I feel as a customer you want to feel safe and peace when shopping and coming here did not give that experience at all.

I will never shop at this location again.. Your employee Helen, she's Asian and probably in her fifties, she is the rudest person I have EVER dealt with. I asked for help and she couldn't have been more annoyed about helping me. Then she told me to "Shut up" I have never been treated so poorly at your location, usually everyone is so nice there. I don't know why she was so disrespectful towards me. I will never go to this location again and it's entirely because of her. Minus five stars for Helen! Do yourselves a favor and fire her!! I wish I could give less than one star.

The name of this staff member is Jay. I only represent my personal opinion that he is racially discriminatory. I will never come to this target again. It is stipulated that one person buys four boxes of milk powder a day, but there is no rule whether to pay separately or together. He prevents me from paying separately. It is a very stupid behavior to require that I and milk powder must be included in the same bill. He said that he is here and he has the final say... before I sympathized with black people, but I don't think so now. In the future, any result will have a reason...

Why is a ID needed to purchase cough drops. Also the self checkout team member need to stop having a conversation with a fellow employee and pay more attention to the customers that need assistance. Even after pulling out they need assistance the self checkout team member continue their conversation.

Hey guys I rarely submit a bad experience but today it was bad. I bought the chickens that has the target coupon and every time either with chicken or meat the coupon never goes thru. And today I had a cashier who wasn’t the best at customer service but usually she’s great. She started by saying “ you’re going to fight me on it” when I asked if she could honor or ask someone. Maybe she was tired so hope she feels better if she had a bad day.Secondly, the manager on duty was able to handle it. I appreciate her help and especially figuring it out how to apply the discount.The company makes enough money annually to make sure issues as dumb as coupons work. If corporate can look into it because it’s happened multiple times with steak and that’s something the staff shouldn’t worry about since the coupons are sent from corporate. I love that location but it seems like this year this was that one time that customer service wasn’t the best.

I bought a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker from this Target on October 3 2023 it stopped working on January 6 2024. I tried to return it on January 10 2024 and Target refused to accept it because it was just past the 90 day window. I told Target that I've been trying to contact Hamilton Beach regarding the 1 year warranty but after multiple attempts they haven't responded. Targets response was sorry but your on your on your own. Lesson learned don't buy from this Target and don't buy Hamilton Beach products.

Self checkout machine is glitchy and froze and left me without my change. Workers tried their best but I left overpaying for my items. Machine needs maintenance.

I don’t really have time to write down a review but honestly I’m so disappointed because It gets very busy and self checkout is always closed so annoying because you come in really quick for few item and you have to wait in a long lines also dressing rooms always closed.

I know these reviews may not mean much but Beltazar is awesome a super and above and beyond employee. Ice was out on the shelves and instead of just telling my friend and I “oh well” he checked in the back brought us ice and refilled the ice supply. I dont think that was he section either. Our beach day will be a success!

Pick up orders have been the worst. I’ve been to this store about three times, waited and my items have been cancelled on arrival and then lied to and told they were cancelled prior.. ridiculous

A nice shopping experience with a bit of everything from food to clothes to electronics and household supplies. I love the cereal and pop tart selection with limited edition flavours.

Diana is a cashier that is super rude she always seems very miserable I asked her to remove a item and she got mad and proceeded to give me attitude I come often and only time I have problem is when she is there she will ruin your day she is not a bubbly person and should not be working customer service .

Pretty similar to the other Targets in the area: clean, wide aisles, approachable staff. Gaps on staffing occurs, but it’s like that with most big box stores at these times.

This is my closest Target and they NEVER have cashiers available in the morning therefore you’re forced to use self checkout. At least have one register open for those who don’t like using self checkout!!

Whomever was working the self-checkout on 12/15 during mid-day was very unprofessional and rude. I did not get his name, however he was slightly overweight with dark hair. Not only was he unprofessional to me, as I passed him by, I overheard him talking negatively about a customer. I won’t be back to this particular Target location.

I was at Target Cerritos today at 1:38pm. Just want to let any manager know that the young man named Ethan has excellent customer service skills. Even though he was working out of his job description he was exceptionally pleasant. He acknowledged us with a compliment right away. Took time to ask questions regarding our shopping experience. Was very patient with my elderly sister. This young man needs employee of the month! Thanks for showing up to work Ethan!

I hadn't been to Target in a few weeks. This recent visit made me think I should go there more often. I received money back through the Target App, the prices were cheaper than the grocery store and I through check-out super quick.

This Target is horrible if you have to use WIC. They have it so only thier products, will show as acceptable and not any name brands. Corporate will definitely get a call regarding this. Tactics like this are unacceptable and bias....this store needs to have some attention brought to it regarding this and several other issues.Security needs to address people walking out with cartfuls of merchandise too....sad, just sad.

Not sure if it's because I am Asian but Manager refuses to match the price shown on Target.com. I ask for a reason and they said because the price is control by another Vendor. The problem here is, how come the Vendor have two different price listed? Manager can not provide with an answer other than telling me that I have to order the item online. Looks like this Target no longer price match because they could not match their own price online. I purchase the item at a different Target and they were able to price match.

The store is clean and well stocked with most things, and I like the wide aisles so you can keep your distance from others. I found the store employees were very pleasant and willing to help you, and it was very easy to find someone when you needed help. I looked around in the baby/toddler clothes sections, and they have so much cute stuff at good prices. I love shopping here.
