It's hard to add anything new to the chorus of praises for Costco. Picture this: you enter the store with a modest shopping list, only to walk out with a receipt totaling $500. It's as if they stock every conceivable item, each more tempting than the last with unbeatable deals. Just today, I went over my shopping list by 20 items, each one as necessary as the last, and I couldn't have been happier to indulge. The cherry on top? Exiting the store with a $1.50 hot dog and a generously sized soda in hand. In what other place can you find such a steal? Naturally, I doubled my order. Spending a mere $3 on two hearty beef hot dogs and two sodas seemed like the bargain of a lifetime. Costco is the ultimate destination for those who seek incredible savings on bulk purchases, from essential groceries like chicken breasts and beverages to anything else you might need.

You can find good deals on most anything.If you don’t have a membership, go with a friend that does and apply.I’ll tell you want makes my blood boil:1. People put their Emotional Support CUR, in the shopping cart.2. People pick a frozen food item. Then, later, they change their mind and stick it on any shelf.The Costco Staff is very friendly & cooperative.And last but not least, try their Hot Dog + a drink for $1.50. I usually get a Strawberry Sundae for &2.99. They also offer a 12 oz cup of ice cream for $1.99.BTW, during this hot weather, not only the weather can get hot, but at the parking lot (yesterday) someone decided to cool off and knocked over a fire hydrant 😀😃😄

I would say it was a very different experience, walking into an Azusa California Costco. it just looks very small and very different choice of products anf was very limited. Anyway it's a good experience. I will recommend everybody to come and experience yourself. if you agree with my feedback, please feel free to leave comments for me. I've been shopping at Costco for 21 years and this is the only one that has ever stolen money from me. I bought a pack of Oral-B toothbrushes along with 10 other items. When I was packing things into my car, I discovered that the toothbrushes were not in my cart. I went back into to the store. They claimed that they 'checked the cameras' and claimed that the toothbrushes were in my cart when I walked out of the store. I didn't get to see the camera footage. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if they had fallen out of the cart somehow. The cart wasn't overflowing. They effectively stole $16.49 + tax, which pretty much cancels out the savings on the other items that I bought today.

Costco is one of my favorite. I come here for petrol. Croissant, prawn, crab, oranges, pineapple, eggs and household items. It’s always so busy and the management is first class.

This chain is the epitome of abundance and decadence, to its core, where everyday people can participate in its plethora of choices. I've been to this location in recent years, especially a big fan for the store's brand water, roast chicken, and a whole array of fresh veggies and fruit, among other items. The electronics section is always fun to browse, offering a glimpse of the latest versions and deals. The customer service is top-notch, especially when it comes to the bottleneck of the checkout counters. It would be an opportunity to showcase their full display of multi-task, to ensure customers wrapping up the trip with no hitch. It's located on the outskirts of the suburbs with a sprawling parking space. If the parking is full, the neighbor's is wide open. If one wants a snapshot of a typical land of the free, here it is—a place to roam freely with eyes to entertain and a stomach to pamper!

It's a typical Costco with all the ups and downs that implies. Great deals on lots of good stuff, mostly in ginormous packages. It also tends to be ridiculously busy at any time you have the time to go there.

I brought my cat to this store in an safe animal bag so many times. I made sure she stay inside of pet travel bad. I felt the sense of secure with her around. I was told today that no animals allowed in this building. And I told the staff I’m in need of my cat with me because I’m in need of company of my cat even though she is not a service cat. The manager kept saying it is not allowed and kept repeating no animal allowed. I mean who didn’t have a bad Monday?! I always thought Costco is a place where you find courtesy and kindness. It turns out not…Very disappointed…

It’s a nice thing that Costco have some days to test the food for free before buying a whole bunch of it. As we all know we’re buying bulk it’ll be hard to finish it if you won’t like it and we all don’t want waste.It’s always busy here but thank goodness they were able to keep the store clean. They have a lot of good products. From things to foods. Sometimes we only need 1 or 2 items but will come out full cart. (Lol) We love this place so much. Even it’s generic brand (Kirkland) but those tasted as good like the other branded items. Very comparable with the branded higher price! This place that we’re always here almost weekly plus because of gas as well. Price is way better here for gas and food compare to other places. Thanks Costco!

They didn’t have the item I was looking for in the size I needed. We tried both the San Dimas store and the Azusa store. The young lady at San Dimas was very nice and really tried to find what we were looking for. The one in Azusa couldn’t care less. I’ve been a Costco member since 1996 and I won’t go back to Azusa.

