On 04/25/2024 approximately between 10:00 am and 11:20am I showed up to the pick up area to do deliveries because I was a Spark Delivery Driver powered by Walmart Stores Inc. upon arrival i parked in my white VW to pick up a delivery pick up location, a staff member came out and was being rude, at first she stated that the four digit code (22**) i provided was incorrect so I asked is it incorrect she stated never mind, we then proceed to attempt to place items in my back seat and she said its against their policy to place both order in the back seat (i have done it before without any issues) she then refused to dispense the order to me. She went to her manager and was yelling at me in front of customers; in front of the store and inside the store at customer service when I went to talk to the store manager after they rejected giving me the delivery order three times for trip numbers 2697, 8127 and 2727. I talked to the store manager even allowed him to look in my vehicle which I was not obligated to do so but I did. The store manager stated “I will look into it.” The worker and her superior then contacted Spark Complaint line and lied stating I was sharing my account and not there doing my deliveries which resulted in wrongful dismissal/termination or deactivation of my Spark Delivery App. I have file a complaint with Walmart Stores Inc, I did not get a report number so maybe its under my name with Walmart and with Spark Delivery from false allegations claim

My wife ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday about a month ago, we got a cancelation notice less than 24hrs before my sons birthday party. This is a god damn joke! What type of customer service is this? I'm a Service Manager for a multi billion dollar company, I would be fired for this level of service. As usual Walmart is a garbage 🗑 company.

The customer service at this Walmart is often closed. I wanted to make a return, but the employee told me that it would be closed all day. Just keep in mind that you will have to go there several times before they give you their attention.

The corn is without a price, so in front of my eyes they come and go, they don't buy, because if they turn to fix the price, they will take the customers out of the store as objectionable.

Just got out of WM with my life..the checkers were screamingat each other, between the homeless people and laughing it up.The homeless kept running back and forth out of line, laughingabout booze etc. My checker laughed it off and said "that theway it goes around here ", won't walk back in there ever again.Called corporate office. WM.people just don't care about customers !

4/23/2024 Tuesday @ 7:20 found the customer service horrible wanted to check out the manager said I had to do it myself I'm an elderly woman I don't believe taking people's jobs or doing their jobs so I left my full cart for them to put away

Things regularly go out of stock and aren't restocked for weeks. Things like different types of meat are very often a day or expire the same day, I've found some that have been expired up to 2 days prior.

Nice staff but the store is so drastically under stocked that they should just shut down. I keep asking for items -- like dog food or half-and-half and I am told they had a power outage Sept 1 and they are short on stock (today is Sept 25). What does that have to do with paper towels or canned pet food?

Just stopped by to pick up a few things for dinner on th way home for work. Lines were not long, parking is not the greatest, out in less then 10min.

I had a very unpleasant experience at a nearby Walmart last week that I find hard to forget. I asked an employee for help since I couldn't locate an item, and I had even found a photo of the item online to show her since I don't speak English very well. However, she reacted with annoyance and eye-rolling before even looking at the photo, telling me she didn't know. I believe Walmart should address the importance of customer assistance in their business model, as customers come in to make purchases, and if they can't find items, they need to ask for help. Walmart lacks a consistent system, and each store is different. They should invest in training their employees on how to interact with customers, whom they rely on. I didn't ask for the employee's phone number; I simply wanted her to do her job and assist me as part of what we, the customers, ultimately pay for.Recently, I had a fall at the same Walmart and have been experiencing knee pain since then. It's concerning that the store doesn't seem to take proper precautions to ensure the safety of its customers, as the floors are consistently dirty and wet. I'm grateful my child was not with me that day. Additionally, Walmart should address the ongoing issue with the self-checkout kiosks not functioning for months. This level of disorganization is disappointing. I can't help but express my disappointment by saying this is unacceptable. Walmart is offering a third-world shopping experience

This Walmart is right around the corner from where I live. So it’s somewhere I frequent. The other night while I was walking in the door a woman yells at me to leave my bag at the door. ( I had my purse on my shoulder which is around 12x8 inches small. It holds my eyeglass case and wallet , cell phone and keys. …with not much room for anything else. ) I turned and looked and said are you talking to me? She again told me to leave my bag at the door. I said no I’m not gonna leave my purse anywhere. I continued walking and getting what I went for . Checked myself out . The woman was standing with another woman who worked there and she was talking about me while looking at me . With a loud whisper and smirk on her face. I walked up to her and asked for the manager. He was right there I started towards him and turned back around to her and asked why she told me to leave my purse at the door? She nervously said well people come in here and steal. I said really ? I don’t steal. But if I did What do you think I could fit in my purse? She said oh uhh I thought it was bigger. I’m sorry.I didn’t except her apology. There wasn’t a legit reason for her behavior. What so ever! There is no excuse for this woman to talk to me like that. It’s more than insulting. That woman and her stupid big mouth ruined my neighbor hood store. I go anywhere but there if I can.Walmart needs to train their employees in courtesy and proper ways to speak to a customer. I’m doing them a favor by shopping g at their store. Not the other way around.

