The CVS Pharmacy on Rancho Santa Fe Rd has the most caring, concerned, customer service oriented staff of any other CVS I’ve used in the past 40 years of living in Encinitas. It’s 100% worth a short drive up Rancho Santa Fe Rd to feel like the customer matters, and they do what they can to assist Medicare customers to lower their prices through a law passed by Gov..Brown, they have posted by the drop off window!! My RX went from over $100 to just over $20. Thank you at this CVS!!

Pharmacist would not dispense insulin syringes which is a detriment to the health of our community. Her name is Anna, a terrible person who should not sleep well at night. I wish her health and blessings ✌️

This CVS was great I couple years ago, then it went downhill hard. I switched during Covid to a Vons across the street because it was so bad. But since a several months ago their new all star cleanup batter super employee Marrette saved this place! Marrette is my hero and my friend. She is the light of that store and caused me to bring my business back to the store that fell to pieces during early Covid. She must be a magical creature because it was in need of some ! Just had surgery and She wished me well and was more excited for it than me lol.

Once again, the warmth, efficiency and customer care at this CVS is 5-star. Despite Covid and all the restrictions and safety precautions, it was a breeze to have my prescription filled expeditiously. I want to specifically mention Tyler, who I appreciate at every visit with his thoughtful explanations, and Andrew, who handled today's transaction quickly and with wit. I have kept this CVS as my primary location after moving from La Costa to Oceanside despite there being 4 much closer locations to my residence. That is specifically due to Tyler and the overall service orientation of everyone in the pharmacy at this location.

tried calling and had to talk to a robot for 25 F-ING MINUTES. Still haven’t been able to talk to a real human. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
