So I had the best experience at this PetSmart. The staff was great and accommodating to all my questions and needs before I went, and during my trip there, I wanted a chinchilla and found the perfect 1. I want to say thank you to Johnny and the other staff who made the experience incredible. I got the chinchilla, which I think I'll name midnight. She is very chill and already comfortable with me, and I think it's from how we'll the staff take care of the pets there.

I really wish I could have picked up the cutest bird he was so so so cute but I couldn't commit to the cute fella. I like seeing the live animals at this store. I do not buy dog food here but I do get leashes and harnesses and dog shoes here. Staff is a hit and miss sometimes they are helpful sometimes they ignore you, but that's retail right?!

I love shopping here. I just wished they'd put their hammys in a healthier sized cage with healthier wheels for them. Already contacted corporate about it since the store cant do anything about it. Everyone at this location is super nice.

A tank full of dead fish is not appealing.....if it was one or two in one tank no big deal.... but 30 fish even if most but not all we're feeder fish is still unacceptable....the tanks should have been cleaned before customers were let in

The front door was open and i presumed the store was opened for business, it was 8:55 am and the store opened 9am, i was ask to leave until the store opened, i didnt go back at opening time, instead i went to their competitor Petco😢

I love this location so much. I have been getting my pomeranian groomed here for a couple years now, and I don't think I could ever find a better groomer. I'm always wary of chain-groomers, but the team here is INCREDIBLE.My normally skittish, wary dog absolutely adores Marissa. She does flawless contours. She's an incredibly skilled groomer.The floor staff is equally kind and attentive. I have never had a bad experience here. Checkout is always super easy and quick. The store is never dirty, shelves are always fully stocked, etc.The animal enclosures could, of course, be better quality. The tanks/cages are too small, there's little to no enrichment. However, I know these standards are set at corporate and the employees have no control over this, so I don't fault them for it.

I've been going to the Antioch store since it opened up and all these years have I never been treated so rudely.I had to do a return /exchange and the clerk was so rude! Giving 😕 sighs, even as far as tilting her head back. Excuse me but if you hate your job and dealing with customers let alone customer service then quit! Cause clearly retail and dealing with customers is not for you. It's as if managers just don't care about how rude their staff is. So to deal with seeing these workers not wanting to help customers or anything is upsetting. And disappointing to see how companies do not teach or care about their business reputation due to these employees who don't know or been taught how to be professional in the workplace.
