Had the most pleasant experience here with an employee named Jasmine. I had to interrupt her while she was stocking an isle and she was so kind and pleasant when I asked for mydol that was out of stock on their shelves. She ran back to the stock room to search for me and returned with a pack. Can't thank her enough for taking the extra time to make it happen.

Target, like America, is looking for something better. Somewhere between vogue and old hat, Target caters to those who want to remain fashionable but aren’t really into the effort. Azusa’s Target is slouched, much like their carts🛒 at the entrance, somewhere between the upper end foothills and the 210 freeway. This review is simply for the store and not its contents. It sits adjacent to the Azusa Metro station and therefore has a lot of foot traffic. The store personnel work hard and do a good job on upkeep and this review is in no way “targeting” them, but it has the start of that uniquely LA feeling of urban decay. From human feces by the escalators to car clubs meeting in the parking garage, this store, along with most of the LA area, silently screams “Where do we go from here?” 🎯 🎭💬

The employees are very nice, caring, and helpful. I have only had positive experiences with them, however this store NEVER seems to be stocked. There are empty shelves and aisles which kind of sucks. Hardly ever able to find anything I need.

This Target location is very convenient and near everything else important like City Hall, Public Library, Police Station, Walmart, supermarket, etc. The prices here are reasonable and similar to Walmart. Their app is full featured like Walmart. The staff is courteous and helpful, mostly local college students. The store is clean and well organized. I definitely recommend it.

Sunday mornings at this target is a very nice experience. The starbucks has a nice patio with a great view. Its a big target in the air with the parking structure under it. On a hot day its a nice thing not to come back to a hot car because you spent hours at target

Edited (5/21/17) Today I walking from the metro station as target was very messy. Added pictures. One picture walking towards Target as I saw karts everywhere. Hour and half later as I left target as the exact same karts are still there. Another thing, there were no karts in the store infornt as usual be there until I was about to leave store as an employee just put the frist row of karts. But as I was going down the stairs, the karts in the picture when I was leaving...still there. Also you got the karts in the parking lot as you went down stairs on the left side as you cannot miss to see the karts. Same employee Didn't bother with it and walk pass them. Also, before I left I went to use the bathroom as there was feces on the toilet seat on handicapped toilet and toilet next door soaked in pee...all over the seat and floor. So I waited to used urinal, after my business, went to the sink to wash my hands and there no soap in any of the containers and no paper towels to dry hands. This wasn't the first time either. I kept letting it go but over 6 months of two visits pre-month this had been happening of no soap and bathroom partitions doors need fixing.

It is beginning to look a lot like Valentine’s Day! Great selection of goodies is now fully out and available. There is a huge selection of candies and decorations for February 14th! Don’t delay, however - there is no guarantee there will be a replenishment on these seasonal items.

I stopped by when I was in Azusa. It's right next to the training station. Therefore the location is convenient. First floor is the parking. Second floor is the store. People do wear masks but some don't cover their nose. There was a woman who waa right next to me and didn't cover her nose. I asked the staff to enforce the rule. They didn't care. Other than that good service and clean store.

Target never disappoints. Always get more then u should lol. The deserts have been hitting though. Some cream balls in the freezer are bomb. Or the macaroons are actually pretty good too.

The returns experience went well. I was met with no pushback on what I had to return. The only question I was asked was if the product had been used or if there was anything wrong with the product, to which I replied, no, I appreciate the ease of Target's return policy, however when it comes to the customer service side of things, it can vary the employee who assisted me in making this return had an overall negative attitude and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. I like coming to Target; this target is the closest to my home. What I find incredibly disappointing and discouraging is when I am not treated nicely, it’s not so much that I expect to be treated like a celebrity or like, I’m the only person in the world; I expect to be met with basic kindness; and the way that I treat people because I do not expect to be treated with decency, kindness or respect if I am not giving them that in return. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad customer service experience with this individual. Still, it saddens me that she has been able to remain in her position for so long, and she continues to get away with it because it just goes to show me that the manager, whoever is in charge of dealing with the customer service end of things is also accepting of this behavior. This reflects on the company, not so much on the individual because the individual is an individual, and she’s going to respond and deal with things the way that she will do it because she’s human, but when no one is necessarily reminding her or expressing to her that maybe the approach should be different. It goes to show that they don’t care. Unfortunately, I don’t think that anyone realizes the importance of customer service at this location. This isn’t to say that there aren’t good employees at this location; however, it takes a couple of negative experiences to feel differently about a company or a person.

