Phenomena customer service and support. The young man that exchanged my lens and cleaned my frame was incredibly helpful and kind. He also reminded me that I could receive an educator’s discount. Great store!

I was told by one team member when asked that the store does give educator discounts. As I am ready to pay, the person at register says “I’m sorry I don’t know what he is talking about,”. Manager was called and he said no we don’t do that. The only reason I made my purchase was because of the 15% off I was told I would get. It was pretty upsetting and to not hold up the line further, I paid the full price. Made me feel embarrassed.

The gentleman that helped me out was extremely helpful. He brought out the box of socks and nose pieces, while I picked through the box the guy took my glasses completely apart cleaned them up and installed all the new parts, my sunglasses felt brand new. It’s hard to find service like this now days, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Lui was the worse sales person I’ve ever encountered. Lui initially was not motivated to help my husband make a custom sunglasses order, but after he did, I later decided that I did not like the frame color. I asked him to change the frame color and that’s when Lui became unhinged. He refused to change the order and insisted my husband purchase the custom order he made. I said that I didn’t like the glossy black frame and chose an grey color instead. My husband also agreed to change the color as well. I told Lui that a customer can change their mind but he insisted that my husband wanted the black and refused to make any changes. I was in disbelief at his refusal to help and not listen to us. My husband became frustrated and a dispute ensued. Lui still insisted that my husband wanted the color black and expected him to make a purchase since Lui spent the time making the custom order. I’ve never interacted with anyone like Lui before; unprofessional, uncooperative and inflexible. Poor Alyssa, she was in training and witnessed this situation.

Went to the store today to get replacement lenses or new sunglasses if it was more cost efficient. I was greeted and helped right away! Kevin explained my options and in the end I only had to get new lenses and a nose piece, he saved me easily 75 bucks and made my old shades like brand new. Great sunglasses and great service I will keep coming back.
