I was impressed with our grooming experience. The groomer called me a few days in advance to discuss what we wanted. This was our pup's first grooming (he is about 5 mos old). He came home looking so cute and fresh/clean. I plan to make future appoints here for grooming.

My Indiana, a 3 year old golden retriever, is terrified of getting a bath. My groomer Cynthia, takes extra time with him to calm him down and bathe him. He looks like a new puppy when I pick him up.

I was SO happy with my dog's service from here. They were extremely professional, super transparent, and did an amazing job. The communication from the automated system was amazing and it was SUPER easy to make an appointment. Our groomer was Cynthia A. and she was a delight. Indy LOVED the experience. They give you report cards after so you know how they did and what needs to be worked on. I used to go to this super expensive, small boutique groomer down the street from here, but they were severely overpriced with terrible customer service and would lie about my dog and the services. Highly suggest taking your pups here!

Deanna was so kind and welcoming and so good with our dogs. We have never picked up our dogs from a groomer and seen them so happy and content! They were wagging their tails and smiling! Deanna really made them feel comfortable and took such great care of our babies! They looked good, smelled good and were happy the whole visit. This is definitely our new spot for grooming all thanks to Deanna!

My groomer was very kind and honest. Even though she said she had not groomed a Westie before she did a great job for her first. Lucre my dog was treated great hand came home happy and spunky with her new look.

The salon was clean and I was greeted right away! Kiana was very friendly and great with my dog, they connected right away. I felt good and safe leaving my dog with her. She did a great job grooming her too!

Took my dog for a haircut and my wife gave explicit directions for what she wanted trimmed. Dog was with groomer for three hours and the grooming was horrendous to say the least. Not only was it a poor trim but my dog was a nervous wreck. Apparently groomer cut off my dogs whiskers, she clipped his toenails too short and they were bleeding. His rear was poorly trimmed, his private area was not trimmed and his tail was cut to a square edge. I got a refund but store manager never spoke to me in person. I wanted to share my experience with the manager but she had zero customer relations and was very unprofessional. This major concern deserved face to face contact. After the groomer cut my dogs nails too short she never mentioned it to my wife. If your looking for a professional groomer that does quality work, Shop elsewhere. This place is a joke.

The staff is very friendly, I'm not complaining about that, but what I don't like is that you ask for a cut and they roast another and you tell them of course, bad experience with my furry, I won't do it. take it back 😔

Over the past year, we have gotten to know Keeley and think highly of her services. That includes her talent for grooming as well as her customer service skills. For example, she calls in advance if her schedule changes and offers other appt. times. Sometimes we see Keeley in the shopping center and she is just as friendly outside the salon as in. You can tell she loves animals and is eager to provide a great grooming experience for Petco.

We've become some what nose blind to our little pup but after we picked her up he noticed she had a bad doggy smell to her coat and breath. The staff mentioned she was super nervous and very wiggly so maybe they didn't clean her very well. Her breath was actually worse than when she came in.

Our groomer leanna (?) had a great attitude and wrote a little evaluation card about how my dog did in the grooming. My dogs nails were nicely cut and she smelled amazing

Sadly, had a really bad experience here today. Came-in looking for a suet bird feeder, and that Purina Pull & Play cat toy they've been advertising like crazy.Couldn't find either, so we asked the manager, who just said, "Over there," and pointed to the corner. My wife said, "We looked there. Can you show us?" She said, "It's just over there," and walked away.15 minutes later, we still couldn't find either, so just walked-out, and got them both at the Von's next door.

horrible. if there was something less that one star i’d chose that. 20+ dead fish in the fish tanks just floating around, one was actually being eaten by the other fishes. Not to mention spiders in the dog clothing. just sad that the employees can’t do their job.
