The crew here at the CVS Arcata pharmacy is outstanding. Attitudes are always cordial. The services provided never disappoint. At the front, Trent and Ava are very efficient and their efforts make our lives significantly easier when it comes to getting prescriptions. Everyone in the back is greatly appreciated as well. The prompt responses for vaccines and prescriptions are phenomenal. These guys are Awesome and deserve all the best regards.

I called in for my prescription. The man on the phone said, " Your prescription will be ready by 12:00pm". This was a great response, however, I arrived at 2:46pm my medication was not ready. The guy took my information and said it would be 40 more minutes. Okay if they are short workers I can wait. Finally after bugging them to fill my prescription, he said approximately 4:10pm. At this point I'm not happy. At 4:29pm my order is complete. Why would anyone want to wait for their medication after being promised a specific time? Management find some competent workers.

Tried to refill prescription online; two days later it says to call to fill. I call, wait 40 minutes on hold... no one ever answers.Find a different pharmacy.

Usually a long line, no self checkout, says 24-HR but they hang a scrap of paper in the window with children's handwriting saying closed, like every night. Oh and bums.But most of all (least of all actually) is the pharmacy. There's an easy malpractice lawsuit for someone willing with time and effort. Soooo many problems.They never answer the phone like it's some sort of joke. You'll receive a standard text stating your meds are ready, but they never, ever are. They'll even tell you they didn't get prescriptions that yue doctor straight faxed them that morning, or wait, maybe just one of them. Or they'll tell you it's scheduled to be filled later, then put it together the next day. No duty of care whatsoever. I've seen so many people yelling at them on so many occasions.CVS Pharmacy in Target, Eureka, 110% better.
