Not so good anymore. 😕 I'm 77yrs old and I took my friend who just got out of the hospital to get each of us some groceries. Only one check stand was open,😡 so as exhausted as we already were, now we each had to use self check out. As would happen I had picked up two products with no codes. There was only one employee helping self check out, and he had started helping me but of course he was stretched to his limit trying to help a group of about 12 people learn how to do this, so he couldn't help any of us who were in line. He sent another employee to get the non existent bag my products were supposed to be in. I never found them and evidently she didn't either because she never came back. My friend who just had lung cancer surgery went back to see if she could get someone to help us to no avail. We walked out of there with NO help of course, exhausted and frustrated. RALEY'S I am disapointed in you... STOP WITH THE SELF CHECKOUT NONSENSE! 😡😡😡 And don't you dare put the blame on your staff! They are doing the best they can and YOU KNOW IT.

Hello we are boycotting Tyson foods and anyone else who sells Tyson food products of any sort just to let you know I will take my money elsewhere which is approximately 475.00 weekly which I spend at Bel-Air I will take my money elsewhere if they continue to sell Tyson foods products of any sort have a great day thank you

Very nice store. Excellent selection of products in the Asian department. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are two of my favorite items to cook with. Very nice selection of seafood and meats in the butcher department. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Fast check out even on a Friday.

Would be helpful if they would have hard copies of the coupons like they do at the Grass Valley Raley's since the app wont load in store. Everybody else does this! Super frustrating. Makes since now why the Grass Valley store and Auburn Safeway seem so much busier. Better business=more income.

They have doubled most of the things I used to buy there. Cake for Two. Used to be aprox $7 which I thought was expensive... now it's $17 !! For two pieces of cake! I don't need it that much.

4 years ago I felt like I was shopping at a smaller scale andronicos market, fresh food, clean facilities. Now it seems dirty. Bathrooms awful! Run by people who try to bath in there. Why? Back to safeway I go.

I stopped in for a Sandwich from the deli, which I do most Saturdays, and was Greeted by Tess in the Deli department. All I can say is that she was very kind and personable. She was the reason I started my day out with a smile. You have a great employee in Tess.

My first impression upon walking into this store was that it’s is so clean!! The store is so organized and the employees are so kind!! Anytime I need help finding something someone is happily able to assist me. Their meat department has the best cuts of meat, produce is always fresh and bakery is great!!! Sure the store gets busy and sometimes you have to wait, but that is everywhere and we all have to learn patience!! If you don’t want to wait, their E Cart is also phenomenal!! Overall I am satisfied and will continue to return!!

This is the second time of been to Bel air and the cashiers are extremely rude and impatient. The fact that that Ms. Vickey can pour MY bags out and throw them on the ground is unprofessional and flat out rude. Vickey also told me that I was wrong when I told her that I had clipped my things on the app. I believe that she and all the other employees need to learn some respect because I will not be shopping there anymore.

Parking can be an adventure at times. They were sold out of one of the sale items I went in for. Quality of their produce and meat is good but their prices are a bit high too.

Have shopped at Bel Air Market since it first opened and have always loved the clean and well stocked store, the courteous staff and the whole shopping experience. Have been struggling a bit in recent weeks, however, because the piped in music is being played so loudly that it makes it hard to concentrate. Today I heard several folks commenting on how distracting it was. Hoping they can tone it down a bit because I would hate to have to shop elsewhere.

Always nervous at this store's parking lot. People just dart out of the store in to the cars and rarely look for moving cars. Then, this store rarely has sale items available especially in the meat dept. Every time I go to get sale chicken, there's none in the case. Ribs? Empty. Roasts? All gone. Been that way for years. Most other things are expensive compared to other stores.I will say, it's always clean and shiny. I often see them sweeping and stocking. Just never restocking the sale items in the meat dept and they let it sit there, completely empty. And I'll make a few passes when I'm there for a sale item.

Bel air is awesome they are always have what you need they are well treat their customers with really good respect I appreciate them for their work. I appreciate the customer service with the line . I was in and out like in 4 second they always are polite with their service that I appreciate them . Plus I like how they are open at 6am on the weekend sometime If I can come to bel air at that time but I like to sleep in because I work nights at a custodian job. But they are always 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This market is fantastic with a Hugh variety of meats, seafood, organic and non-organic fruits and vegetables, dairy, various breads, freshly made pastries, cakes, cookies and pies, various breakfast items, hugh assortment of almost every imaginable frozen item, items for the home, etc, etc. The store very clean and organized with plenty items on shelves, Each employee is helpful and knowledgeable about their department. Customer Service and clerks are helpful and informative. This is my favorite store in Auburn.

Very clean. Attractive displays. Mostly wide aisles. Sale prices are pretty good.Inventory is VERY "middle-America"; example, Asian foods are jarred sauces [mostly JFC or Lee Kum Kee. Not one single brand of sriracha!??].Produce is high quality, but pretty basic.Pharmacy is full service including vaccinations, but VERY slow; occasionally snotty attitude.Cashiers are friendly, efficient & helpful if your transaction calls for extra steps or service. A ➕! Alert: self service checkout does not accept cash.

Store shelves are always well stocked, only thing I wished they would have an isle of all organic food in one place, one side freezer with organic food, other side dry organic food, spices, etc. Montana has a nice organic set up like that and it's so much easier to find organic stuff.

Nice selection across most departments, helpful and happy staff, fresh produce, clean store, prices are pretty comparable to other standard grocers. All around good place to do your grocery shopping. The clerks work hard to keep the lines down or moving. Never had any issues with quality of products or service. The bakery is a tad bit limited but what they do offer is pretty tasty!
