Beautiful winery and estate in Diamond Mountain near the town of Calistoga. We had an amazing experience on a perfect summer day with Scott giving us a wonderful tour and tasting experience throughout the property.This was topped of by an incredible four course lunch and wine pairing on the grounds presented by Chef Josh Mitchell and Scott Allen from Napa Valley Heritage Catering. Everything and every touch was beyond expectations, without pretense and in a nurturing and genuine manner that encouraged us to relax, enjoy and drink in the experience with them as our guides. A wide variety and generous pouring of wines to taste, pair, and just enjoy made it a wonderful experience for our entire group during our first of what will be many visits to Theorem Winery!

This was a truly spectacular experience. This vineyard is tucked up in the Calistoga / Diamond Mountain region and the view is incredible. It was a short, easy drive from where we were staying in Napa Valley but I immediately felt worlds away. You're surrounded by the most gorgeous mountains and vines and trees. It's just a really special area, made only more special by the people, the food, and (of course) the wine. The team at Theorem is truly passionate about the wine and hospitality. Every detail was unique and had a story behind it, from the cups to the decor, and you could feel the history of the land surrounding you. I've never experienced anything like it. We visited several vineyards that day, all great in their own right, but nothing compared to the experience we had at Theorem. It was the most intimate, beautiful visit and something I'll remember forever. (Thankfully, my husband and I ordered a few bottles of their Cabernet Sauvignon while we were there so we'll have some help remembering!)

Don’t typically leave reviews but this place deserves 5+ stars. Beautiful Diamond Mtn Estate with gorgeous decor throughout their winemaking facility and tasting room. The Merlot was excellent, but the Hawks Prey and Voir Dire Cabs left the lasting impression. The young and old vine cabs, respectively, were perfect compliments to each other, as the 2017 HP is showing tremendous early integration, and the 2013 VD exhibits all the qualities of amazing ageability. The only thing better than the wines was Scott’s generous hospitality. Looking forward to experiencing their Moon Mtn reds starting with the 2018 vintage. Eager to share the Theorem secret with other wine lovers back home. A must experience.
