Certainly the best local offerings for a grocery store; it's a nicely kept store, well stocked, with great staff. Employees are all very lovely - the meat department, especially! - though somewhat understaffed with cashiers, often leading to lines at the checkout stand. Cost is comparable to other standard grocery stores that aren't explicitly 'discount' stores.

I just love stopping by this store when I am visiting family near by. I always have a great experience. Especially when Marla is my cashier. She is always so friendly and helpful. She always refers to me by name and asks about my family. She is the kind of person you want working for you. Thank you to Marla for being AMAZING!!!!

The store is great the shopping center is loaded with goodies. Unfortunately the lines move particularly slow compared to other Staters I have frequented. The deli is nice and the butcher is great. Convenient location great overall store.

Their prices seem to be better than Vons and Albertsons but not as cheap as Walmart. The staff are pretty friendly and checkout is usually fairly quick

I prefer this grocery store over the one by my house. It's very clean, shelves are stocked every morning, never had a problem finding what I needed and the best time to shop is 6am.

Staters is a good place to find anything for your basic needs. I've been coming here since I was a kid and it still has that same friendly feel. The prices are fair and their produce is always fresh. Management is very helpful.

Specifically, Jenna, at the checkout was very rude not only to me, but the customers before me and my child, I was was very overwhelmed with everything as a mom shopping with your child can be a little bit of a challenge at times, and you just want to get in and out, she gave off a very stern attitude with rolling her eyes when my child was screaming I mean she is a baby, & when I couldn’t answer her quickly about how many bags I wanted.. she rolled her eyes.. very unprofessional as I work for hospitality and I understand the interactions with people can be overwhelming sometimes you are required to maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere I won’t be coming back the staff are not trained well at all, this is customer service act accordingly.

The employees are not good people, from the top down. The managers and certain cashiers treat every person (aka paying customers) like they are a thief.The bag people are rude and vulgar, often times eating while working at the checkout stand. The cashiers are rude and slow, oftentimes checking their cell phone while ringing up your items.Seeing as they treat everyone like a thief I encourage everyone to start taking what they want from this place.

Eddie is an awesome manager and has turned this store around after Josh drove it into the dump. Alejandro is useless and should be terminated. They do need more checkers long before lines reach the back of the store. And they really need to rethink the obnoxious girl scouts & Salvation Army Red Kettles soliciting in front of the store.

Right at this present time when inflation is so bad and everything cost them seems like a million dollars, stater Brothers to me has the best prices right. I hope they keep it up I'd like to keep shopping

Store is always stocked, clean, and neat. Employees are always helpful, friendly and competent, has never been a time where they would not go the extra mile when asked. That includes bag boys, cart collectors, butchers, produce people on up to the store manager. They are all exceptional when it comes to customer service. Their produce section is great. Good selection of organic produce at great prices. One of my favorite stores.

Very disappointing that after so many years of honest practices, Stater Bros has begun to "play games" with misleading advertising. Example: Online ad shows beef Chuck roast sale price $3.99/lb. Upon arrival we found many Chuck roasts but ALL at $5.99/lb. The butcher said “$5.99 is for ‘CHOICE’ roasts because they have less fat”. I looked again and there were none without the word “Choice”. When I brought this to his attention he replied “We must be out then”. My wife saw a beef product in a most unlikely corner of the store's refrigerated section. FAR from the meat dept. Sure enough, there were 3 roasts at $3.99/lb that did not say “choice”, but they were WAFER THIN and nearly out of date! This wasn’t a first. Several months ago they played the same pseudo “bait n switch” with hams. Many higher priced hams in the meat department, but stumbled upon a few “on sale hams” in the same obscure corner. Shady way to do business.

I always enjoy going to stater bros. The produce section is always pretty well maintained with fresh produce. The meat department always has little bit of everything for everybody if you eat meat. The butchers are always pretty helpful. Upon checking out the lines can get long but many stores are this way now these days.

I love this store! As a mother of 3, it's sometimes very difficult to go shopping. Everyone who works at this store is extremely friendly and they are the ONLY store in this area that has ever offered to unload my cart for me when I am going to check out, which is a big help as I normally am wearing my youngest child. They are also the only store that has employees that ask me if I'm finding everything I need as I'm walking through the store. Great prices and amazing employees.

Well we love this market for the quality of the meats my hubby brought me here eight years ago and since I tasted the meats OMG even it's kind a pricey it's worth it I changed to come here only for all meats, they have very good produce and a lot of products I come here every two months I buy fruits, deli meats, hall chicken, beef, pork and they sell an excellent pork chorizo even the most is meats I take home I like to explore the store and I find a lot of good treats.

Good prices, good produce, limited organic produce but a fair selection, and good meat. Helpful and pleasant personnel. Can be extremely crowded on weekends when students from Azusa Pacific and Citrus College shop in packs; however 99% of the students are also pleasant and helpful. I have limited mobility and must use an electric shopping cart. Many students will offer to help me reach an item without me asking for assistance.

Wonderful service in the deli department. I was appreciative that my sandwich was made with so much detail for my husbands lunches.I ordered the 9.99 sandwich and the deli attendant put the lettuce and mayonnaise seperate for me.I dont know her name but she was so wonderful at customer service.The day before when i came in the other deli attendant stated she could not really make the sandwich she was not trained on making sandwiches and they did not have the bread to make the sandwiches, she was not helpful at all.So it was wonderful that today the woman in deli gave me such great service.

Had placed an order with the deli for some chicken, potato wedges told them what time we would be there it would be ready and still had a wait an hour an hour and the only thing that the manager would do to compensate it is here's 10 bucks. Very poor service from the staff and the management

Lots of specials and even some bargains if you watch their ads. Nice fresh deli, cakes to order, and will even make you a sandwich to order with any side you choose. Good selection of produce, frozen food, prepared deli items, a nice dairy box.Butchers at the ready in the meat dept. Will slice and season your choice of meat if you choose. Also fresh fish and a variety of meat choices. Prepackaged or fresh cut, trimmed and seasoned. You choose.I recommend this market.

Bought chicken from the deli. Found a few peices that we're not cooked through. Won't be back to that deli. Just glad no one got sick.