It's just another target. What makes me made about it is the blaiten shop lifting. There are empty beer bottles on shelves and the buzzer at front door goes off and employees and security say nothing. It has to stop.

I mean it's an average target what you expect from corporate store with minimal wage employees? every thing is locked due to regular thieves , so it's not convenient to shop there at all.

this store is very anti-homeless despite a group of them basically living there. the employees will actually break company policy to further inconvenience homeless persons. this includes denying target brand returns && exchanges despite having proof of purchase. they have a cute shopping bag near the self checkout but apart from that i wouldn't spend my money there. why? because they don't deserve my money. any store that goes this far out of their way to inconvenience homeless persons needs something better to do

Pretty big Target with a lot of stuff, only probably is it's right by the train station so you get a lot of homeless people cleaning themselves up in the restroom.. and hanging out playing loud music out front ...

Rude employees, only one cashier open and long lines. When I asked an employee if she can get another cashier to open, she walked by and just ignored me. All employees should know what a Caroline shopping cart is, especially if most Targets have them available.

I've grown to like this Target when I'm in SoCal, the layout feels familiar and reminds me a lot of my hometown Target in Sunnyvale, tho the light rail next door seems like it could create issues with shoplifting because *everything* is behind lock and key here. I was a little shocked by it, because even low cost items like deodorant needed an associate to purchase. I've seen that in San Francisco and LA, but not really in the suburbs before.also their Self Checkouts are literally regular cashier stands running the self check software so be prepared for human intervention if you wanna pay cash.

Target was awesome in taking back the vacuum I had ordered. I accidently sent it to my daughter's who lives in CA. (I live in MI) there was no problem at all returning. I thought since it was my mistake I may not be able to return it but there was no problem.

I love shopping at target but today was the worst for me I was going in the elevator with my 2 kids and there's this guy that looks like he sleep in the streets but he saw that me and my kids got on the elevator I had my kids in the shopping cart and he had one to so he slams his cart into the one we're my kids were and he did it 2 or 3 time he smashed my daughters hand she has special needs shes non verbal so she couldn't tell me if it hurts .THEY have to have more security in the bottom and top my daughters hand is super red .

Love target but not this location. Every time I have a drive up they seem to get it wrong. I understand they are busy and it wouldn’t bother me as much if it didn’t happen so often. I’ve even received someone else’s order at this location. Today I received a box of pampers when I clearly ordered pull-up/goodnites. I’ve had to go back several times because they have left behind bags of items.

Got helped by an AMAZING employee named Sheryl. I had a very large in-store pick up with lots of heavy cans for my grandfather and she was so quick to grab it all, even with a long line! Amazing at multi-tasking and customer service. Only talked to her about 3 sentences and she made it fun. Someone get that woman a raise!! ASAP!! OR A PROMOTION!

My friend needed to go to Target to get a few things to stock his fridge for the week. He asked me to tag along and so I did.He browsed for the the things he needed and Asked me If ate yogurt., I said yes and he said he would buy me a couple of them..!We continued browsing and then we came across all the Halloween Candy.. I decided to take action and get a couple of bags because I am hoping for a good turn out this year.Long story short…We got all we needed and headed out to the register, there was a short line that moved fast and we were out just like that! Fast and easy.The store was very clean and we found all the things we needed.Thank you Target!

This target could be better. It's not bad. Guest service is good. Checkout lines go by fast. The problem is the cleanliness of the store and parking lot. The store seems like it's not put together to well. The parking lot is dark and dirty. It does however have a Starbucks with a outside patio sitting area.

My wife and I shopped at the Azusa Target store. Meg, at the customer service counter, had a bad attitude and projected a very bad impression. We ended up leaving the store without buying anything.
