I took my three dogs to bathe on monday morning. Shampoo bottles were unfulfilled and dirty towels. NO CLEAN towels were available. When I first got there it took forever to get greeted by an employee , one was busy on the phone the other chatting away. I had to chase down an employee to fill the shampoo bottles. Called and complained about the experience.Instead of accepting responsibility the manager blamed being short staffed and busy weekend. Also blamed me and stated for multiple dog we recommend more than once person. IVE been there multiple times, sounded like a personal opinion not a store policy. Doesnt make up for the lack of items. Plus paying full price for a service that obviously lacking. Stated ill reimburse one dog wash, when I had three dogs. Disappointed on the self accountability from the management. I'VE WORKED IN Customer service never have i made excuses for MY stores faultiness onto the customers. Do better.

I bought a cute little ball python here. I named it Dizzy. Dizzy has a genetic condition that Shelly explained to me. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice. The rest of the staff is great, I've only managed to remember Shelly's name (for all the right reasons). I like coming in to look at the live animals. It's not a large shop, so don't expect to find extra special items here, but the staff will help where they can. One thing that I like is that they ask each other for expertise advice. If someone doesn't know something about something, they ask someone who does.For reptiles, they have limited supplies, but they do have mice, both frozen and live. They're inexpensive, too.I've attached a photo of Dizzy eating.Updated to include the newest enclosure I've gotten from here.

We love coming into Incredible Pets with our dog Ofelia. She does not enjoy getting a bath, but their set-up makes it so easy for us to bathe her quickly and with all materials needed to get it done effectively (warm water hose with an adjustable setting nozzle, shampoo and conditioner, treats, towels, aprons). She is always excited to know she will get lots of treats and pets from employees. They carry a variety of high quality treats that she loves. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This store has an incredible selection of food for pets. I have a 14 yr old jack Russel who just stopped eating anything but bites of people food. I could not get proper nutrition in him. I came here by my vets suggestion. Oh my goodness! Not only a huge quality food selection, but the most important thing, great staff! They helped me find several different foods.they take back anything he wont eat!! I FINALLY FOUND A WINNER. my dog loves Stella’s chicken. I think they saved my boys life. Thank you so very much!

Have grown to love this family owned pet store. Staff (kudos to Sperry) is Very knowledgeable! Huge variety of dog and cat food (special and limited diets too), treats, beds, accessories and more.And if your pet doesn't like the food, bring it back (+50% remaining) and they'll credit you full amount paid, towards another item!!

Plus Cat Carriers, Dog Carriers, Pet Cages, etc. They May Even Carry & Sell Fish Aquariums, Fish Aquarium Accessories, Liquid Aquarium Cleaners, Additives, Decorations, etc. They May Carry Other Items or Merchandise For Cats & Dogs. The place is usually great for dog food. My first time purchasing the live meal worms 75 to a container. I fed this to my pet and whenn I got to the bottom container there was blue and green mold. Gross! I called the store to let them know and they were like, your pet should be fine. I was dismayed at the lack of care for selling a bad product and not showing any care for the pet that consumes this. Be aware.

This is a great place to go for dog food.was more than helpful with helping me make a confident decision on which bags to get for my super picky Dorky. ( Half Yorkie half datschund) and... She loves her new food!!!It did kinda change for the better.

Went into store today to pick up gold fish to add to my pond. Two people working, both helping the same customer. Stood around waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes and left. Won't try that again.

BEST PLACE to shop for our fur kids, Buddy and Beau. The manager and staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful with often times bright and cheery attitudes.We shop there about 6 times a year... mainly for their plethora of top-notch dog foods from which to choose.If they are out of stock or you need a special order... bring it to their attention and they will help get you what you need... even if to send you to another place that they trust could help.Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I usually buy my dog's food in here, ocassionaly treats and toys. The employees are very friendly, it is a small business so it's good to support them. The only thing I didn't like it's their self bath service for dog's because the water didn't come hot to give my dog a bath, apparently their water heater was small and took long to warm the water up between baths. Other than that, I like this store very much.

It was my first time visiting this store and I really enjoyed the huge selection of pet food and supplies. The store was very put together and easy to shop. The associates asked me if I needed help finding anything which is good customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE....If you own a large long haired dog. Don't give your dog a bath here. Long haird double coated dogs need more then 30minutes to be bathed and dried.Rude management and how they handles the situation when more people showed up to bathe their dogs.Will NOT be going there again. Not just to bathe my dog but due to services, I will not even buy my dog and cat food here anymore either.
