Angela and her manager Diana in Estée Lauder were so helpful! I had a return I was heading towards customer service, there was a long line. They approached me and helped me with my return! Very efficient, commuted to excellent customer service and fast!!! They made my day! I was with my 4 month old baby and my mom! We were in and out of Macy’s in a few minutes! Precious employees! Angela is a manager material and Diana is a great manager

Esther in women's fragrances was the best. She helped me pick out the correct sent for me. I'm not a girly girl when it comes to perfume. I don't like floral, sweet, or powdery. We went with a Valentino Coral for women and layered it with Valentino Intense coral for men. Omgoodness amazing.

What an unpleasant shopping experience in the women’s dept. If Macys wants people to come shop in person, they will have to step up their game. Disorganized, sloppy clothing areas, extremely dirty, dusty dressing rooms. Not enough staff to get you different sizes (not that the staff outside even offered). So difficult to shop and find things when hangers and clothes are all over and on the floor. Having had a sale is not an excuse.

Many things are sold out during the holidays, and I can't buy anything every time I come. But there is a good place for children to play outside. There are a lot of people on holiday today, and the festive atmosphere is very strong.

I walked in knowing what I wanted- 3 sales ladies were standing together talking and made no attempt to help me. I finally said to them, “I know what I want right here!” They all stared at each other and nobody moved. They finally made the young girl come over as they were not going to move. She became very sweet but the other two were incredibly rude!! I have lived in Arcadia for 60 years and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at the mall. Lancôme should be ashamed!!!!!

In Macys at the mens department there is a young man Joshua. He is phenominal. Great guy, easy going, and knows his stuff. I will come back specifically because of the great customer service he provied. Joshua you are a legend brotha.

I walked up to the Chanel counter, stood in front of fragrances and asked ...do you have samples? The person replied "skin care". I asked again stating clearly the request was pertaining to fragrances. The person again stated skin care. I conveyed I was from out of state and normally went to Dillards. Dillards would make a sample. Their practice was the same as Sephora. Then Daniel replied ..he could make a sample. But, I was confused at that point and dissappointed. Why did he require so much information just to provide basic customer service? I wanted a supervisor. But, my party was ready to leave. I stated to my friend, I needed to get the persons name. I went back to the counter. There I saw an additional person next to the associate in question (Daniel). I asked if he was a Supervisor. He replied no. I pointed out his tag was red. He stated he was a Channel Coordinator. I explained to him Daniels unwillingness to provide the sample initially, generated the same emotions as when back in the day, people of my complexion were not readily provided samples. But, he (Daniel) was of my hue so, I didn't understand why I was treated that way. Daniel replied ...it had nothing to do with that (but, did not offer further explanation). I stated as the receiver, I could only state how it made me feel. I told them both, Daniel and Erick. I expected more from Chanel. I no longer wanted the sample( he proclaimed) I could then be provided,( as I was walking away). Yet, driving home I needed to find out if it was Chanels policy or Macy's that was causing such an unsettling customer service experience. I drove to Macy's in West Covina Plaza. I made the same request at the Chanel counter. My request was quickly honored. Kim was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was in and out in a flash. I was provided a sample of Coco Mademoiselle Intense with the new enhanced banana enhancement. I was told about Macy's sale of 15% off until December 6. So, it wasn't Chanels' policy after all. Unfortunately the poor customer service was from the associate. Poor customer service, which in the end, reflected poorly on the Macy's location.

I'm not normally a "chain store" shopper, but I like Macy's!They always have a great selection of current Men's clothing and goods, and for some weird reason, they're just as affordable(if not more affordable in some things) then JCPenney, which to me has nothing but garbage for their selections.

Went to this Macy’s location for online order pickup, it was very easy in & out. They have directions posted where to go for the pickup. Good customer service.

I mostly buy cosmetics and perfumes from there. I was looking for a newly released women perfume that was out of stock even at Amazon and they have it. You can get good discounts if you have a Macy's card. The sales people know their makeup and colors so they are a good resource

Love My Macy's but My Mom needed shoes 6 1/2 and very low stock. Like only 2 tennis shoes & only 1 Man in that dept on a Saturday is Terrible. The Shops at Santa Anita Macy's staff is very nice.

Macy's is a great store! High quality products and if you watch, you can get stuff on sale and clearance for great prices! This Macy's is great because it is at the Westfield Mall where you can get a lot of shopping done!

Super disappointed with Macys. I ordered a dress online and the sizes are super small. I tried to find a dress in store to find a larger size to see if it fit my Triple D’s. Well apparently if you are larger or have larger breast’s they have no plus size dresses in store. Wow!! How rude is that??? Ten out of ten do not recommend the staff were rude and judging. Not a great experience with over priced not so attractive clothes.

Great experience! My girlfriend and I were browsing the ground floor when a certain perfume caught her attention. Suddenly, the sale person by the name of Magdalena asked if we were interested. She grabbed a pink ribbon and sprayed the perfume for us to sample. Even if we didn't intend to buy anything at the moment, we we impressed by her quick service and kindness. We will definitely comeback to her next time we visit!

We stopped by the shoe department on our way out of the mall. We ended up purchasing two pairs of men's shoes. We were there toward closing, but the employees were available and attentive. This left me with a positive feeling about the entire experience.

Talk to Angie in Mens fragrance. She help me pick out a great smelling colone. She explain to me what I was buying and even went the distance as to wrap it up as a gift plus free extra samples. Its employees like Angie that make me wanna go back and visit her because she legitimately cares about the costumers.

Home goods department has an excellent selection of merch for travel cooks on the go. It's best to shop in-store because of the assistance of the department employees. Linda had tremendous product knowledge & insight recommendations about stainless steel cookware for cancer patients on a budget.

I love coming here during the holidays. It's huge and the staff, (especially the pretty perfume ladies) are very helpful and knowledgeable about fragrances. Its a bit overpriced for everything here honestly, but at least you can try before you buy and definitely up to date in the latest fashions and fragrances.

There are many shopping centers around Macy’s department store with a complete range of brands. You can buy and eat all day long when shopping in this area. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I was looking for a dress shirt and had tried several other stores. I had to look a bit but was able to find a shirt in my size. The store seems to stock a lot of slim fit and was out of size large reg fit in most shirts. Checkout was fast and friendly

This Macy’s location is very good. they have a good variety of clothes, cologne, perfume, shoes, everyday items, and many more. The associates are very friendly and are willing to go to great lengths to help. The store often offers good discounts and other programs to save a buck. Quick check-out lines and high-performing associates at the customer service desk.