Not very convenient as far as parking, seeing as people will park on the reserved spots and go into Walmart. There were 4 cars waiting to pick up their orders, and I think only 2 spots were taken by people picking up.The lady who brought my orders out was very kind and helpful.

April 13, 2023 at opening time, between 6am and 6:20am the opening staff, manager, and security helped me with a very scary situation that I didn't have the capacity to vocalize. They were kind, assuring, and made sure that I was safe. I will never forget the kindness shown to me that morning. My only regret is that I never asked the names of the many employees that helped me. To that anonymous cashier... I hope the world blesses you 10 fold.

The employees here treat EVERYONE like they are thieves! 4 regular registers and they only ever have 1-2 of them open, meanwhile out of like 8 self checkout 3 of them work! And then you have the gawking employees watching your EVERY move. Before you even pay they are asking if you scanned your items at the bottom! If Walmart is so worried about people stealing, maybe they should put these employees back to work on a register so they can make sure EVERYTHING gets scanned. Ain't nothing like be accused of stealing before you even had the chance to pay for your items. Deana and Bri, you both suck as employees. And the old blonde curly head one that I wasnt able to see your name tag, YOU DO TOO!

Today September 4th 2023 I found about $150 didn't count it but it was a quite a few $20. I turned in the money and staff was rude to not tell me how much I turned in. I said if no one claims it do I receive it. They said no. My concern is, I hope that if the man who lost the money hopefully they will give it to him. There was also and envelope with his name on it, so show your ID. Good luck sir I think your going to need it.🍀

Today’s experience totally sucks , I am disabled. I need assistance, and they act as if it doesn’t matter. they were more concerned about the teenager stealing the ice cream and candy bars and Cheetos. That’s where they’re brain was. Incompetence, incompetence incompetence thank you for starting out my Saturday all jacked up.

Management and supervisor staff on a Memorial day consisted of young kids who do what they can to not use common sense and do their job. I tried to do a simple return with a photo copy of a receipt and the original credit card used to purchase and was told that was not acceptable and that I could be a fraudster in a very demeaning tone. My appearance obviously stated the opposite. Never have I been treated in that way. In the future I will pay a couple of bucks more and buy from retailer with more of a positive vibe. It's obvious the Walmart employees working on that day are miserable with their employment and possibly their lives so take it out on their customers.

Money services at this location has been helpful, from check cashing to loading onto an online banking account you might have like Discover bank or green dot. Smaller feel than the regular Walmart stores but that makes it alot easier to ask an employee fir help finding something. They've always had what I need , even if it's a weird item like fat free-odd flavored creamers. Nice selection of ice cream snacks, too. Parking can be full because of other businesses in the lot like Home Depot so mind your speed.

I love this neighborhood market. No hassles and or bullcrap you get from a superstore. Not talking ill about any superstores, just too many people in them for me personally.even when there is a line at this market, the wait isn't very long at all. And the associates here are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with/talk to. A solid 5 out of 5.

Just don’t go here. They never have any checkers. It’s all self checkout for the most part. Went tonight and they had one checkout open. Started walking over and the guy turned off his light and walked away. Had to do self checkout with over $300 worth of things, while at least 5 employees stood around doing absolutely nothing. The price of EVERYTHING has gone up. Ridiculous that prices on everything go up, but the service goes down drastically.

I was informed that your establishment doesn’t cash “Pick n Pull” company checks specifically only “Pick n Pull” even tho the representative Joan couldn’t find it in your policy and a passing worker agreed that they have never heard that rule she continued to insure me that management them selves told her that “Walmart doesn’t cash “Pick n Pull” company checks anymore “and refused to do so I cashed it at another near by Walmart but if you’re establishment doesn’t except a specific company you should update your policy to inform your customers

I was trying to send money with Western Union. I was waiting 20 minute at the customer service, I ask two times the person who is standing at the self check out she told me someone will come and help you nobody show up unfortunately me and one other customer leave the Walmart.

I did a grocery pick-up. It was fast & convenient. The store attendant that brought my groceries out was very pleasant, bagged my items for me & loaded them all in my car. No issues & much easier than taking my kids through the store. Will definitely be doing this again.

Workers seem to not care, no help finding things, even though they will follow you around to make sure not stealing but if you ask for help they turn and walk away. Great customer service...lol!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! No one ever answers the phone when calling to check-in for curb-side pick-up. Long wait for check-out. Although a few of the associates who bring out the curbside pickup orders can be friendly, the cashiers inside are just rude.

Terrible Terrible Terrible...Got what I wanted.. Went to pay on Aisle #3, number 4 in line, the person in front to me had one item.. The cashier was by far, the s--l--o--w--e--s--t. cashier I've ever come across.. Was in line for close to 25 minutes! Plus the store is DIRTY..! I'm a pretty easy going guy, but this was absolutely ridiculous!Never again!!
