A charming boutique hotel dedicated to providing indulgent service and amenities. Our rooftop suite with private terrace access was perfect. The hotel manager, Ian, and his staff were unfailingly positive and helpful at every turn, ready with suggestions for excursions, etc., to enhance our visit. We definitely look forward to our next stay there!Rooms: Access to the rooftop patio is wonderful, as is the soaking tub in some of the suites. Impeccably decorated and furnished. Linens very high quality!Walkability: The small town square is totally walkable and safe, with plenty of convenient parking.Food & drinks: Wilson Cafe and the Grange are top-notch in terms of cuisine and service. Staples bar in the hotel proper is charming and there is also a rooftop barf for our convenience. A buffet in the main hallway upstairs provides complimentary food and beverage throughout the day...Noteworthy details: The story of Wilson, Arkansas, is fascinating and ongoing with the current revitalization of the unique Tudoresque square and other amenities. We saw online some of our favorite live music was coming to Wilson about 1.5 hrs away from our hometown and we thought this was the perfect time to stay overnight at this boutique hotel we had went by back in Nov while having dinner at the Wilson Cafe one night. We took this opportunity to see Vikki McGee & Sonny signing and stayed one night at The Louis!The bar and lobby is high end luxury! Everything just looks perfect from top to bottom! The drinks 🥤 were wonderful and we had a charcuterie board upon check in! We want to bring a group next time soOur friends can see how fabulous this is!! So near by and a great little get away!Rooms: Well appointed and some have terraces to the patio rooftop bar if you’d like that but we preferred more privacy!Safety: Felt safe and secure in this area and hotelFood & drinks: Amazing food and drinks!Noteworthy details: Living area and 1/2 bath in our room! Wow

The whole experience I had at the hotel was amazing! From the tour that was given by the AMAZING front desk attendant, Alex. Alex was super knowledgeable with the background of the hotel and town, super helpful, and had EXCELLENT customer service. All of the bartenders, especially the ladies were amazing as well.Having the "pantry" area was great, Being able to eat different meals along the day that were super delicious was heavenly.Rooms: The rooms were super nice. The seating area within the room by the window was the cherry on top.Room service came in daily and even left treats which was nice!

This hotel was 🔥! The staff went above and beyond my expectations to make our stay an excellent experience. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was superb with all the amenities. I was in town for business and stayed for one night. Check-in went very smoothly and they offered turn-down service. I was able to walk across the street to the Wilson Diner for a delicious dinner with my associates, and then back to the hotel bar for a night cap. The female bartender who was working on the evening of Wednesday, 11/29/23, was wonderful. She took the time to make my bourbon sour with fresh squeezed limes, and spoke with me about our mutual interest in mixology. They had snacks/cookies and brownies set out for guests by the elevator on the second floor (they have a breakfast set out in the mornings with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and coffee as well). The outdoor patio/garden area on the second floor is lovely and very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting by the firepit tables and finishing my cocktail before bed. I stayed in the Garden View with Balcony King room, which is a small room, perfect for one person or a couple, with a private patio area. The mattresses are very firm, which isn't my personal preference, but I had plenty of pillows to aid in cushioning.

The Louis in Wilson Arkansas is the perfect place to feel pampered and feel disconnected all at the same time. Every detail of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is more than accommodating of all and any of your needs. The local Grange and Cafe are both great places to get some amazing food. They even have a local Theatre that has different small events. Coming soon is a spa that will round out everything but I’m tell you you won’t regret a stay at the Louis.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful. No expense was cut to make sure your stay is perfect.Nearby activities: If you like golf they have a 9 hole nearby and usually on Friday nights they have something happening at the local Theatre.Safety: Everything feels so safe.Walkability: Almost everything is in a walking distance.Food & drinks: You have two amazing places to get a great meal. The Grange focused on fresh breakfast and lunch and then you have Wilson Cafe where you might say is slightly more upscale open for brunch, lunch and dinner. Of course drinks can be bought at both of those but add the Staple hotel bar.

A jewel in the crown of America, we were blown away by the royalty treatment we received. The Louis Hotel was fantastic, their standard is the highest I have seen. When we arrived we were given a personal gift, based on a small detail mentioned during our booking conversation. We were thoroughly impressed and when we thought they could do no more, they would accommodate us further. We shopped at Hank Williams, Jr., daughter’s store and bought Father’s Day presents at Tom Beckbe, then lunched at The Grange. There was complimentary food service on floor with glass bottled soda variety, pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit, turtle brownies, ice and sparkling water on tap & more. We ate dinner at The Wilson Cafe, the food tasted like it was made in the kitchens of the Ritz Carlton. Wilson is on the Blues Highway and the cafe had an amazing artist playing on the patio and we loved her. This delta town is something else. I am so proud of Wilson, Arkansas, her investors, and this revival. I did not want to leave. Well done!

If you were like me and thought customer service has perished with COVID. Then take a trip to Wilson and get that pampered feeling that I personally have not experience since the Great American Shutdown.The courteous staff and level of accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the cuisine which was spot on.If you are looking for a great place to reconnect to just unwind with a special person. Then head to the Wilson and the Louis you won't be disappointed.

This hotel was amazing!!! Great service, wonderful accommodations, tranquil and beautiful. Our dog Murphy was treated with such love and kindness. The night time delights delivered to our room each evening made us feel like being home in a Hallmark movie. Highly recommend this little piece of Heaven.Walkability: Great restaurants nearby

What a beautiful hotel and town. Our room was comfortable and stylish that made you feel at home. The town is quaint and just what you need for a getaway. The delicious food will having you coming back for more.Walkability: It is a beautiful town and very walkable. The town square has comfortable seating and lots of trees so you can sit and enjoy.Food & drinks: The menu had a nice balance and variety. The food was remarkable and you would want to come back each night in order to try everything they offer.