This Costco is a joke. Completely unhelpful staff, extremely slow service, and frankly insultingly poorly maintained grounds and kiosks.Don’t bother calling to order food, or calling to get help, they rarely answer and on the few times they do, they are insultingly dismissive of your needs.If this is the only Costco you have access to, cancel your membership and go to Sam’s. This is easily the worst Costco I have ever been to.

Be prepared to be racially profiled at the door. Watched 5 people go in without asking them to show their membership card. Store employee Eunice (spell check) immediately asked me to show mine. I stood off to the side and watched as she again let almost ten non black people enter without asking to see their membership. Wish another location was closer to me. I never have this problem in Long Beach.

I went to this location to get my membership card because my father bought a membership and added me to it all the information was there and correct but because it was a past address they need me to now go all the way back to Pasadena and get a piece of mail horrible service. Not bothering to come to this Costco again.

Busy. If this is your first time with your own membership card, or if you havent been here in years, it can be very confusing. Lots of rules to figure out, just the way things are done is different in some ways than other stores.Pet owners: they dont sell small bags of dog or cat food here. Smallest bag of dog food is a bag of puppy food that's 20lbs. Adult dog food starts at i think 30lbs or close to it. They also have 50lb bags. Cat food around 18 -25lbs. All the dog and cat food is over $20 unless there is a sale. Most bagsof dog food are around $35 or more i think. It's good quality pet food but still expensive.Lots of wonderful Christmas and holiday items right now! Door mats, sweets, cookies, huge pumpkin pie for $5, snack trays. Lots of winter clothing, jackets, coats, sweaters!Food court is membership only but still only $1.50 for soda and hot dog. $10for whole pizza!

I usually have a good experience at Costco, also depends on time of day shopping. Get in early on the weekend. Line can get very long here but the cashiers are fast. Place was, as usual, clean and super organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking here can be a pain. Hot food sold out front, not indoors. Snack area packed with in-between meal chompers

I’m really not one to write reviews but gotta give a Big shout out to the staff at this Costco. I’ve been looking for a Flybar bumper car for toddlers at various Costco which were all sold out. Many stores showed a couple on stock but upon arrival they were all gone not there fault as the item I’ve been looking for sold out rather quick. Called this placed because it showed they had four on stock called the store to verify but they couldn’t see them out on display. Got my info just in case. I decided to drive to myself knowing they might not have it. Went to the front asked for helped and was met with the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Staff was checking the whole store just to see if they had any in left. Went back to the front with my hopes down. Yet out of no where one of the members was carrying this hug box with the exact item. I know they have to go dig trough all there inventory just to find it. Really glad I stopped at this store as this has been a toy my daughter has been asking for having her bday this week I thought it would make the perfect gift and thanks to them I was able to secure one for her. From this I can say you guys have a loyal and happy customer. Thank you guys again I can definitely say my daughter will be surprised this Saturday.

Don’t go here for gas. Only 2 pumps per lane. There’s usually one Pump out in a lane - you’ll never know until you’re sitting in line for nearly 30 minutes. The attendants suck! Their usually tucked away in their little office and if you ask for assistance you feel like you’ve disturbed the hell out of them.Do better people! Oh, and get with the times and put up the available pump indicators! Oh and the lineS - yes two ways to get is ridiculous - terrible for traffic flow.

I moved to Azusa four months ago and wanted to share my experience with a recent series of purchases at the local Costco. A few weeks back, I took advantage of a special offer on Doritos, purchasing two bags for $3 each. Unfortunately, both bags were stale, and I had to discard them. Shortly thereafter, I encountered a similar issue with mochi rice ice cream. Then, when I bought some salmon lux, the product was unsuitable for consumption. Most recently, I purchased two watermelons at a special price, only to find that both were already spoiled upon cutting them open.This pattern of receiving subpar products is concerning, and I believe it reflects poorly on the practices at this Costco location. I never encountered such issues at my previous Costco, and I urge the management to investigate and rectify these problems promptly. Costco, please address this issue.

I'm a longtime Azusa resident and Costco hands down, has the Best pizza in town! Fresh and priced just right at $9.95 for a large Wait time is usually about 15-20 minutes from the time you order until your pizza is ready. They also have a hot dog and drink combo for $1.50 Nice and clean atmosphere, great view of the Azusa canyons while you eat! 👍👍
